Abstract

Currently, there are a lot of Solid-State Drives or SSDs that are running in the market. Each SSD can come with different features and prices from one another. Hence, this can confuse buyers planning to purchase one for their PC or laptop. It also applies to university students who depend on laptops to do college work and run on a limited budget. Any mistake in deciding which SSD to use can be costly. Henceforth, this paper aims to help decide what SSD would be best for an average university student. Two algorithms will determine which SSDs are best for university students to buy. The algorithms used are Simple Additive Weighting and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution. The results of these algorithms are used to show the top three best SSDs for university students. Therefore, university students can make an informed choice based on the results from both algorithms.

Abstract

Evaluasi lahan dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas komoditas pertanian. Salah satunya dengan persyaratan penggunaan lahan dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik lahan. Namun, Dinas Pertanian selaku koordinator sulit mendapatkan informasi terkait karakteristik lahan yang sesuai dengan jenis tanaman berdasarkan faktor cuaca. Anomali cuaca menyebabkan turunnya produktitivitas tanaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi kesesuaian lahan untuk menentukan jenis tanaman pangan beradasarkan karakteristik lahan serta evaluasi kesesuaian lahan tanaman. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST). Tahapan FAST yaitu scope definition, problem analysis, requirement analysis, decision analysis, design, contruction and testing, dan instalation and delivery. Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan aplikasi menghasilkan nilai 87% dengan kriteria baik. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi kesesuaian lahan tanaman pangan dapat digunakan dengan baik.

Abstract

Banking performance must always be maintained in providing fast and accurate services based on data processing results. PT Bank ABC has several data warehouse from various sources. The technology used makes the reporting process more complex, and maintenance costs are high. This research presents the data warehouse system transformation process using a single source of truth approach and the use of Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tools from IBM InfoSphere DataStage version 11.5. ETL testing is carried out on the Performance Measurement System (PMS) process by business units to monitor, identify, and analyze performance in each business unit. The results obtained proved to be faster than DB2 and Oracle database queries. Using the DataStage platform provides advantages in time efficiency, which is a crucial factor in overall data processing. In addition, DataStage Integration can have a positive impact on overall system performance, support smooth operations, and minimize the potential for database server overload.

Abstract

SMK Taruna Pekanbaru merupakan salah satu sekolah yang berada di kota Pekanbaru dengan jumlah siswa/i aktif sekitar 800 orang siswa yang bersekolah di SMK Taruna Pekanbaru. Pada saat ini untuk informasi pembayaran uang sekolah di SMK Taruna Pekanbaru masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga apabila siswa ingin melihat bukti pembayaran sekolah siswa bisa melihat melalui kwitansi dan buku pembayaran. Oleh karena itu, penulis tertarik untuk membahas sistem informasi pembayaran sekolah yang bertujuan memudahkan siswa maupun bagian keuangan salah satunya untuk mengakses informasi pada suatu layanan di sekolah, khususnya pada layanan informasi rekapan bukti pembayaran uang sekolah di SMK Taruna Pekanbaru. Perancangan aplikasi rekapan bukti pembayaran uang sekolah di SMK Taruna Pekanbaru ini merupakan solusi modern yang dirancang untuk mempermudah pengecekan rekapan bukti pembayaran uang sekolah bagi siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada perancangan UI UX Design pada aplikasi rekapan bukti pembayaran uang sekolah di SMK Taruna Pekanbaru menggunakan metode Lean UX dan melakukan testing design menggunakan metode UEQ. Hasil akhir dari perancangan design tersebut akan dirancang kedalam sebuah aplikasi mobile dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman kotlin. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil akhir berupa aplikasi informasi pembayaran uang sekolah di SMK Taruna Pekanbaru berbasis mobile, dengan sistem ini siswa dan guru dapat mengetahui informasi pembayaran dan rekapan pembayaran yang mudah dilakukan untuk pengecekan uang sekolah yang sudah di bayar maupun yang belum di bayar, dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat memudahkan proses administrasi sekolah.

Abstract

Access Control (AC) in networking attempts to make sure that only authorized devices perform actions formed upon privileges defined for them with a view to prevent malicious users' entry and interaction in the communication grid. Blockchain solutions contain an arrangement of related blocks that naturally safeguards the trustworthiness, defending the incontestability, defend masked-identity of its transactions/transfers due to scattered consensus strategies and cryptographic solutions. Our survey comprehensively reviews BC-formed AC in broad scope of networking considering AC techniques while breaking down into 4 propositions and assessing them in terms of blockchain roles, AC technique and approach, network elements, and rest. We stockpiled a primary sample of 79 bibliographic references by weeding out them for screening criteria sought from scientific information reservoirs exploiting a qualitative and extensive strategy. Formed upon this survey, in blockchain-formed AC, blockchain can be exploited as an AC manager to administrate network devices and access information, implement automatic AC by means of smart contracts, secure storage of AC related data to reinforce overall AC security, and for safe data exchanging in the operation of AC. Minute assessment highlights that from blockchain-formed AC, 52.5% provide AC using blockchain itself or using smart contracts, 92.5% exploit sequential blockchain, 35% exploit PBFT consensus, provide 100% fine-grained and host-formed AC, 85% decentralized AC, 87.5% have single-factor authentication, 92.5% provide dynamic AC, and 45% have opted for IoT. Finally, we evaluate the chances and difficulties of the principle of blockchain-formed AC and then giving recommended actions to beat them.

Abstract

Penyakit Alzheimer merupakan suatu tipe demensia yang berpengaruh terhadap ingatan, cara berpikir, dan perilaku. Gejala-gejala tersebut dapat menjadi cukup parah sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kegiatan sehari-hari. Dalam penelitian ini, diperkenalkan aplikasi Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) sederhana dan pre-trained model Vision Transformer (ViT) untuk menganalisis data MRI Scan Alzheimer dengan empat kelas, yaitu Mild Demented, Moderate Demented, Non Demented, dan Very Mild Demented. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan perbandingan pengaplikasian CNN dengan bobot dan ViT yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua cara, yaitu dengan bobot dan tidak. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaplikasian ViT dengan bobot menghasilkan akurasi yang lebih tinggi dibanding dengan metode lainnya. Dari penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat menganalisa dan mendeteksi penyakit Alzheimer dalam bidang kesehatan dengan efisien.

Abstract

Penggunaan energi listrik untuk kehidupan sehari – hari semakin meningkat tanpa adanya pengawasan dan pembatasan yang mengakibatkan penggunaan energi semakin semena – mena , penggunaan energi berlebihan juga disebabkan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin memudahkan pekerjaan manusia. Namun kebutuhan energi listrik yang besar tidak disertai dengan kapasitas energi listrik yang memadai. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan sebuah metode estimasi beban listrik jangka menengah dengan menggunakan Time Series Neural Network. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi jumlah energi listrik yang tidak terpakai dan digunakan se efisien mungkin. Pada penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai MAPE sebesar 5.36% dan nilai RMSE sebesar 9.2

Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) and the increased curiosity about how large language models (LLMs) may maximize an organization's opportunities and the ethical implications of LLMs, such as the ability to generate human-like text, give rise to concerns regarding disinformation and fake news. As a result, it is crucial to develop evaluation benchmarks that take into account the social and ethical implications involved. The great challenges of LLMs lack awareness of their own limitations, yet they persist in producing responses to the best of their capabilities. This often results in seemingly plausible but ultimately incorrect answers, posing challenges to the implementation of reliable generative AI in industry. This paper aims to delve into the evaluation metrics of machine-learning models' performance, specifically focusing on LLM. Therefore, bibliometric analysis utilized to explore and analyze various techniques and methods used in evaluating large language models. Additionally, it sheds light on the specific areas of focus when evaluating these models. The results show that natural language processing systems, classification of information, and computational linguistics are some of the techniques used to evaluate large language models. This work paves the way for future investigations employing extensive language models.

Abstract

Improvements to eliminate or reduce non-value added activities that cause waste with Lean Manufacturing analysis on CV ABC. Lean Manufacturing is a continuous effort to eliminate (waste) and increase value add (value added) products (goods/services) to provide value to customers (customer value). Objective This research is to determine the factors that cause waste in the production process and to give proposal on company method minimize waste which has been identified. Data in this research are quantitative and qualitative data. Primary data processing in the form of standard time calculations took 30 data, which means 30 batches of fish roulade production. Lean Manufacturing Approach carried out by analyzing the flow of information and the flow of goods using the Value Stream Mapping method. Waste Which dominant happen that is time waiting, unnecessary movements and processes it is not in accordance with. Waste of time waiting occurs in process steaming. Waste time wait on process production can be minimized by adding production facilities which can reduce the dough waiting outside the machine steaming. Waste movement which no need can minimized by increased supervision from superiors as well as providing firm action to workers. Waste for non-compliant processes can be reduced by clarify standard operation Which applies in company and stick it in every production process, as well do maintenance machine in a way regular so that performance machine always deep conditions which good. Reduced time to reduce lead time ie amounting to 37.78 minutes. This time is obtained from subtraction the process of taking spices, weighing flour and vegetables as well as preparation and maximization activities process draining with addition facility. Matter this result change time leads time production from 674.44 minutes to 636.66 minutes.

Abstract

In the current industrial era, clothing companies face increasingly complex challenges in maintaining the quality and sales of their products. To overcome these obstacles, companies must have a good vision, mission, and decision-making capabilities supported by efficient data management. Data is becoming a valuable asset in Industry 4.0, pivotal in process management, increased productivity, and competitive advantage. This research explores the implementation of Data Warehouse (data warehouse) and ETL (Extraction, Transformation, and Load) processes on star schema for PT Golden Flower Tbk. A data warehouse is a container for storing company data, supporting decision-making, and providing business insights. Meanwhile, the ETL process ensures that the data entered into the warehouse is clean, structured, and ready for analysis. PTA garment manufacturing and exporter company, USPT Golden Flower Tbk, uses the Pentaho application to carry out the ETL process. Pentaho, a Business Intelligence tool, facilitates easy data processing and analysis. This research also explains the use of dimension tables and fact tables in star schemas, which form the basis for more in-depth data analysis. Through visualization and analysis using star schema, Mondrian, and schema workbench, companies can identify sales patterns in each branch and understand which products are most in demand by consumers. The results of the star schema, moMondrianand schema workbench provide a better understanding of the company's sales performance, enabling more informed decision-making and more effective strategies.
