Abstract

This research was conducted because the need for an increasingly stringent Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the industrial world. With the existence of SOPs in the world of education industry, of course, they have to match the needs according to existing standards. SMK Negeri 1 Jabon Sidoarjo formed a Team of Rules (Tatib) which implemented SOPs in accordance with Industrial World standards. Handling related to Tatib is still done manually using a book. Of course, with manual recording, efficiency in processing time and reporting is constrained if needed in a short time. The recording process begins with the admin entering the master data required by the information system, then the teacher enters the recording of student violations. The final process for the Counseling Guidance (BK) team can see the number of range points that have been stored and will then make reports outside the information system. That way the process makes the work of the BK team more accurate and faster

Abstract

The times are getting more advanced, the price of necessities is also increasing, many elements justify any means to sell food/products that are not suitable for consumption in order to get abundant profits. which has neglected an important point, namely the halalness of the product. Therefore I made research on how to create an online shop that can sell halal products that are guaranteed to be halal. The Information Sistem for Sales of Halal Labeled Products at the Web-Based Khanza Online Shop is an online shop that sells products labeled as halal, the products being sold are products that have passed the test of the Indonesian Ulema Council (LPPOM MUI) Food and Drug Research Institute. Final result of This research is a sistem that makes it easier for Muslim communities in Indonesia, especially Sidoarjo, to be able to shop online for halal products that have been tested for halal

Abstract

An important supporting tool to support AKM is the QR Code (Quick Response Code). QR Code is much more practical and has many advantages over barcodes. This study aims to develop a QR Code supporting tool and determine the feasibility of a QR Code supporting tool as a Google Spreadsheet-Based AKM Supporting Application in Yapenas Gempol Vocational School. This type of research uses Research and Development (R&D), the R&D method used is the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development or Production, Implementation or Delivery and Evaluations). The research subject is the teacher or the AKM examination committee. The research instrument used was interviews to determine the feasibility of the supporting tools that had been developed. These supporting tools will be validated by 2 validators, namely media experts and content experts. Supporting tools have been validated by media experts and content experts with a percentage of media experts which include media expert validation indicators with navigation indicators of 93%, writing (text) 95%, display 89%, and media presentation 92%. For content expert validation with a display indicator of 91%, and content of 93%. The results of the trial results were obtained from the media display aspect, and the media effectiveness aspect obtained an average of 92% with very high eligibility criteria so that it can be concluded that the supporting tools for supporting AKM can be used to process AKM activities in the next school year and can be used for other assessment activities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out actually about the Implementation of the Online Marriage Management Information System in Improving the Quality of Service at the Prambon District Religious Affairs Office and the factors that become obstacles in implementing the Online Marriage Management Information System, namely the SIMKAH application. The method used in the research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The focus of the research is to emphasize the boundaries that will be studied, namely the implementation of a management information system in the religious affairs office using indicators of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The informant determination technique used was purposive sampling, consisting of the Head of KUA, staff and the bride and groom. Data collection techniques used by interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of SIMKAH Online in improving services in the KUA Prambon District has been implemented as proven by the results of communication indicators, resource indicators, disposition indicators, and bureaucratic structure indicators, namely that they have been implemented. Thus it can be concluded that the implementation has been going well and effectively

Abstract

One of the connection of one place starting from several materials or materials that are solid is one of the welding methods, as for the factors that can affect the quality of the weld results which include the process of tools and materials to be used, welding direction, welding electrode movement patterns, in order to use and select electrodes. In this study ST 40 steel plate, testing was carried out with 3 specimens using U and zigzag movement patterns and the direction of welding used back and forth. variations in electric current used are 40 A, 60 A, 80 A. This study has the aim of influencing welding techniques using current variations. The test results that the welding process using welding techniques consisting of movement patterns, welding direction and welding time does not affect the weld defects in the welding results. Abstract

Eating vegetables is important for both humans and farmers who process them to meet consumer needs. Round eggplant is a popular vegetable because it maintains its high nutritional value even with minimal cooking, leading to increased demand. A system for sorting eggplants based on color and size using Arduino Mega is needed. The research method used is research and development to test sensor accuracy and tool reliability in accordance with the research objectives. The tool uses Arduino Mega as a microcontroller, TCS3200 sensor for eggplant color detection, and HC-SR04 sensor for object detection. During the separation process, the eggplant rounds will be moved by a conveyor using a DC motor. In the last step, the tool will direct the round eggplant into the container based on its color and size using a servo motor

Abstract

The use of energy in Indonesia currently has a growing need for energy, this will have an impact on the condition of the energy crisis, dependence on fossil fuels has a very serious threat, therefore there must be alternative energy as a substitute or as a saver of fuel reserves. Currently available fossils such as wind energy, water energy, and solar energy are very abundant in Indonesia. This study aims to develop wind power plants as a source of alternative energy to produce electrical energy, namely wind turbines. A wind turbine is a tool that functions to convert wind power into mechanical power in the form of a shaft rotation, then this shaft rotation is utilized for power generation. This tool is used to meet energy needs and is also used for alternative energy as an effort to save and reduce dependence on fossil energy. In this problem, the author will develop a tool for the influence of the wing tip of the rotor blade on the performance of the wind turbine. The purpose of this research is to calculate how much influence the wing tip has on the performance of the wind turbine on the electric current produced by the wind turbine. By adding variations to the wing tip using NACA 0021. The data obtained in this study are current (A), voltage (V), turbine power (watts), from the results of the research data it was found that the performance of the wind turbine using NACA0021 was the most optimal using a wing tip. at an angle of 15〗^0 in layer 2 with a voltage value of 12.5 (V), current 2(A), turbine power of 25.35 (watts), and efficiency of 0.844.

Abstract

PT KKA is an export-oriented rattan furniture industry. In production, product defects often occur due to many factors that have not found a solution to fix them. Based on the results of observations in May, there were 487 units produced with 63 units or 13% returned, June 513 units produced with 57 units or 11% returned, and in July 445 units with 72 units returned. or 16%. This means that for 3 months the value of the reject percentage has increased by 3%. The application of the Six Sigma method is expected to identify and minimize the root causes of defects. FMEA is used to identify potential failures and the effects of failure on a process. The results of the Six Sigma test obtained a DMPO value of 27,590.8. The biggest percentage of defects are loose defects of 39%, and 22% color defects. The results of the FMEA analysis for loose defects have the highest RPN value of 294, this is due to the use of nail guns that are not appropriate and the checking method is only visual, suggestions for improvement are given, namely providing supervision and improving technical checking by moving one by one the joints and selecting materials which exists.

Abstract

PT. Cipta Warna Pelangi is a service company engaged in printing, which serves the needs and desires of customers related to printing. Products produced by the company include packing, cigarettes, label brochure books, invitations, food boxes, paper bags, letterheads, envelopes, calendars and so on, but still found some products that have defects. In the first three months of the year 2023, namely January, February, and March, a total of 321,175 pieces defects occurred. Then, in the following three months, the defects escalated further to a total of 499,005 pieces. This situation has become a significant concern as the total defects each month continue to increase. As a result, it is necessary to implement corrective measures in order to minimize the defects present at PT. Cipta Warna Pelangi. It is noted that there were 109,650 pieces defects in April 2023, 163,880 pieces defects in May 2023, and 225,475 pieces defects in June 2023. The products that experienced the highest number of defects are offset, spot UV, and die cut. This study aims to help companies determine the value of reject and waste rates using the lean six sigma method; find out the highest RPN value using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. This research uses lean six sigma method to overcome these problems, Lean Six Sigma is a quality control method that is a combination of Lean and Six Sigma. Lean is an approach that is constantly taken with the aim of eliminating waste and increasing the value of the product provided to consumers. Six Sigma is a method used in the manufacturing industry to improve product quality by identifying and minimizing factors or root causes of product defects. FMEA is used to evaluate and analyze the hazard level of any type of failure that may occur in the production process or in the products used by consumers. The results of this research indicate that the waste defect has obtained the first rank among the other seven types of waste, meaning that waste defect is the top priority for improvement. From the FMEA results, varnish damage obtained the highest RPN value of 252, which is caused by inconsistent quality of the UV liquid brand. Therefore, it is recommended to switch to a different brand of UV liquid

Abstract

In the wiring harness door production activities, the problem that occurs is the lack of achievement of the production target of 6.19% or 6.15 units in January 2023. This is caused by differences in production output at each work station or track which are not balanced resulting in an accumulation of work in progress. In making line balancing, working time measurements are carried out in each wiring harness production operation on the man power production line by using a stopwatch. The purpose of this research is to determine the optimal wiring harness production line and increase the efficiency of wiring harness production according to the company's target line efficiency. The methods used in solving this problem are the ranked positional weight method and the largest candidate rule method. From the results of the line balancing analysis using the ranked positional weight method and the largest candidate rule method, an efficiency value of 96.33% is obtained, the resulting output is 144.5 wiring haness units with 12 work stations. These results are better than before using both methods
