Abstract

School entrepreneurship has become a strategic indicator of vocational education performance in responding to global economic changes driven by digitalization, technological innovation, and the growth of the creative economy. Vocational High Schools (SMKs) are no longer expected merely to produce job-ready graduates, but also to develop institutional entrepreneurial capacity that is innovative, adaptive, and sustainable. A quantitative approach was employed using an explanatory research design. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the literature review and conceptual synthesis indicate that teacher innovativeness plays a critical role in driving entrepreneurship-oriented learning, while community culture shapes the social ecosystem that supports the sustainability of school entrepreneurship. These effects become more substantial when mediated by digital intelligence, which enables the transformation of pedagogical innovation and cultural values into technology-based entrepreneurial practices. This article contributes theoretically by strengthening a digital mediation-based model of school entrepreneurship and provides practical implications for vocational school management and policy development within the perspective of Islamic Education Management.

Abstract

This study investigates the psychological drivers of institutional transformation in the Society 5.0 era, specifically within the Indonesian educational landscape of 2022–2026. Titled "Empowering the 5.0 Educator," the research utilizes a Path Analysis framework via SEM-PLS to examine the impact of Digital Leadership, Technological Self-Efficacy, and a Human-Centric Learning Environment on Educational Sustainability. Central to this model is the mediating role of Innovative Work Behavior (IWB). Aligning with UNESCO Education 2030 (SDG 4) and the ASEAN Digital Masterplan 2025/2026, the study posits that technological integration alone is insufficient for excellence. Preliminary analysis suggests that while Digital Leadership and Self-Efficacy provide the necessary strategic and psychological foundations, their impact on long-term sustainability is fully realized only when they trigger the three stages of IWB: idea generation, promotion, and realization. Furthermore, a human-centric environment is found to be a critical prerequisite for mitigating technostress and ensuring resilient outcomes. The findings provide a strategic blueprint for educational management to move beyond automation toward a human-agentic ecosystem. Recommendations emphasize fostering digital advocacy and ethical AI governance to achieve inclusive, sustainable educational excellence in a rapidly evolving regional digital economy.

Abstract

The increasing use of social media has transformed patterns of communication in Nigeria, creating digital spaces where humour has become an important medium for linguistic creativity, identity construction, and social interaction. Among these platforms, WhatsApp occupies a central position because it enables users to exchange humorous messages that reflect everyday experiences, cultural values, and contemporary social realities. Despite the growing body of research on digital discourse, limited scholarly attention has been given to the role of humour in promoting sociolinguistic innovation within Nigerian WhatsApp communication. This study therefore examined how humour contributes to sociolinguistic innovation in selected Nigerian WhatsApp messages. The study adopted a qualitative research design, drawing on a corpus of one hundred humorous WhatsApp messages, from which thirty representative excerpts were purposively selected for detailed analysis. Data were analysed thematically using Van Dijk's Sociocognitive Theory to explain the interaction between language, shared knowledge, and social context in the production and interpretation of humorous discourse. The findings reveal that humour stimulates code-switching, code-mixing, lexical innovation, semantic extension, figurative language, and multimodal communication through emojis and other digital resources. The study further establishes that humorous WhatsApp messages function as important vehicles for identity construction, cultural expression, social criticism, and the negotiation of everyday experiences within Nigeria's multilingual society. It concludes that WhatsApp has become a dynamic sociolinguistic environment where humour not only entertains but also accelerates language change and enriches contemporary digital communication. The study contributes to sociolinguistic scholarship by demonstrating that humour is a significant catalyst for linguistic innovation in Nigeria's rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Abstract

The implementation of an Internet of Things (IoT) based environmental quality monitoring system using multi-parameter sensors has emerged as a solution to overcome the limitations of conventional monitoring methods, which are unable to provide continuous and real-time data. This study aims to analyze the implementation of an IoT-based environmental quality monitoring system using multi-parameter sensors and evaluate the sensors' performance in measuring various environmental quality parameters in real time. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was employed by analyzing national scientific publications published between 2016 and 2026. The findings indicate that the monitoring system is implemented through the integration of multi-parameter sensors, microcontrollers, communication networks, cloud computing, and monitoring dashboards, enabling automatic and real-time environmental monitoring. Furthermore, the sensors demonstrate satisfactory accuracy, responsiveness, and reliability after proper calibration, although their performance is influenced by environmental conditions and periodic maintenance requirements. The novelty of this study lies in providing a comprehensive synthesis of IoT system implementation and multi-parameter sensor performance within a single analytical framework. In conclusion, IoT-based environmental monitoring systems have significant potential to improve environmental management through accurate, continuous, and real-time data acquisition.
