Abstract

PT Bintang Graha Makmur in Jakarta is a company that has been operating since 2010 in the field of food and beverages, especially alcoholic beverages. Until now, PT Bintang Graha Makmur has distributed alcoholic beverage products to various restaurants, hotels and bars. The problem that often occurs at this time is the difficulty in determining the right stock of goods, resulting in delays in shipping goods. This prediction is done to estimate future sales to make decisions in stocking goods so that they are able to adjust to the amount of demand for goods. The sales prediction method used is Simple Linear Regression and then the prototyping system development method which is applied in the form of a website. The results of this study are to produce an average value of MAPE from each prediction result of each product and help to process records on sales of goods, stock items and customers.

Abstract

Abstract: In the rapidly growing digital era, efficiency and accessibility of information have become crucial aspects in various sectors, including business, government, start-ups, education, and automotive. Along with the increasing scale of the company, the amount of data managed is also getting bigger, so a system that can simplify work and increase the productivity of each division is needed. Dashboard comes as an effective and adaptive data visualization solution to the needs of each user, both in the form of graphs, tables, and other indicators. By integrating dashboards in the company’s workflow, previously manual processes such as cross-divisional decision-making or approval can be done digitally, faster, and more efficiently, saving time and budget. This is especially relevant in the automotive industry, which demands high coordination in the process of shipping units from factories to end consumers. Based on the researcher’s experience in the Kemendikbudristek internship program and independent internship, it is found that the dashboard system has a vital role in the smooth operation of the company. Previous research also supports that implementing a good dashboard not only improves visual performance but also the efficiency of the database system used. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of accounting information systems, human resources, and the corporate life cycle on the quality of financial statements in hospitality companies in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). The research uses a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to financial managers or supervisors. The sample size was determined based on Hair et al.'s guidelines, and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that the accounting information system affects the quality of financial statements, while human resources and the corporate life cycle do not. However, collectively, the three variables still have an influence on the quality of financial statements.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of taxpayer awareness, tax sanctions, and the application of self-assessment on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Pulogadung. This research method uses a quantitative approach and data is collected using primary data, the sample collection technique uses purposive sampling with a questionnaire of 150 respondents, the population in this study were all individual taxpayers at KPP Pratama Pulogadung. Hypothesis testing to test each variable is done with validity tests, reliability tests, classicalassumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests. F-test and t-test using the SPSS 26 program. The results of this study indicate that taxpayer awareness and self-assessment has a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. Meanwhile, tax sanctions have a negative effect on taxpayer compliance. Furthermore, taxpayer awareness, tax sanctions, and the use of self-assessment can simultaneously influence taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

In the current era of digitalization, producing compelling advertisements requires precise creativity to capture advertisers’ attention. This study aims to analyze and describe the digital advertising production process employed by Prambors Radio Jakarta in attracting advertisers. Adopting a post-positivist paradigm and a qualitative approach, the research identifies three key stages in the production of the Top Genzation digital advertisement. The pre-production stage involves developing an editorial plan encompassing the advertising concept and distribution strategy. The production stage engages graphic designers and editors to craft visually appealing digital advertisements. The post-production stage includes delivering performance reports and traffic data to advertisers as a measure of advertising effectiveness. The study concludes that by systematically implementing these stages, Prambors produces creative, high-quality, and well-targeted digital advertisements that effectively enhance advertiser engagement.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to understand the effect of product quality, cashless transactions and emotional design on customer satisfaction at pecel lele stalls in Johar Baru, Jakarta. This type of research utilizes a quantitative method. The sample harvesting technique uses a purposive sampling of 140 respondents who have purchased products directly at the Johar Baru pecel lele shop, Jakarta. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability rest, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the hypothesis test show that the variable product quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, while cashless transactions and emotional design have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Moreover, Product quality, cashless transaction and emotional design simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Currently many public figures are doing personal branding through Instagram to build their image. One of the public figures who build personal branding through Instagram is Yunita Siregar. This research is specifically aimed at measuring the influence of personal branding carried out by Yunita Siregar on the reading interest of her followers using stimulus-response theory (S-R theory). This research uses an explanatory quantitative approach with a surveymethod to 400 respondents with categories that have been determined based on purposive sampling through distributing questionnaires to, and secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it shows that there is an influence between Yunita Siregar's personal branding on Instagram (variable X) on followers' interest in reading books (variable Y) there is an influence of 34.9% with a moderate, positive, and significant relationship level. Thus, H1 is accepted H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The tokusatsu style can be used as a creative strategy in advertising production. The combination of tokusatsu elements with retro visuals and the delivery of advertising messages through humor can be an attractive feature for advertisements. This is evident in the Chitato Lite Aburi Seaweed commercial titled “Lite Man Vs Monster Kentang.” This study applies Suyanto's concept of creative strategy, which includes appeals such as humor and music, along with execution styles like slice of life, demonstration, animation, fantasy, and dramatization. The aim of this study is to explore the creative strategy employed by the advertiser in producing the commercial. A qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method was used to analyze the strategy. The researcher conducted interviews with the production team from Popcult Group, the advertising agency behind the commercial. The results show that the Ultraman series was used as a reference due to its familiarity among the target audience. This aligns with the product’s tagline: “Japanese potato chips not sold in Japan.”
