Abstract

This research aims to: 1) identify and assess the changes of landuse of watershed Kreo in 2005-2015 2) compute, classify, and analyze the carrying capacity of water system based on the criteria, namely the value of coefficient of flow regimes (KRS), the annual flow coefficient (KAT), flood occurred, and the index of water use (IPA) of watershed Kreo in 2005-2015 3) analyze the effects of landuse change on the carrying capacity of water system of DAS Kreo in 2005-2015. The research method is qualitative and quantitative descriptive research method with the object of research is the effect of changes in land use in the watershed Kreo that may affect the carrying capacity of watershed hydrology. Data analysis techniques used in the study is the analysis of image interpretation, analysis the carrying capacity of water system, a qualitative and quantitatif descriptive analysis. The result of this research is the landuse change affect to the results of the carrying capacity calculation of river catchment area water management. Jatibarang Reservoir extends the positive impact that decrease the coefficient value of the flow regime (KRA) and the index of water use (IPA).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menentukan pengaruh marketing  mix terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) produk olahan makanan ringan di Kota Bogor. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 orang konsumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey, bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian  verifikatif dan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui interview dan penyebaran angket pada responden. Kuesioner tersebut di uji menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas serta uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan produk, harga, tempat dan promosi berpengaruh secara simultan pada minat beli konsumen. Secara parsial harga dan produk berpengaruh pada minat beli konsumen, sedangkan promosi dan tempat tidak memiliki pengaruh pada minat beli konsumen. Variabel produk menjadi yang paling kuat memiliki pengaruh pada minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

This research applied Small Group Discussion learning model to improve the understanding of concept of KKNI 6th level students to match their expert field. The observations showed that the concept understanding of students was still low. This research was a classroom action research with Kemmis McTaggart cycle model. This classroom action research was conducted over two cycles. Each cycle consisted of two meetings. The subjects of the research were 2A class students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Program in Yogyakarta State University which amounted to 39 students. The data collecting technique in this research was test, while the data analysis technique used descriptive quantitative by finding mean then described. The result of the research showed that the concept understanding of the students in pre-action condition were 55,2 included in low category, then the average of students’ understanding concept increased in the first cycle with score 64,7. In cycle II, the students’ understanding concept increased significantly  with score 77,3. Based on the research, it  can be concluded that the SGD model can  improve the students' concept understanding.

Abstract

Work stress is a feeling of pressure or distress experienced by employees in the face of job. In carrying out activities in each group, humans can encounter a stress. The same condition also occurs to a workers in cargo section in doing his task. This research used mix method approach (quantitative – qualitative). The subject of the research is the workers in cargo section PT Angkasa Pura logistik Semarang. The data were collected by spreading the questionnaire of work stress symptoms on 47 respondent, 54,1% experienced severe labor stress, 45,9% experienced mild stress and 0% did not experience work stress. Based on eight job stress factors studied, the intrinsic factors of the job (job demands and work environment) and external job demands all the elements related to work stress a workers in cargo section PT Angkasa Pura logistik Semarang (subjectively).How to control work stress on the workers in the cargo section that does not experience work stress in controlling the saturation is by joking with co-workers play mobile phones and always try to stay focused. If there is a problem at work or with colleagues, they discuss with the Leader and colleagues to find the best solution. To relieve fatigue during work is by drinking body movements and cool the body in the customer service.

Abstract

Menganti Beach is a tourist destination for both local and outside tourists. The number of visits from year to year continues to increase, in 2016 the number of tourists was 227.530 while in 2017 the number of tourists was 448.667. The high interest of visitors to travel to Menganti Beach can cause environmental damage. Therefore it is necessary to study tourism carrying capacity to determine the maximum number of tourist visitors that can still be tolerated. The purpose of this study is Knowing the carrying capacity of Menganti Beach tourism.The data analysis used is descriptive and the calculation of support capacity using the Douglas method (1975) in Fandeli (2001) by calculating physical carrying capacity (PCC), real carrying capacity (RCC), and effective carrying capacity (ECC). Based on the calculating result obtained physical carrying capacity is 6.232, the real carrying capacity is 501, and the effective carrying capacity is a 351. So with the value of PCC > RCC > ECC, shows that tourism carrying capacity in Menganti Beach has not been exceeded. However, actually when the peak season, real carrying capacity and effective carrying capacity of Menganti Beach have excedeed with the number of visits a day is 6.000 tourist, and when low season the real carrying capacity has not been exceeded by 240 tourist.

Abstract

Accounting information is very important thing in business activities or government. Accounting information is used as decision making in organization. The purpose this research to analyze affect relevant information, reliable information, complete information, timely information, understandable information toward quality accounting information at Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) in Gunungkidul.This Research is quantitative research with purposive random sampling technique. Employee population 11 Dinas that use Accounting Information, the sample of wich was obtained 68 people. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis.The result of the research shows that partially relevant information valuable 0,000 and complete information valuable 0,000 smaller than 0,05 has an effect on quality accounting information, while reliable information valuable 0,351 , timely information valuable 0,574 and understandable information valuable 0,680 greather than 0,05 no effect on quality accounting information. But simultaneously relevant information, reliable information, timely information, complete information and understandable information affect the performance of accounting information valuable 0,000 greather 0,05.Keywords: relevant information, reliable information, complete information, timely information, understandable information, quality accounting information.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disease characterized by chronic hyperglycemia (high sugar) due to failure of insulin secretion, where normal sugar levels are between 80-120 mg / dL. Lack of patient and family knowledge can increase the risk of diabetes mellitus complications. To improve the prevention of complications, diabetic foot gymnastic health education is given. The aim of the study is to determine the effect of diabetic foot gymnastics health education on the level of knowledge of families with Diabetes Mellitus. This research type is qualitative with descriptive case study approach. The population in this study is all the people of Pijiharjo Village who experienced Diabetes Mellitus.  The sample of 3 respondents families with Diabetic Mellitus. The Instruments use Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), leaflets, flipcharts, Counseling Event Unit (SAP), questionnaire sheet. Test analysis using review data. The action taken is diabetic foot gymnastics health education. This health education was done 1 days for 1 hour. All three respondents experienced an increase in knowledge as evidenced by the ability to answer the questionnaire before and after being given health education, from the category of insufficient (40% -67%) to a good category (80% -100%).From the case studies it was found that the level of respondents' knowledge increased as evidenced by the ability to answer the questionnaire before and after being given health education, from the category of insufficient (40% -67%) to a good category (80% -100%). This increase in the level of knowledge is influenced by the level of education, socioeconomic, age, and experience of obtaining prior health education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi resiko terhadap Keputusan Pembelian online melalui Kepercayaan sebagai variabel intervening pada konsumen pengguna aplikasi instagram di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen instagram di Jabodetabek yang sudah melakukan pembelian sebanyak dua kali atau  lebih. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 155 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Purposive Sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yang bersifat kausal dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analysis Jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Persepsi Kemudahan dan Persepsi Resiko berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan dan Keputusan Pembelian online di media sosial Instagram.  Kepercayaan berhasil menjadi variabel Intervening bagi Persepsi Kemudahan  karena memiliki nilai pengaruh tidak langsung yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan pengaruh langsungnya.
