Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the level of knowledge and understanding of taxpayers about tax slogans "proud to pay taxes." The type of research is a descriptive qualitative method using a critical approach. The place chosen in this study was KPP Pratama Pamekasan. The results showed that (1) socialization by KPP Pratama Pamekasan was still lacking, so the community did not know and understand what he wanted in the slogan. (2) The slogan is still interpreted and is inappropriate. The taxpayer still considers the slogan to remind the awareness to pay taxes. Not yet at the stage of pride for taxpayers after paying taxes; (3) Great hope of the slogan that the community is more proud of the government can manage professionally and accountable tax revenues.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of the promotion mix, service quality, and company image toward satisfaction of Al-Shahba Malang pilgrims through the pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable. Population of this research is based on consumer who choosing and using Al-Shahba Malang’s umrah package in 2016-2018 as many 276 people. Sample used in this research covers 163 consumer using purposive sampling technique. In this research, the data collection techniques is by questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentations. The data gained from questionnaires was analyzed by using instrument test, path analysis, hypoteshis testing and the coefficient of determination with SPSS 21.0 version. The research proves that the three independent variables : promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image, has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ trust. The promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. The pilgrims’ trust has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. And the promotion mix, service quality, corporate image has a positive and significant indirect influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction through pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of fundamental factors and macro-economic performance of the bank to the stability of banks in Indonesia during the period 2011-2017. Fundamental factors indicated by the LDR, NPL and CAR. Meanwhile, macroeconomic factors indicated by variable Bi rate and inflation. Banking stability is reflected by the banking stability index. This study uses a quantitative approach to the panel regression analysis model data by using the tools of the computer program eviews 10. The results of these empirically demonstrated that simultaneous, variable factors of fundamental and macroeconomic factors have a significant influence on the stability of perbankan. While partially, the results of this study indicate that the variable LDR, NPL, Bi rate and inflation significant influence on the stability of the banking and CAR variables not significant effect on the stability of the banking system.

Abstract

This paper aims to test the applicability of a SCOR-based DEA benchmarking approach for SMEs in Indonesia, due to the increasing call for suitable supply chain performance measurement in the context of SMEs. An input-oriented DEA assuming both CRS and VRS was employed by deriving a set of metrics from the SCOR attributes. A sample of 16 SME convenience stores was selected for the illustration. Results show that the SCOR-based DEA provided a simple groundwork for supporting SME managerial decision making in terms of administering concise feedbacks and identifying directions to venture on. Moreover, analysis results alluded to a distinct, more comprehensive assessment of performances as opposed to that of traditional measurements that is prominent among SMEs. The distinct, comprehensive insights from the analysis may engage SMEs into taking up the more innovative performance measurement approach. Moreover, better awareness of supply chain metrics is foreseen. The SCOR-based DEA provided a unique approach to meet the conformance of Indonesian SMEs in regard to supply chain performance measurement.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and to understand the relation between service quality, perceived service fairness, convenient and product portfolio to customer service satisfaction. The research is also done to find out the effect of customer service satisfaction, trust, and word of mouth specifically in the car wash industry. The data is collected by using questionnaires as the survey method which analysed using Multiple Regression Analysis. The survey result shows that there are influence service quality, which are assurance, product portfolio, convenience, perceived service fairness, and reliability. The five dimensions also show the positive relation with customer service satisfaction, so does customer service satisfaction and trust to word of mouth. Based on the result of this research, gaining positive customer satisfaction and word of mouth in the car wash industry imply the need in focusing on improving service in matters concerning assurance product portfolio and convenience. This research shows that the assurance dimension has the most significant influence on customer satisfaction and the trust dimension has the most significant impact on word of mouth in the car wash industry in DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to find the relationship between several variables that affect the level of return visits to the local coffee shop in Batam, including the variable perception of product quality, service, eWOM, trust, and also the experience felt by consumers. The construction of hypotheses and their framework is based on previous researchers who really focus on the level of return visits, so researchers add relationships that have not been previously studied and also with the hope of providing more varied and accurate results. The hope of this research in the future is aimed at increasing return visits to local coffee shops in Batam City, and is also expected to improve the local economy of entrepreneurs in the field, then also be able to provide answers to entrepreneurs to realize what are the concerns of consumers in determining the level of a return visit.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of consumer confidence and risk on e-commerce buying interest. The research method used a multiple linear regression test with the help of the SPSS program. This type of research was qualitative by interviewing random sampling students of Universitas Komputer Indonesia who are majoring in information systems. The variables of this study were the consumer's confidence (X1) and risk (X2), which are independent, as well as the purchase interest variable (Y) as the dependent variable. The results showed that risk and consumer confidence significantly influenced buying interest in E-Commerce. An e-commerce website needs to provide helpful information and the right strategy in building a consumer's trust. The company can also display innovations on its website so that buyers can easily understand the flow of payments and guarantee personal data security. Besides, companies also need to provide security and assurance to consumers while making transactions in e-commerce.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of gold as safe haven or hedge for mining stocks in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic period. The data used in this study are mining stock index data (JASICA) daily closing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and daily closing gold price data on the international market during the period January 2020 - May 2020. Data analysis was performed using QREG to see the potential of gold as a safe haven and GARCH 1.1 to see the potential of gold as a hedge. The results of this study are gold can serve as a robust safe haven for Indonesian mining stocks when there is extreme shocks occur in the stock market. In addition, in this study gold also can serve as a hedge for mining stocks in Indonesia. So investors are advised when the Indonesian Capital Market conditions are experiencing uncertainty as it is today and investors want to move their assets into safe and liquid instruments, gold is the first choice for investors to secure their assets because gold is proven to be the safe haven.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of the procedure of the financial comparison service process in the form of credit card comparisons and mortgage loan comparisons conducted digitally in Indonesia. This research used a qualitative method using the IDEF0 model. Current financial services have used digital technology. A large amount of financial services competition conducted by Fintech has been able to trim the existing process procedures. Credit card comparisons and mortgage loan comparisons can be done online. Innovations made by Fintech for financial services have cut downtime and a long process so far. The display of financial service process procedures in the IDEF0 model is expected to make it easier for consumers to understand the comparison process.

Abstract

This research is purposed to analyze the effect of FoMO to the conformity consumption behavior. Total samples used in this research is 150 respondents which comprised of 47 respondents with 5-7 times accessing social media and the rest of it more than 8 times accessing social media in a day. Using the convinience and purposive sampling technique, researcher gained 100%% response rate. All data are examined by multiple regression and provide significant effect of anxiety of isolation as the predictor of conformity consumption behavior.
