This study aims to determine the effect of principal supervision on the pedagogic competence of teachers at SD Negeri 104 Palembang. The type of research used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach to see the effect of the principal's supervision variable on the teacher's pedagogic competence variable through hypothesis testing. This study uses a questionnaire relevant to the two variables as a means of collecting data which was distributed to 28 respondents from SD Negeri 104 Palembang. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, there is a positive and significant effect of principal supervision on the pedagogic competence of teachers at SD Negeri 104 Palembang.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of principal supervision and teacher pedagogic competence on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Kisam Tinggi. The type of research used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach to see the effect of the principal's supervision variable and the teacher's pedagogic competence variable on the teacher's performance variable through hypothesis testing. This study uses a questionnaire that is relevant to all variables as a data collection tool. The questionnaire used is 5 Likert scale, and has been tested for validity and reliability test. The sample in this study were all 30 teachers at SMAN 1 Kisam Tinggi. This research uses simple regression data analysis method and multiple regression. The results showed that the principal's supervision partially affected the performance of teachers at SMAN 1 Kisam Tinggi. The teacher's pedagogic competence partially influences the performance of teachers at SMAN 1 Kisam Tinggi. Principal supervision and teacher pedagogic competence simultaneously affect teacher performance at SMAN 1 Kisam Tinggi. Based on the value of the coefficient of determination test results, 82.2% of teacher performance can be explained by the supervision of the principal and pedagogic competence, meaning that there is a contribution of 82.2% given the supervision of the principal and pedagogical competence on teacher performance, and the remaining 17.8% (100%-82.2%) of the teacher's performance can be explained by other reasons.

This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's academic supervision and work motivation on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 10 Palembang. The research method used is using a quantitative research method approach with the number of samples used as many as 68 teachers. The research instrument in this study used a questionnaire for data collection and the IBM SPSS application for statistical data processing. Data analysis uses based on decisions made based on the results of data analysis to test predetermined hypotheses. The results obtained indicate that the principal's academic supervision and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance simultaneously. The results of this study are expected to contribute as a reference or teacher evaluation in planning the learning process in the next semester.

This study aims to describe the implementation of academic supervision in the learning process at MTsN 2 Musi Banyuasin. The method used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the instrument using an interview guide. Respondents in this study were teachers of MTsN 2 Musi Banyuasin with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: (a) academic supervision includes: teacher administration, lesson planning, learning implementation, and learning assessment; (b) no further supervision has been carried out but needs to be further optimized; and (c) the implementation of academic supervision can improve teacher performance in the learning process in madrasah tsanawiyah. This research is expected to contribute to the world of education, especially in the field of implementing supervision strategies in improving teacher performance.

This study aims to describe the supervision activities carried out by the head of MTs Negeri 1 Prabumulih in improving the learning process carried out by teachers. In general, this study reveals that 1) The focus of supervision activities includes teacher administration and learning process activities; 2) Supervision activities are very helpful for teachers in solving educational problems faced by teachers during learning; 3) With supervision, teachers become more motivated to try to increase knowledge to become professional teachers in carrying out learning; 4) Obstacles faced by school principals in supervision are the number of activities, limited operational funds, and the COVID-19 pandemic which limits activities so that supervision which should be carried out twice becomes once a year.

This study aims to determine the teacher's efforts in increasing students' understanding of the transformation material by strengthening the prerequisite material in mathematics. The approach used in this study refers to the principles of descriptive analysis research. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that teachers have many important roles that must be carried out in learning activities. The teacher's role in learning mathematics is to prepare learning by simplifying the material, facilitating students to learn by making teaching materials and learning media, organizing tasks that will be given to students and conducting assessments.

This paper presents evidence that there are, at least, three important language socialization phenomena within a dyadic Non-Native English Speaker (NNES) conversation. By doing conversation analysis of the two NNES in a non-formal situation, it is found that; (1) Background knowledge cannot be separated from the language acquisition process in mediating the discovery of a new concept (2) The value of tolerance owned by more expert individual contributes positively to the success of new member learning process and (3) Socialization process earned not only through direct experience but also an indirect process that may still give the same impact for the readiness of a potential new member before actually engaging in a community.

This research has a clear aim, namely to determine the improvement in fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years through cutting activities. The problems identified in the research are also very relevant and can be the basis for developing more effective learning activities to improve children's fine motor skills. Apart from that, factors such as lack of facilities and infrastructure, as well as the use of inappropriate methods in the learning and teaching process also need to be considered so that learning can run more effectively. This research can make an important contribution to early childhood education and development, especially in improving children's fine motor skills. In the long term, improving children's fine motor skills can have a positive impact on children's learning abilities and cognitive development. Therefore, cutting activities can be an effective way to facilitate the learning process in early childhood.

This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of the Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) type cooperative method in improving student learning outcomes. This research method involves the participation of students from various groups in academic games and tournaments to motivate cooperation and healthy competition. The research results showed a significant increase in the learning achievement of students who applied the TGT method compared to the control group. The uniqueness of this research lies in the implementation of the TGT method in an educational context and a deeper understanding of how collaboration and positive competition can help improve learning outcomes. The main contribution of this research is to provide empirical evidence about the benefits of the TGT method in improving student learning outcomes in various disciplines. This research also provides valuable insights for educational practitioners in the development of teaching methods that promote collaboration and student motivation in achieving better academic achievement.

This research aims to find out and describe teacher teaching development as an effort to improve the quality of learning at Khalifah Islamic Elementary School, Alang Alang Lebar District. The location of this research was carried out at Khalifah Islamic Elementary School, Kec. Alang Alang Lebar This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The subjects in this research were teachers at Khalifah Islamic Elementary School, Alang Alang Lebar District. Data collection in this research was carried out by interviews. The analysis technique in this research used the concept of triangulation. The results of this research state that the coaching carried out by the principal in improving the quality of learning at Khalifah Islamic Elementary School, Kec. Alang Alang Lebar is quite good. Based on the findings from the research, it can be recommended that teachers continue to improve their self-quality, improve work performance, school principals are expected to continue to motivate teachers, and make it easier for teachers to increase their knowledge and skills. The results of the research can be used as a reference and input for teachers and school management, especially regarding efforts to improve the quality of teachers in teaching.
