Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the impact of promotion, company image, service quality, and location on customer satisfaction at PT Alfaria Trijaya Alfamart Panunggangan Timur. Using a quantitative method, the study employed Slovin's formula for sampling, resulting in 110 respondents. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that promotion, company image, service quality, and location each have a significant influence on customer satisfaction, with determination coefficients of 29.8%, 33.3%, 32.1%, and 27.5% respectively, all passing the t-test (t count > t table). Simultaneously, these factors significantly affect customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the regression equation Y = 12.186 + 0.117X1 + 0.271X2 + 0.141X3 + 0.043X4, with a determination coefficient of 39.6% and F count > F table (18.839 > 3.080). The remaining 60.4% is attributed to other factors not examined in this study. In conclusion, promotion, company image, service quality, and location collectively have a significant impact on customer satisfaction at PT Alfaria Trijaya Alfamart Panunggangan Timur.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) was first discovered in the city of Wuhan, China at the end of December 2019. This virus spreads very quickly and has spread to almost all countries, including Indonesia, in just a few months. So that on March 11, 2020 WHO declared this outbreak a global pandemic. Covid-19, all business management systems, businesses, entrepreneurship are paralyzed, also in education, the management managemen system must change the way it works and the system can be used and run according to the provisions so that quality can be met. Some governments have decided to implement a policy for student holidays and start implementing online learning methods (online) or online. for several schools in each region. These schools are not ready with an online learning system, which requires learning media such as mobile phones, laptops, or computers. Teachers must ensure that teaching and learning activities continue, even though students are at home. The solution is that teachers are required to be able to design learning media as innovations by utilizing online media (online). The use of several applications in online learning is very helpful for teachers in this learning process. Teachers must be accustomed to teaching by utilizing complex online media that must be packaged effectively, easily accessible, and understood by students. In that case, how does managerial education in the education unit manage learning during the covid19 pandemic?, what kind of educational management is needed and must be developed? This research will be conducted at the locus at the Bhakti Kencana Health Vocational School in Subang which is a vocational high school with the health sector. so you can see what kind of management is being developed.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this study is to improve students' ability to compile descriptive texts by developing learning strategies and learning models that are effective, efficient and fun and involve students actively in communication activities by expressing their ideas, opinions and feelings simply in writing. This research is a Classroom Action Research which is carried out by following the procedures of planning, action, observation, reflection or evaluation which is carried out repeatedly in the form of cycles. The results showed that through the describe pictures learning model, there was an increase in the percentage of student activeness in learning from 43.47% in cycle 1 to 71.73% in cycle 2. Student test results, the percentage of student scores below KKM from 89.14% in cycle 1 to 41.31% in cycle 2, this also means the percentage of students who have scores equal to or above KKM from 10.87% in cycle 1 to 58.67% in cycle 2. While the average result of the test writing score from 62.72 in cycle 1 to 70.12 in cycle 2. This means that the use of the Describe Pictures Learning Model can improve the ability of grade VII.6 students of SMPN 3 Tangsel in semester 2 of the 2021-2022 academic year.

Abstract

The purpose of this school action research (PTS) is to determine the extent of coaching principals through academic supervision to improve teacher performance in the development of learning outcome evaluation. The method used is the Classroom Reasearch method (Action Research) which is carried out in 3 cycles, with each cycle consisting of problem formulation, action implementation, observation/data collection, and reflection. The results of the actions taken are proven to improve teacher performance by achieving ideal standards. From an average of 62.02 teacher performance in cycle I, it can increase to 73.10 in cycle II, and 81.31 in cycle III.Teacher completeness is 28.57% in cycle I, to 66.67% in cycle II, and 100% in cycle III. These results show that coaching through the academic supervision of the principal can improve teacher performance in the development of learning outcome evaluation with completeness reaching 100%

Abstract

This study aims to provide an understanding of research related to the theme Literature Review on Factors Influencing MSME Decision-Making in Tangerang in Choosing E-commerce. It seeks to describe and explain the determinant factors associated with and influencing decision-making factors in selecting e-commerce. This research employs a literature review method to examine the locus and discussion of e-commerce selection decision factors and their determinants over the past five years (2020-2024). Data are derived from secondary sources, such as nationally indexed journals. According to Vosviewer, mapping indicates that the keyword "e-commerce adoption" requires further exploration.

Abstract

Technology Service Post (Posyantek) is one of the Indonesian government's strategic programs which aims to empower the community through the application of appropriate technology (TTG). Posyantek functions as a center for information, consultation and technology training that can be accessed by the community at the village and sub-district levels. This program is designed to support local economic development, increase productivity, and strengthen community competitiveness through technological solutions that suit local needs. The establishment of Posyantek was based on the need to bridge the technology gap between rural and urban areas. The method for writing this literature review is library study, where the author obtains information from textbooks, articles, modules or the internet. Examining theories and relationships or influences between variables from online books and journals sourced from Mendeley, Google Scholar and other online media. Technology Service Posts (Posyantek) are still very relevant to be established and maintained at this time, especially with the challenges and opportunities faced by society in the digital era and increasingly developing technology.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Tangerang City. The research method used an associative quantitative approach with saturated sampling techniques, involving the entire population of 63 employees. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires using various statistical analysis techniques, including validity, reliability, normality, and regression tests. The results showed that leadership style had a significant effect on employee performance, with a tcal value (7,620) > ttable (1,999) and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Similarly, work motivation has a significant influence on performance, with a tcal value (14,904) > ttable (1,999) and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneous testing showed that leadership style and motivation together had a significant influence on employee performance, with a value of Fcal (120.183) > Ftable (3.15) and significance of 0.000 < 0.05. A determination coefficient value (R Square) of 0.895 indicates that leadership style and motivation contribute 80% to employee performance, while the remaining 20% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. The findings of this study provide important implications for the development of human resources within the Ministry of Religion, especially in efforts to improve the performance of the state civil apparatus through the optimization of leadership style and work motivation.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on the share price of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk for the 2014-2023 period. Using a quantitative approach with secondary data from the company's financial statements, the analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results of the partial test showed that DAR had no significant effect on the stock price (t-count = 0.204 < t-table = 2.365; sig. = 0.844 > 0.05), while TATO had a significant positive effect (t-count = 4.392 > t-table = 2.365; sig. = 0.003 < 0.05). Simultaneous tests produced a significant influence of both variables on stock prices (F-count = 9.654 > F-table = 4.737; sig. = 0.010 < 0.05). An Adjusted R² value of 65.8% indicates good model predictability, with a correlation coefficient of 0.857 indicating a very strong relationship. These findings confirm that asset use efficiency plays a greater role in determining stock prices than the company's debt structure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peranan disiplin kerja dan kompensasi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas karyawan di PT Natural Spirits. Dalam era persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, perusahaan dituntut untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja sumber daya manusia melalui pengelolaan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas karyawan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik sampling jenuh terhadap 55 responden karyawan PT Natural Spirits. Analisis data mencakup uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, korelasi, determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas karyawan dengan koefisien korelasi 0,609 (hubungan kuat) dan kontribusi 65,5%. Kompensasi menunjukkan pengaruh yang lebih kuat dengan koefisien korelasi 0,809 (hubungan sangat kuat) dan kontribusi 82,1%. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas karyawan dengan koefisien korelasi 0,900 dan kontribusi 93,1%. Temuan ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa disiplin kerja dan kompensasi merupakan determinan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas karyawan, memberikan implikasi strategis bagi manajemen sumber daya manusia perusahaan dalam mengoptimalkan produktivitas dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Net Profit Margin (NPM) pada PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk periode 2014-2023. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik sebagai prasyarat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Current Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Net Profit Margin dengan nilai signifikansi 0,007 < 0,05 dan t-hitung 3,781 > t-tabel 2,365. Sebaliknya, Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Net Profit Margin dengan nilai signifikansi 0,321 > 0,05 dan t-hitung 1,068 < t-tabel 2,365. Secara simultan, Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Net Profit Margin dengan nilai F-hitung 15,368 > F-tabel 4,737 dan signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 81,4% menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 81,4% variasi Net Profit Margin, sedangkan 18,6% sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemen dalam optimalisasi struktur modal dan likuiditas untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan.
