Abstract

Business competition which is currently quite tight gives demands on companies and employees to be able to maintain their business, this can also have an impact on employee workload and the need for competent employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of employee competence and employee workload on employee performance at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Bogor branch. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach with a population and sample of 65 respondents, data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that employee competence (X1) and employee workload (X2) affect employee performance (Y).

Abstract

The emergence of stronger business competition requires companies to improve the performance of Human Resources, there are several things that influence work discipline and workload. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence between Discipline and Workload either partially or simultaneously on employee performance at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Mayestik Market Branch Office - Jakarta. This study uses associative quantitative research methods where the data obtained in the form of questionnaires processed using the SPSS 25 application. the result There is an influence of Discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Mayestik Market Branch Office - Jakarta, There is an influence of Workload on employee performance at PT. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Palapa Alta Utama Depok City. The method used partially and simultaneously is quantitative. The population and sample in this study were 84 respondents. Data analysis techniques, classical assumption tests, regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests, hypothesis tests. The results of the research show that simultaneously the variables of motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Palapa Alta Utama Depok City with a value of 0.724 while the remainder is (100 – 52.4%= 47.6%) while the partial test shows that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance of PT Palapa Alta Utama Depok City with a calculated t value > t table or (6,355 > 1,663). This is also reinforced by the ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Meanwhile, work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of PT Palapa Alta Utama employees, Depok City with a value of t count > t table or (9.338 > 1.663). This is also reinforced by the ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that motivation and work discipline influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and leadership on employee performance at CV. Terang Indah Alpha. This research uses quantitative methods with saturated sampling techniques, this study involved 25 respondents. The results of the analysis show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.634 and an influence contribution of 42.5%. Work discipline also has a significant effect with a correlation coefficient of 0.778 and an influence contribution of 60.5%. Simultaneously, leadership and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.605 and an influence contribution of 60.5%, while the rest is influenced by other factors. The results of hypothesis testing reinforce the finding that both variables have a strong and significant relationship to improving employee performance.

Abstract

. In this era of globalization, companies are required to always optimize their human resources. Based on the power obtained by researchers, it shows that the existing culture in the company and company communication is not good. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and communication on employee performance at Mcdonald's Kemang branch both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample in this study totaling 75 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The result of this study is that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, with a regression equation Y = 8,294 + 0.758X1 and a correlation coefficient value of 0.753, indicating a strong relationship. The contribution of its influence is 56.8%, while 43.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing shows t count> t table (9.791> 1.666), so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Furthermore, communication also has a significant effect on employee performance, with a regression equation Y = 4,131 + 0.853X2 and a correlation coefficient of 0.816, indicating a strong relationship. The contribution of the effect is 66.5%, while 33.5% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing shows t count> t table (12.046> 1.666), so H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Simultaneously, organizational culture and communication have a significant effect on employee performance, with a regression equation Y = 1.605 + 0.361X1 + 0.591X2 and a correlation coefficient of 0.855, indicating a very strong relationship. The contribution of the effect is 73.1%, while 26.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing shows F count> F table (97.927> 3.124), so H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions for Honey Donuts at Honey Donuts Cihanjuang Rangkasbitung Branch. The method used is the associative descriptive method. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with sampling using the Slovin formula and obtained 91 respondents. Data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis found that price (X1), product quality (X2) have a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y) and are significant. With the regression equation Y = 6,244 + 0.403 X1 + 0.352 X2. The correlation value of 0.828 is in the interval 0.80-1,000 (very strong). The determination coefficient value is 68.5% while the remaining 31.5% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained the Fcount value> Ftable or (95.774 > 3.95) and significant 0.000 < 0.005. Thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence simultaneously between Price and Product Quality which have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Cihanjuang Rangkasbitung Honey Donuts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image and Promotion both partially and simultaneously on Vivo Smartphone Purchasing Decisions at Erafone Parung Ciputat. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used the slovin formula with a sample size of 188 respondents. Data collection by means of a questionnaire, and data analysis techniques with validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, simple regression analysis, multiple regression, t test hypothesis testing, f test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that partially Brand Image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. With tcount> t table (22.664> 1.972) From the results of simple linear regression analysis, the regression equation Y = 6.399 + 1.059X1 is obtained, the regression coefficient value of 0.747 shows a (positive) influence. and Promotion has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions with tcount> t table (28.881> 1.972). And obtained the value of the regression equation Y = 6.805 + 1.039 X2. so, the regression coefficient of 0.904 shows a (positive) influence, while simultaneously Brand Image and Promotion have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with the regression equation Y = 4.766 + 0.338 X1 + 0.763 X2, showing a (positive) influence. And the results of the hypothesis test obtained the value fhitung> ftabel or (467.006> 3.04), while the coefficient of determination is 0.835, meaning that Brand Image and Promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 83.5%, while the remaining 16.5% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Website Quality and Service Quality both partially and simultaneously on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Optima Cipta Sertifikasi. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique uses the slovin formula with a sample size of 127 respondents. Data collection by questionnaire, and data analysis techniques with validity tests, reliability, classical assumption tests, simple regression analysis, multiple regression, hypothesis tests t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that website quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This can be proven that t count> t table (10.966> 1.979) From the results of the simple linear regression analysis, the regression equation Y = 11.859 + 0.665X1 was obtained, the regression coefficient value of 0.665 was obtained indicating that partially the (positive) effect. and service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, this can be proven that t count> t table (11.458> 1.979). And the value of the regression equation Y = 10,350 + 0.714X2 is obtained, so the regression coefficient of 0.714 indicates that partially the influence is (positive), while simultaneously the quality of the website and the quality of service have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 7,324 + 0.357X1 + 0.435X2, indicating a (positive) influence. And the results of the hypothesis test obtained the value of f count> f table or (84,013> 3.07), while the results of the determination coefficient of 0.575%, it can be concluded that the quality of the website and the quality of service have a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable of 57.5%, while the remaining 42.5% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Cash budget optimization is a crucial aspect of enhancing financial management efficiency within an organization. This study aims to analyze cash budget optimization strategies to improve efficiency and financial stability. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research examines factors influencing cash management, including systematic financial planning, cost control, technology utilization, and human resource competency. The findings indicate that implementing an integrated cash budget optimization strategy can enhance operational efficiency, reduce the risk of financial deficits, and improve organizational liquidity. The use of technology in cash management systems also proves to increase financial transparency and accountability in both the public and private sectors. Therefore, cash budget optimization is a strategic step that must be implemented in financial management to achieve long-term efficiency and financial sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality and Price both partially and simultaneously on Purchasing Decisions at Anjani Frozen Food Legok Tangerang Store with a sample of 99 respondents. The method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, T test and F test. The results of this study are Service Quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Price has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Service Quality and Price simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. The test results on the first hypothesis obtained tcount> ttable or (8.563> 1.660). Based on the results of testing the second hypothesis, the value of t count> t table or (11.501> 1.660). Based on the results of testing the third hypothesis, the Fcount value is 75.852> Ftable 3.091. This shows that simultaneously the variables of Service Quality and Price have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions.
