Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self efficacy, learning style, and metacognitive awareness on critical thinking skills in economic subjects. The research method used is a survey method with an associative research design. The population in this study were grade XI students at SMA Negeri 5 Tasikmalaya City who took economics subjects totaling 116 people. Sampling using saturated samples. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between self efficacy on critical thinking ability; there is a positive and significant influence between learning styles on critical thinking ability; there is a positive and significant influence between metacognitive awareness on critical thinking ability; and there is a positive and significant influence between self efficacy, learning styles and metacognitive awareness on critical thinking ability.

Abstract

Bunga Lestari MSME faces various challenges in agribusiness product marketing amidst increasingly fierce competition. This study aims to analyze the marketing challenges encountered by the MSME and formulate appropriate solutions to enhance its competitiveness. The research method employed is a qualitative approach, with data collection through direct observation and semi-structured interviews with relevant stakeholders. The results indicate that the main obstacles faced are the lack of utilization of digital media, limited market access, and minimal product innovation. These findings suggest the necessity for developing a more effective digital marketing strategy and product innovation to increase the competitiveness and sales volume of Bunga Lestari MSME in a competitive market. Thus, this study provides recommendations that can assist the MSME in addressing the existing marketing challenges.

Abstract

Manipulation of financial statements in consolidated entities is one of the serious problems in the business world and capital markets. The case of PT Envy Technologies Indonesia Tbk is a clear example of how companies can manipulate financial statements to provide a better picture to investors and stakeholders. This study aims to identify manipulation techniques used in consolidated financial statements, analyze their impact on investors and the capital market, and evaluate the effectiveness of Indonesian regulations in dealing with these practices.This research uses the literature study method by analyzing various academic journals, company financial statements, and related regulations applicable in Indonesia. The results show that manipulation techniques that are often used include overstatement of revenue, recording of fictitious transactions, and concealment of liabilities. The impact is very significant, including investor losses due to erroneous investment decisions, falling stock prices, and loss of market confidence in the company and existing regulations.In addition, the study found that although regulations in Indonesia, such as those overseen by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), have been implemented, there are still loopholes that allow for manipulation of financial statements before they come to light. Therefore, strengthening the supervision and audit system, increasing transparency in the presentation of financial statements, as well as stricter sanctions against violations are needed to prevent similar cases from occurring in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Grindak Artha Prima South Jakarta. The method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling and a sample of 60 respondents is obtained. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that career development does not have a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 62.3% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (1.993> 2.002). work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 67.3% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (3.663> 2.002). career development and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation Y = 9.236 + 0.462X1 + 0.505X2. The coefficient of determination value is 69.4% while the remaining 51.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis obtained calculated F value > F table or (64.777 > 2.770).

Abstract

This study aims to systematically analyze the interaction between work stress, workload, and the work environment, as well as their impact on employee performance within State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). The primary objective is to determine the extent to which these three variables influence employee performance and how managerial strategies can be effectively implemented to optimize outcomes. A qualitative research method is employed, using an exploratory approach that seeks to gain in-depth understanding of the phenomenon through descriptive data collection. Data for this research were obtained through library research by reviewing various sources, including academic journals, reference books, scholarly articles, and other documents relevant to the themes of work stress, workload, and the work environment. The literature review reveals that these three variables are interrelated and collectively affect employee performance, particularly within the SOE context. Therefore, an integrated approach to managing work stress, workload, and the work environment is essential to enhance employee performance, especially in response to growing job demands.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of entrepreneurial agility and entrepreneurial traits on digital entrepreneurship intention partially and simultaneously. The research method used is the survey method. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with the two-stage cluster random sampling method. The results show that: 1) Entrepreneurial Agility has a positive and significant effect on Digital Entrepreneurship Intention with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. 2) Entrepreneurial Traits have a positive and significant effect on Digital Entrepreneurship Intention with a significance value of 0.011 <0.05. 3) Entrepreneurial Agility and Entrepreneurial Traits have a simultaneous effect on Digital Entrepreneurship Intention as evidenced by Fcount 110.796> Ftable 3.05 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the socio-economic vulnerability of coastal communities in Maluku in facing the impacts of global climate change. The coastal areas of Maluku, where most of the population relies on the traditional fisheries sector, face major challenges due to global warming, sea level rise, and changes in oceanographic parameters such as temperature, salinity, pH, and ocean currents. These changes have a significant impact on marine ecosystems, especially coral reefs and fisheries habitats, which ultimately affect the livelihoods and welfare of coastal communities. In addition to ecological challenges, communities also face socio-economic constraints such as low education, limited access to basic services, and weak local institutions. Therefore, ecosystem-based adaptation and mitigation strategies, community empowerment, and strengthening institutional capacity are important to increase the resilience of coastal communities in Maluku to climate change. This study recommends the need for a cross-sectoral collaborative approach and integration of local knowledge in the formulation of sustainable coastal development policies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan dan regulasi dalam Lembaga utama, Bank Indonesia (BI), Otoritas Jasa Keuangan), dan Dewan Syariah Nasional-Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI),dalam merumuskan kebiajakan dan regulasi sistem keuangan syariah di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, studi ini mengkaji literatur dan regulasi yang relevan untuk memahami sejauh mana efektivitas kebijakan dalam mendukung pertumbuhan sektor keungan syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga Lembaga tersebut memiliki peran yang saling melengkapi. BI menjaga stabilitas moneter dan mendorong digitalisasi, OJK mengawasi dan mengatur industry keuangan syariah, dan DSN-MUI memberikan legitimasi syariah melalui fatwa. Kolaborasi ketiganya dinilai krusial dalam menciptakan ekosistem keuangan syariah yang inklusif, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and formulate a strategy to improve the performance of PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) BKK Purwokerto (Perseroda) using the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE). Facing tight competition in the financial sector, PT BPR BKK Purwokerto (Perseroda) needs to implement a systematic approach to improve operational efficiency and service quality. This study uses a literature study method and in-depth interviews with management and employees to collect data and analyze current conditions and potential improvements. The results of the study indicate that the application of Malcolm Baldrige principles, such as market and customer focus, has a positive impact on the performance of PT BPR BKK Purwokerto (Perseroda). Human resource development and product innovation have also been proven to be major supporting factors. Employee involvement in decision making increases motivation and productivity, which contributes to customer satisfaction. Therefore, PT BPR BKK Purwokerto (Perseroda) is advised to implement this strategy comprehensively to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing strategies and prices on sales volume at the Halal Mart Agency Center Asih Agent. This study uses a quantitative method. to research a certain population or sample. The population in this sample is the number of consumers who purchase HNI HPAL products in 2023. The data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to measure the effect of independent variables (digital marketing strategies and prices) on the dependent variable (sales volume). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between digital marketing strategies on sales volume, there is a significant influence between prices on sales volume and there is a significant influence between digital marketing strategies and prices on sales volume
