Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of learning achievement through the discovery learning model in learning Akidah Akhlak for Class IV students at MIS PUI 1 TALAGA. The method used in this study is the Classroom Action Research method. This method is carried out in four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The four stages are in one cycle that is carried out repeatedly with the same steps and remains focused on how to solve problems (answers) by finding it yourself, investigating it yourself and searching for information using the discovery learning model. This study is descriptive qualitative. In collecting data, observation and test methods are used. The observation method is used to measure the activities of teachers and students in each cycle. While the test method is used to determine student learning outcomes after participating in learning using the discovery learning model. The results of this study indicate that the use of the discovery learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Akidah Akhlak for Class IV students at MIS PUI 1 TALAGA, namely 57% in cycle I, 74% in cycle II, and 100% in cycle III. Based on the results of the data analysis obtained, it can be concluded that learning Akidah Akhlak using the discovery learning model for Class IV students at MIS PUI 1 TALAGA.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade IX students on the material of faith in the last day through the application of audio-visual media. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were junior high school students. The data for this study were obtained using a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through learning outcome tests, observations, and interviews. Each cycle includes the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes. The average class score increased from 65 in the pre-action to 72 in the first cycle and 80 in the second cycle. In addition, the percentage of students who achieved scores above the Minimum Completion Criteria increased from 30% in the pre-action to 55% in the first cycle and 85% in the second cycle. The results of observations and interviews showed that students were more active, motivated, and involved in discussions when audiovisual media were used. They found it easier to understand abstract concepts and showed an increase in critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning by using discovery learning. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were junior high school students. The data for this study were obtained by test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure learning outcomes and observations are used to analyze teacher and student learning activities. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with indicators of research success. The results of the study indicate that discovery learning can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning completion in each cycle with details of the pre-cycle 45%, the first cycle 55% and in the second cycle increasing to 85%. Thus, the use of discovery learning can be used as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the make a match model of Amanah material to improve student learning outcomes. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were grade III students of SD Negeri Lamreh Aceh Besar. The data for this study were obtained through observation, learning outcome tests, and interviews with students and teachers. The data analysis techniques used in this study were qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes after the application of the Make A Match model. The average pretest score of students was 55, while the posttest score increased to 85, with a t-count value (6.82) greater than the t-table (2.04), which indicates that the Make A Match model can improve student learning outcomes. Therefore, the Make A Match learning model has proven effective in improving students' understanding of Amanah material in grade III of SD Negeri Lamreh Aceh Besar. This study is expected to be a reference for teachers in choosing the right method to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the activity and ability to perform obligatory prayers in students through the modeling the way strategy. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were the activity and ability to perform obligatory prayers of grade III students of SD NEGERI IE SEUUM, with a total of 25 students. The data for this study were obtained using test techniques and non-test techniques. The data analysis techniques used in this study were documents, tests and observations. The results showed that the Modeling the Way strategy was effective in improving the activity and ability of grade III students of SD Negeri Ie Seuum in performing obligatory prayers. With the role of teachers and peers as models, students showed increased discipline, technical skills, and understanding of prayer. In addition, the habit of praying that was reinforced at school also had a positive impact on the family environment, where parents reported changes in children's behavior in reminding and inviting other family members to pray.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Akidah Akhlak through the application of the Index Card Match method in class III students of MI Ma'arif 01 Cilopadang in the 2024/2025 academic year. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were class III students of MI Ma'arif 01 Cilopadang. The research data were obtained through observation, learning outcome tests, and interviews with students and teachers. The data analysis techniques used in this study were qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the application of the Index Card Match method can increase student activity in learning, improve understanding of the concept of Akidah Akhlak, and significantly improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the quantity and quality of students. In the learning process, the selection of the right learning method greatly affects the high and low learning outcomes of students. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were 17 students in grade 5 at MI Tarbiyatul Aulad Kaliloka Sirampog Brebes. Classroom action research was carried out in two cycles. The data for this study were obtained using test techniques and non-test techniques. The data analysis techniques used in this study were documents, tests and observations. The results of the study showed that the average learning outcomes of students increased. It is known that the KKM value that has been determined by the school is 77. In the pre-study, it was known that 17 students had not completed 10 and 7 students had completed. In cycle I, there was an increase of 11 students who completed with a percentage of 65% and 6 students who had not completed with a percentage of 35%. Furthermore, in cycle II there was an increase of 15% of students completing 11 with a percentage of 80% and 6 students who had not completed with a percentage of 20%. Thus, the strategy can improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Al Qur'an Hadith Learning outcomes material for short letters in the Qur'an.

Abstract

This study aims to Improve Student Learning Outcomes Through the Application of Problem Based Learning Models in Fiqh Lessons About THARAH. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were grade VII students of MTs Manba'ul Hikmah. The data for this study were obtained using test, observation and documentation techniques. Tests are used to determine students' understanding after the action, while observations are used to determine the activities carried out by teachers in taking actions and students in following the learning process in class. While documentation is used to obtain data on student grades and photos of the implementation of classroom actions. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with indicators of research success. The results of the study show that 1) The use of the PBL learning model in the learning process of THARAH material has an impact on increasing student understanding. 2) The use of the PBL learning model in the learning process of THARAH material can improve student learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the following data: Initial conditions, the percentage of creative thinking ability is 33.4%, the average score is 58.6. The percentage of learning outcomes is 70%, the average is 71.5, the highest score is 85 and the lowest is 67. The current condition of the percentage of creative thinking ability is 51.8%, the average score is 79.51. The percentage of learning outcomes is 76.65%, the average is 78.8, the highest score is 88 and the lowest is 70.

Abstract

This study aims to Implement the Card Sort Method to Improve the Learning Outcomes of Fiqh on the Material of Halal and Haram Animals for Class 6 Students of MI Nurul Huda Rangimulya Village Warureja Tegal in 2024. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were 21 students of class 6 MI Nurul Huda Rangimulya Warureja Tegal. The data for this study were obtained using test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure learning outcomes and observations are used to analyze the learning activities of teachers and students. The data analysis techniques used in this study are observation, tests and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the use of the Card Sort method can improve student learning outcomes in the subject of fiqh on the material of halal and haram animals. This can be seen from the learning atmosphere in class 6 becoming more lively, students becoming more active and enthusiastic in learning. This research was carried out in three stages, the first stage is the pre-cycle activity, namely finding learning outcome data before using the Card Sort method. The second stage is the implementation of Cycles I, II and III. The results of the study indicate that the use of the Card Sort Method can improve learning outcomes in the subject of Islamic jurisprudence on the material of halal and haram animals. The increase in the average percentage of learning outcomes obtained can be seen from the pre-cycle, cycle I, cycle II and cycle III. The average student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle were 33%, cycle I increased to 57%, cycle II increased to 75% and cycle III increased to 90%.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a contextual approach-based Al-Qur'an Hadith module with the theme "Religious Tolerance" to improve critical thinking of class XI students of MAN 5 Hulu Sungai Tengah. This module is designed so that students can understand the concept of religious tolerance through an approach that is relevant to their daily lives. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. Research data were collected through critical thinking tests, observations, questionnaires, and interviews. The results of the study indicate that the developed module is effective in improving students' critical thinking. This can be seen from the increase in students' average scores in critical thinking tests before and after using the module. In addition, students showed an increase in their ability to analyze, evaluate, and make logical conclusions related to the concept of religious tolerance from the perspective of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. These findings indicate that a contextual approach-based module can be one solution in improving students' understanding of Islamic values ​​that are applicable in their lives.
