Abstract

This paper aims to describe the optimize the function of zakat collection unit (UPZ) in maximizing the performance of BAZNAS City of Malang according to BAZNAS Rule Number 2 of 2016. This research includes empirical legal research using a sociological juridical approach. Data collecting done by structured interviews and documentation and than analyzed by data reduction, data presentatiton and conclusions/verification. The results of this research that the Zakat Collecting Unit (UPZ) which is under the auspices of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Malang City carries out its duties and functions in broad outline in accordance with BAZNAS Rule Number 2 of 2016 concerning Formation and Work Procedures Zakat Collection Unit. Each UPZ has its own methods and methods in collecting or distributing zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS) funds. The National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Malang City recognizes the performance of the Zakat Collecting Unit (UPZ) to help Malang City BAZNAS in maximizing BAZNAS performance, especially in the distribution of zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS) funds to those who are entitled to receive them.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth on the open unemployment rate in Prabumulih City. The research data used is secondary time series data for the 2010-2021 period obtained from the publication of the Prabumulih City Statistics Agency (BPS). The regression model in this study is a simple linear regression analysis method and is processed with the help of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 23 software. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression techniques and the results of the equation of this study show that economic growth increases the value of unemployment by 4.534 and the regression coefficient shows that an increase in economic growth increases unemployment by 0.392, this study also shows that the R Square value is 0.246 this figure shows that the economic growth variable affects unemployment by 24.6% and the remaining 75.4% is influenced by other variables outside this study. And from the results of the t test which shows that the t count of the Economic Growth variable is 1.808> t table 0.5760, meaning that the instrument in this study is valid H1 Accepted and a significant level of 0.101> 0.05, this indicates that economic growth has an effect and is not significant on the unemployment rate in Prabumulih City.

Abstract

Seeing the increasingly digital era, banks must pay attention to their information technology, so far Bank Muamalat KCP Sumenep has made innovations in serving customers. One of the innovations carried out by Bank Muamalat KCP Sumenep is in the form of a Mobile Branch. And utilizing information technology is a very appropriate solution in developing business and the services in it. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method is a research that describes the type of research by observing the surrounding phenomena and analyzing these phenomena.The results of this study were obtained from interviews from the parties concerned, that the implementation of Mobile Branch services can increase the number of customers, but there are obstacles in it, namely the COVID 19 virus and the epidemic that hit the world, making all banks, especially Mobile Branches experience a decline. in developing its business and in increasing the number of customers. But in terms of Mobile Branch services provided to customers, they are also satisfied with their presence and services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the activities of collecting market levies in order to increase the effectiveness of those applied to the Pamekasan Regency Industry and Trade Office and Regional Regulation No. 13 of 2012 concerning Market Levies. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative. This type of data uses quantitative data. The data source uses secondary data. The data collection technique uses documentation techniques in the form of local revenue reports and the stages of data analysis used by identifying market retribution collection activities, effectiveness analysis, growth analysis and trend analysis. The results showed that the activity of collecting retribution at the Department of Industry and Trade of Pamekasan Regency was in accordance with the Regional Decree of Pamekasan Regency Number 13 of 2012 concerning Market Retribution, so that the researchers considered that the activities of collecting Market Retribution at the Department of Industry and Trade of Pamekasan Regency had been effective. Based on the calculation of the effectiveness analysis of the industrial office, it has been effective. The growth of market retribution revenue has decreased significantly every year. Meanwhile, the average percentage growth for 3 years shows that every year the Department of Industry and Trade has not been maximized for collecting market levies so that the growth rate has not been met.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengeksplorasi implementasi laporan keuangan khususnya melalui studi kasus pada UMKM, kemudian disesuaikan SAK EMKM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian implementasi laporan keuangan pada Toko Kue & Roti Sobek Rara dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas, Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (SAK EMKM). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu jenis data subjek dan dokumenter dimana sumbernya yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diambil dengan melakukan wawancara (secara lisan dan tertulis), sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa laporan keuangan pada Toko Kue & Roti Sobek Rara telah sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (SAK EMKM).

Abstract

Sharia banking is now starting to become a solution, no longer just an alternative to financial problems, as evidenced by the 1998 monetary crisis, Islamic banking remained strong. This is of course supported by the existence of management elements that have been managed well by Islamic banking. The existence of employee performance that continues to increase, and training is part of these management elements, so that the positive stigma of Islamic banking can be endemic to the wider community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect and magnitude of the effect of training on the performance of employees of BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. This study uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the study indicate that there is an effect of training on the performance of employees of BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS version 18, with the acquisition of R square of 0.129. This means that 12.9% of employee performance is explained through training for employees of BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. While the remaining 87.1% can be explained by other factors. From the results of this study, this is caused by, First: The training program cannot be transferred in daily tasks. because the method used in the company is different, this happens because sometimes the training material provided is about conventional banks while this is not in accordance with the BPRS Bhkti Sumekar Sumenep. Second: There is no follow-up regarding the results of the training. The absence of evaluation after the implementation of the training resulted in the ineffectiveness of the results of the training itself, because there was no serious follow-up regarding training in the world of work. This is where the manager's job as a leader must be keen to see and analyze the training program. So that the training provided to employees will be beneficial for employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja, pelatihan kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengalaman kerja sebagai variabel independent, pelatihan kerja sebagai variabel independent, pengembangan karir sebagai variabel independent dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependent. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan PT Sagamartha Ultima Malang yang bergerak di bidang konsultan perencanaan dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 35 orang. Sampel yang diambil dengan teknik sampel jenuh, sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel pelatihan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan variabel pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Banking sector need to find the right strategy in providing Customer Satisfaction and increase Customer Loyalty. Based on previous empirical research, this study emphasizes the importance of Innovation Capability and Ethical Behavior as the antecedents of Customer Satisfaction. Data were collected from 200 customers of Bank in Pamekasan regency and analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The major findings include first, Innovation Capability has significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Second, Ethical Behavior has significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Third, Customer Satisfaction has significant effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan sektor healthcare periode 2011-2021. Variabel struktur modal yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari debt to asset ratio (DAR), dept to equity ratio (DER), return on investment (ROI), dan return on equity (ROE). Sedangkan variabel nilai perusahaan digunakan earning per share (EPS). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif asosiatif (hubungan atau pengaruh). Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu sepuluh perusahaan sektor healthcare, berupa data panel yang merupakan gabungan antara data time series dan cross-section. Berdasarkan uji yang dilakukan telah didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel DAR, DER, dan ROE tidak signifikan dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap EPS sebagai indikator nilai perusahaan. Tetapi variabel ROI sangat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap EPS.

Abstract

This research aims to determine direct compensation and indirect compensation on employee performance at PT. Surya Jaya Sentosa Light. In addition, this study aims to determine the most dominant variables in influencing employee performance. Research conducted at PT. CAHAYA Surya Jaya is a type of associative or relationship research. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Research variables consist of independent variables and dependent variables. The independent variable consists of direct compensation (X1) and indirect compensation (X2) and the dependent variable consists of employee performance (Y2). Hypothesis testing using F test and t test using statistical-based data processing, namely SPSS 20. The results showed that there was a simultaneous influence between direct compensation and indirect compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Surya Jaya Sentosa Light. Meanwhile, the more dominant variable is the direct compensation variable.Â
