Abstract

n protecting workers from the corona virus: COVID-19, the employment preparedness for preventive action must be carried out in accordance with health protocol. Preventive efforts are best practices to reduce the impact of COVID-19 at XX Hotels. Hotel XX has conducted a feasibility evaluation of the health protocol for the employment preparedness. This protocol aims to handle the prevention of Covid-19, especially for workers, guests and stakeholders. While the vaccine has not been given to the public/workers, the prevention of positive cases of Covid-19 expects all parties to implement the health protocol. The health protocol assessment results in XX Hotel show that the assessment achievement was 97% above the minimum 90%. Therefore, workers can be feasible to work according to the implementation of the health protocol and work with WFO (work from the office) in a new normal and get a certificate of eligibility for the health protocol.

Abstract

The creative economy is a concept that is always echoed by intensifying information and creativity that relies on ideas and knowledge from human resources as the main production factor. Creative Economy actors are divided according to sub-sectors, including: Architects, Interior Design, Visual Communication Design, Apps and Games, Product Design, Fashion, Video Film and Animation, Photography, Crafts, Culinary, Publishing, Fisheries, Performing Arts, Music, Arts From TV and Radio. The Covid-19 outbreak that has hit Indonesia since early March 2020 has had a significant impact on various sectors and one of these sectors is the economic sector, namely the creative industry. The government has begun to discuss a new normal (new normal) as an effort to restore the economy. The data analysis model used in this research is descriptive analysis with qualitative data. The results of this study include: (1) Through performing arts, product design, fashion, and culinary, it is hoped that it will be able to increase creative industry players who have competitiveness at both regional and national levels, to international levels (2) Assistance from local governments such as MSME loan restructuring facilities, labor-intensive programs, as well as providing relief from regional levy taxes for MSMEs to guide the creative industry to be more advanced amidst the uncertainty of the national economy in the new normal era. (3) Productive areas, such as Jebres District, can be used as a model forcreative industries for local people. other sub-districts in the city of Surakarta, even pilots in cities outside Surakarta.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of promotion, service quality and product quality on dessert sales volume at Harris Cafe Restaurant. The method used in this research is quantitative by using a sample of 100 guest respondents who enjoy dessert at Harris Cafe Restaurant. Samples were taken using purposive sampling and non-probability techniques. Data were collected using a questionnaire with descriptive data analysis and Multiple Linear Regression analysis, t test, F test using the help of SPSS version 21. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on sales volume of dessert at Harris Cafe Restaurant, because the value of tcount is greater than ttable. 2) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Sales Volume of dessert at Harris Cafe Restaurant, because the value of tcount is greater than ttable. 3) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on sales volume of dessert at Harris Cafe Restaurant, because the value of tcount is greater than ttable. 4) Overall the independent variables consisting of Promotion, Service Quality, and Product Quality have a simultaneous effect on the Sales Volume of dessert at Harris Cafe Restaurant, because the F test results obtained that the Fcount value is greater than Ftable.

Abstract

Security and ease of transactions is one of the factors that play a role in influencing purchasing decisions. The development of an increasingly modern eraencourages the creation of a new transaction system that can be used easily, but with a level of security that is not fully guaranteed.The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative by collecting data using a digital questionnaire, namely Google Form, to collectors of Original Action Figures in the Residency of Surakarta. The variables used in this study are the level of security (X1) and the level of convenience (X2) as independent variables and purchasing decisions (Y) as the dependent variable. The results of this study prove that the level of security and ease of transactions at offline stores partially and simultaneously influences purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Firm Size,Return on Assets (ROA), and Sales Growth partially and simultaneously toward Price to Book Value (PBV) in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2017. The data are secondary data in the form of financial statements obtained through the website www.idx.co.id and Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) in 2013-2017. The sampling technique used a purosive sampling technique and involved 11 companies. The data analysis technique used multiple linier regression methods. The results indicate that Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Return on Assets (ROA), and Sales Growth have a significant partially effect toward Price to Book Value (PBV), while Firm Size does not significant partially influence toward Price to Book Value (PBV). Meanwhile Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Firm Size, Return on Assets (ROA), and Sales Growth have a significant simultaneously effect towards Price to Book Value (PBV) in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to test the effect of the independent board of commissioners, audit committee, competition and conservatism towards earnings management in the Indonesian banking industry. Independent variables cover independentboard of commissioners, audit committee, competition, and conservatism. Whereas,dependent variable is earnings management assessing with discreationary accruals. The data of this research is secondary data from financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The population was banking companies in Indonesia that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2017. Sampling technique used purposive sampling with 17 banking companies. Whereas,methods of data analysis used multiple linear regression test.The result show that the independent board of commissioners has a positive effect while the conservatism has a negative effect on earnings management. Futhermore, the audit committee and competition have no effect on earnings management. Simultaneously the four variables have a positive and significant effet on earnings management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of incentives, work facilities, and career development on employee performance. The object of this research is at Hotel Sahid Jaya Surakarta. The hypothesis of this study is that incentives, work facilities, and career development have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Sahid Jaya Hotel employees in Surakarta. The number of samples in this study were 120 respondents who were obtained by using purposive sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample by using special characteristics that are in accordance with the research objectives so that it is expected to be able to answer research problems. Then the method of data collection through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS which includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test, R² test. The results showed that the independent variables, namely incentives (X1), work facilities (X2), and career development (X3) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) partially or simultaneously (together). Based on the coefficient of determination of 0.516, it is known that incentives, work facilities, and career development affect employee performance variables by 51.6% while the remaining 48.4% is influenced by other variables not described in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the significance of the effect of restaurant image on behavioral intention (2) the significance of the influence of restaurant image on consumer satisfaction (3) the significance of the influence of consumer satisfaction on behavioral intention (4) the influence of restaurant image on behavioral intention mediated by customer satisfaction. This study took place in the Kemuning Nature Tourism area, Karanganyar Regency. This study used a sample of 100 respondents with accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used path analysis, t test and Sobel test. The results of the study show that (1) Restaurant image has a significant effect on behavioral intention. (2) Restaurant image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on behavioral intention. (4) The influence of restaurant image on behavioral intention is mediated by customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that all hypotheses are accepted

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of writing this article on effective corporate governance from a traditional Islamic perspective is to provide an overview or explanation.Library research methods, sometimes known as library research, were used to write this article. Through literature, research, and academic articles that discuss governance and understand the application of Islamic GCG concepts in people's lives. The Qur'an provides guidance on how to run government in order to achieve good governance, successful business, and steps taken to evaluate traditional corporate governance/GCG and superior corporate governance from an Islamic perspective. The studied problem must then be classified, presented, and concluded after being defined. Sharia (GCG) and conventional business governance provide nearly identical results. The existence of a Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) that implements or carries out sharia principles and implements GCG in sharia banking operations, however, makes a difference.Islamic banking regulations are responsible for the formation of the DSN-(National MUI Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council). Keywords:Good corporate governance, Islamic perspective ABSTRAK Tujuan penulisan artikel ini tentang tata kelola perusahaan yang efektif dari perspektif Islam tradisional adalah untuk memberikan gambaran atau penjelasan.Metode penelitian perpustakaan, kadang-kadang dikenal sebagai penelitian perpustakaan, digunakan untuk menulis artikel ini.Melalui literatur, penelitian, dan artikel akademik yang membahas tata kelola serta memahami penerapan konsep GCG Islami dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Al-Qur'an memberikan petunjuk bagaimana menjalankan pemerintahan dalam rangka mewujudkan tata kelola yang baik, bisnis yang berhasil, dan langkah-langkah yang dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi tata kelola perusahaan tradisional/GCG dan tata kelola perusahaan yang unggul dari perspektif Islam. Masalah yang dipelajari kemudian harus diklasifikasikan, disajikan, dan disimpulkan setelah didefinisikan. Syariah (GCG) dan tata kelola bisnis konvensional memberikan hasil yang hampir identik.Keberadaan Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS) yang menerapkan atau menjalankan prinsip syariah dan menerapkan GCG dalam operasional perbankan syariah, bagaimanapun, membuat perbedaan.Regulasi perbankan syariah bertanggung jawab atas pembentukan DSN-(Dewan Syariah MUI Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, produk, harga, dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian di marketplace Lazada secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelanggan marketplace Lazada di Karanganyar. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, produk, harga, citra merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Lazada di Karanganyar, sehingga berhasil menarik konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi variabel keputusan pembelian hingga sebanyak 8,912; sementara variabel produk mempengaruhi variabel keputusan pembelian hingga sebanyak 10,340; sedangkan variable harga mempengaruhi variabel keputusan pembelian hingga sebanyak 7.400; dan brand image mempengaruhi variabel keputusan pembelian hingga sebanyak 8,754. Untuk memudahkan interaksi dengan konsumen dan agar perdagangan elektronik berjalan dengan baik, jadi design lazada bisa menjadi aplikasi lazada. Sehingga pemasarannya semakin efektif . Selain itu sehingga dapat dengan mudah digunakan oleh konsumen, Lazada juga promosi penjualan yang menggunakan email untuk sosialisasi, dan melakukan promosi penjualan online. Alat promosi penjualan yang digunakan oleh Lazada termasuk lazada bebas promosi menggunakan pengiriman alat, diskon, voucher, penjualan yang bergerak cepat, penawaran khusus dari mitra, dan pameran besar perdagangan. Hasil penelitian mereka akan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kualitas layanan, produk, harga, dan citra merek dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen Karanganyar.
