Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of collaboration between stakeholders in the EJSC program implemented by the Pamekasan Regional Coordination Agency (Bakorwil) IV. This study uses the collaborative governance theory developed by Chris Ansell and Alison Gash with four main indicators: starting conditions, institutional design, facilitative leadership, and collaborative process. The research method used is a qualitative approach with the research location at Bakorwil IV Pamekasan. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and documentation, using a purposive sampling technique, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model that includes data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The study shows that synergy between the government and the private sector has been established, but community participation is low and the institutional design is unclear. Facilitative leadership is effective through mediation and empowerment, although understanding of objectives is not yet evenly distributed. This program is beneficial for MSMEs and reducing unemployment. These findings strengthen the practice of collaborative governance in regional public policy.

Abstract

This study discusses fundamental analysis in Islamic investment. Fundamental analysis is the main approach used by investors to assess whether sharia-compliant stocks are viable in the capital market. In this study, a literature review approach is adopted, drawing from various scientific articles and research related to fundamental analysis in Islamic investment. The findings indicate that fundamental analysis involves evaluating macroeconomic conditions, industry developments, and company financial statements. This helps investors reduce risks and increase the likelihood of gaining long-term profits. The application of fundamental analysis also requires investors to ensure that the selected companies are free from elements of riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), and maysir (gambling or speculation), thereby complying with sharia criteria. Therefore, fundamental analysis in Islamic investment is a crucial element in making responsible and sustainable investment decisions in accordance with sharia principles.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Tabarok financing using the mu??rabah contract and to identify the factors influencing its Sharia compliance at PT. BPRS Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan. The focus of the study is directed toward assessing the conformity of financing practices with Sharia principles, considering the distinctive characteristics of the Tabarok product, which applies a daily installment system and a door-to-door marketing strategy that may lead to variations in implementation in the field. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, employing interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques, while data validity is ensured through source triangulation. The findings indicate that Tabarok financing is implemented under a mu??rabah scheme, in which the bank acts as the ???ibul m?l (capital provider) and the customer as the mu??rib (entrepreneur), with a flexible daily installment mechanism adjusted to the customer’s business capacity. The One Day One Street marketing strategy is applied to bring financing services closer to micro-entrepreneurs while simultaneously expanding Islamic financial inclusion. Sharia compliance in Tabarok financing is influenced by several key factors, including customer selection and eligibility assessment, Sharia education related to mu??rabah principles, active supervision by the Sharia Supervisory Board, and continuous financing monitoring. The study concludes that the implementation of Tabarok financing complies with Sharia principles in terms of contractual structure, fund management mechanisms, and supervisory processes. This research contributes to enriching empirical studies on mu??rabah-based financing practices in Islamic rural banks (BPRS), particularly microfinance products utilizing daily installment systems and direct community-based marketing approaches.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse how to optimise Islamic stock portfolios in Indonesia using the Sharpe model. Most studies only focus on comparing Sharpe ratios between portfolios without exploring in depth the geometric structure of the relationship between return and risk. Many studies assume stable capital market conditions. This model considers the dynamics of return and risk movements as well as the Sharpe angle and the use of Excel Solver. Most studies discuss conventional stocks, while this study examines sharia stocks. Based on calculations using Excel Solver, two assets with the largest angles, meaning the best performance, were obtained. The best stock combination using the Sharpe method was obtained with a code of 70% and 30%. This study contributes to the development of portfolio management literature by offering a geometric perspective in stock performance analysis based on the Sharpe model, particularly for sharia stocks in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital technology and operational efficiency on the profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia by using secondary data obtained from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the period 2005–2025. The analysis was conducted using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method through EViews software to obtain an empirical description of the relationships among the research variables. The regression results indicate that digital technology, operational efficiency, and other supporting variables do not exert a significant effect on profitability, as reflected in the probability values of each variable, which exceed the 0.05 significance threshold. The regression model also shows a very low R-squared value and an insignificant F-statistic, suggesting that the model has limited ability to explain variations in profitability. Residual analysis further demonstrates that the error distribution does not fully follow a normal pattern based on the Jarque-Bera test, although the deviations remain within an acceptable descriptive range. These findings highlight that increases in digitalization and operational efficiency during the observation period have not yet translated into measurable contributions to the profitability of Islamic banks. This condition implies that the digitalization process and efficiency improvements require time, system strengthening, and managerial readiness before their impact becomes fully reflected in financial performance. Therefore, future research is recommended to incorporate additional variables, extend the observation period, and employ more comprehensive analytical approaches to obtain stronger and more representative results.
