Abstract

This research method uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. This type of associative research uses a quantitative approach with a population of 19088 with a sample of 100 respondents. This research uses linear regression methods, correlation coefficient, determination, t test analysis, and f test. The results of the linear regression test show that a constant of 1.857 means that if Promotion (X1) and Facilities (X2) are not considered then Customer Satisfaction (Y) will only be worth 1.857 points. The correlation coefficient obtained is 0.936, meaning that the Promotion (X1) and Facilities (X2) variables have a very strong relationship with customer satisfaction. The result of the coefficient of determination is 0.876, it can be concluded that the Promotion (X1) and Facilities (X2) variables have an effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable by 87.6%. The results of the promotion t test show that the p value is < sig 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). The obtained t value > t table is (23.705 > 1.984). Likewise, the facility t test shows p value < sig 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05), obtained tcount > ttable (21.701 > 1.984). The results using the f test were obtained with a p value < sig 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05), and the calculated f value > f table, namely (343.611 > 3.09). From the results of this research, it can be concluded that promotions and facilities have a significant influence on customer satisfaction at the Yasmin Karawaci Hotel Tangerang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Debt Policy (DAR), Financial Performance (ROA), and Company Age on Company Value in Property and Real Estate Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017-2021 period. This research uses associative quantitative methods with the data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical tests, model estimation, model determination, classical assumption tests, panel data regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests with the help of the E-Views Serie 12 program, with a significance level of 0 .05 (5%) and the data source used is secondary data. The research results show that partially DAR has a positive and significant effect on Company Value which has a value of tcount > ttable (3.194114 > 2.0129) and a significance level of (0.0029 < 0.05). ROA has no significant influence on Company Value which has a value of tcount < ttable (1.817774 < 2.0129) and a significance level of (0.0772 > 0.05). Company age has a positive and significant effect on company value which has a value of tcount < ttable (2.152643 > 2.0129) and a significance level of (0.0379 < 0.05). The variables DAR, ROA, and Company Age together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the Company Value of property and real estate sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period with the value Fcount > Ftable (24.30597 > 2.81) and the value Prob (F -Statistics) 0.000000 is smaller than the specified significance level (0.000000 < 0.05). The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained an R-squared value of 0.887426 or 88.74% of the independent variables were able to explain the influence on the dependent variable and the remaining 11.26% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Abstract. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of promotional activities and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions in using delivery services at the J&T Express Graha Raya Serpong Branch, South Tangerang City. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and a sample of 99 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that promotional activities have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, this is proven by hypothesis testing, obtained t count > t table or (9.543 > 1.985). Service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, this is proven by hypothesis testing, obtained t count > t table or (8.824 > 1.985). Promotional activities and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 7.153 + 0.442X1 + 0.391X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.787 or has a strong level of relationship with determination of 62.0% while the remaining 38.0% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (78.337 > 2.700).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of communication and work discipline on employee performance at Xpress Print Tangerang City. This type of research is a type of quantitative research using data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The population in this research is Xpress Print employees in Tangerang City, namely 150 employees. The technique for determining the number of samples taken as respondents in the research This is by using the Slovin formula. The results of the Slovin formula calculation show a total of 60 employees. The data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive analysis, research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, as well as t test and F test using SPSS version 26 tools. The results of this study show that There is an influence between Communication (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) at Xpress Print Tangerang City, this can be seen from the results of the t test with a value of tcount > ttable (12.743 > 2.00), this is also proven by the significance of 0.000 < 0.5 . Thus, Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, then there is also an influence between Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at Xpress Print Tangerang City, this can be seen from the results of the t test with a value of tcount > ttable (13.652 > 2.00) , this is also proven by the significance of 0.000 < 0.05, thus Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, and thirdly there is an influence between Communication (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at Xpress Print Tangerang City, This can be seen from the results of the F test with a value of Fcount > Ftable or (123.039 > 3.15), this is also confirmed by Sig < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05), thus Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture and Communication either partially or simultaneously on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia Persero South Tangerang City. There is an influence of Organizational Culture and Communication on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) South Tangerang Head Office. Proven by the regression equation Y = 5.750 + 0.554 X1 + 0.306 X2, the correlation coefficient (R) value of 0.718 which means that the coefficient between the Organizational Culture and Communication variables on Employee Performance is strong, the known coefficient of determination (KD) = (R2) x 100% obtained from R, namely KD = 0.516 x 100% = 51.6% while the remaining 38.4% (100%-51.6%) is the influence of other factors not examined, the output is known Fhitung of 68.662 and a significance value of 0 while the value is 3. 7 So it can be concluded that Fhitung> Ftabel (68.662> 3.07) and significance <0.05 (0 <0.05), then Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that Organizational Culture and Communication together have an effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine efforts to improve student learning outcomes in reading English dialogue texts with the role playing method of class IX-5 SMP Negeri 17 South Tangerang City. The object of the study was grade IX-5 students of SMP Negeri 17 with a total of 40 children. This action research is a collaborative action research by dividing 3 (three) important research groups. The results of the study obtained the value of learning outcomes increased by 17.4%. In cycle I the average value was 70.3 and cycle II the average value was 82.5 from the success criteria of KKM > 75. Classical completeness increased by 38% as seen from cycle I 45% and cycle II 83% from success criteria > 80%. Student activity increased by 25.9% as seen from the first cycle 65.6% and in the second cycle 91.5% of the success criteria > 70%. This Role Playing method is not the only determining factor for the success of learning to read English dialogue texts so further research needs to be done using other methods.

Abstract

The success of the teaching and learning process in the classroom is largely determined by the learning strategy, however complete and clear the other components, without being implemented through the right strategy, these components will have no meaning in the process of achieving goals. Therefore, every teacher will teach is required to apply certain strategies or methods in the implementation of learning. This study aims to determine the effect of student motivation after applying the PAKEM learning model. This study used three rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages: design, activity and observation, reflection, and reference. The target of this study is grade VII students. The results of the analysis found that student learning achievement increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (68.00%), cycle II (80.00%), cycle III (92.00%). This means that the PAKEM learning model can have a positive effect on the learning motivation of VII students and this learning model can be used as an alternative to PAI learning.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Cimaju Utama Kreasindo Indonesia in Bogor City. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely 55 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 53.5% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (7.802 > 2.006). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 43.2% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (6.349 > 2.006). Motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.662 + 0.432X1 + 0.373X2. The coefficient of determination value is 64.1% while the remaining 37.5% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (46.428 > 2.780).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of Fixed Asset Turnover and Receivables Turnover on Return on Assets at PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk for the 2007-2017 period. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population used is the financial report of PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk for the 2007-2017 period. Data analysis used includes Fixed Asset Turnover, Receivables Turnover and Return on Assets, descriptive tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and multiple linear regression tests. The results of the t test (partial) showed that Fixed Asset Turnover had no significant effect on Return on Assets, while Receivables Turnover had a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets. F test results (simultaneous), Fixed Asset Turnover and Receivables Turnover have a significant effect on Return on Assets with a contribution of 30.25%. This is also reinforced by the results of the value of fcount (5.876) > ftable (4.260).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling menggunakan dengan sampel sebanyak 154 responden. Dengan populasi 250 dan Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (5,794 > 1,975). Kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (5,299 > 1,975). Nilai F hitung > F tabel atau 135.387 > 3,90, hal ini menunjukkan hipotesis ketiga diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Bintang Maraga Lintas Media Cabang Depok.
