Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of group discussion methods in improving the understanding of fifth grade students at MIN 7 Central Aceh regarding natural phenomena. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 20 fifth grade students, consisting of 9 male students and 11 female students. The data for this study were obtained using test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure student learning outcomes, while observations are used to analyze teacher and student learning activities during the learning process. The data analysis techniques used in this study are qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis to determine the increase in learning outcomes and student involvement in group discussions. The results of the study showed that the application of group discussion methods can improve student learning outcomes. In the first cycle, only 65% ​​of students achieved scores above the KKM, while in the second cycle this figure increased to 85%. In addition, students' active participation in learning also increased from 60% in the first cycle to 80% in the second cycle. Thus, the use of group discussion methods can be used as an effective learning strategy in improving students' understanding of the concept of natural phenomena and encouraging their active involvement in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning achievement in fiqh learning using the Discovery learning model. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were junior high school students. The data for this study were obtained using test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure learning outcomes and observations are used to analyze teacher and student learning activities. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with indicators of research success. The results of the study indicate that the Discovery learning model can improve student learning achievement in fiqh learning. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning completion in each cycle with details of the pre-cycle 48.71%, the first cycle 66.39% and in the second cycle it increased to 89.66%. Thus, the use of the Discovery learning model can be used as an alternative to improve student learning achievement in fiqh learning.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes in the Fiqh subject with a discussion of the procedures for obligatory prayers in class VII MTs. Syafi'iyyah Ngaringan through the use of LCD projector media. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class VII MTs. Syafi'iyyah Ngaringan. The data for this study were obtained using test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure student learning outcomes, while observations are used to analyze teacher and student learning activities during the learning process. The data analysis techniques used in this study are quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that the use of LCD projector media can improve student learning outcomes, as seen from the significant increase in test scores in each cycle. In addition, the use of this media also has a positive impact on student activity and involvement in the learning process. Thus, the use of LCD projector media can be used as an effective alternative in improving student learning outcomes, especially in Fiqh learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the "Make a Match" learning model on student learning outcomes in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak with a focus on the material of Faith in the Prophet and Apostles. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were 20 students of MI Syamsul Iman NWDI Senurus. The data for this study were obtained using test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure learning outcomes and observations are used to analyze teacher and student learning activities. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative Pre Experiment Design in the form of One Group Pretest and Posttest Design. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of the make a match learning model on student learning outcomes in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak with a focus on the material of Faith in the Prophet and Apostles. The results of the hypothesis test using the t test were 0.000 <0.05 and the average pretest value before being given treatment was 36.20. And the average posttest value after being given treatment was 70.20.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using audio-visual media to improve learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education in grade VI students of SDN 11 Trienggadeng. This study was conducted as a classroom action research consisting of two cycles, involving 30 students as research participants. The main objective of this study was to determine whether the integration of audio-visual learning materials would improve students' understanding of the topic "When the Earth Stops Spinning". The results showed a significant increase in student engagement and understanding, as indicated by an increase in the average test score from pre-test to post-test. The use of multimedia resources provides a more interactive learning experience, so that abstract concepts become more real. These findings indicate that the integration of audio-visual media in religious education can effectively improve student participation and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the application of the Sharing Model and the use of Audio-Visual Media in improving student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were 5th grade students of Neferi Ie Seeum Elementary School. The data of this study were obtained through systematic observation, evaluation, and reflection, teachers can adjust their teaching methods to better suit students' needs. The iterative nature of CAR allows for continuous improvement in the learning process. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative Pre Experiment Design in the form of One Group Pretest and Posttest Design. The results of the study indicate that an interactive and multimedia-based learning approach creates a more dynamic classroom environment, thereby improving students' understanding and retention of material.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the demonstration method in learning fiqh material for taharah class VII at MTs Maraqitta'limat Gelumpang and to determine the application of the demonstration method can improve understanding and improve student learning outcomes for hajj material for class VIII at MTs Maraqitta'limat Gelumpang. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII MTs Maraqitta'limat Gelumpang. The data for this study were obtained using test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure learning outcomes and observations are used to analyze teacher and student learning activities. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with indicators of research success. The results of the study indicate that the application of the demonstration method can improve student understanding and learning outcomes. This can be seen from the results of the post-test from each cycle, namely cycle I (56.52%) and cycle II (86.95%), as well as the achievement of student scores that have reached the minimum completeness criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning discipline in the Qur'an Hadith subject through the implementation of the Cooperative Learning learning model. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 25 students of class VII MTs Babussalam Lanci 1 Dompu, as well as the Qur'an Hadith subject teacher who acted as a facilitator in the learning process. The data for this study were obtained using test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure student learning outcomes, while observations are used to analyze teacher and student learning activities during the implementation of the Cooperative Learning learning model. The data analysis techniques used in this study are qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, which aims to see the development of student discipline before and after the implementation of the learning model. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the Cooperative Learning learning model was able to significantly improve student learning discipline. In the first cycle, student learning discipline began to show improvement, but there were still some obstacles in student active participation. After improvements were made in the second cycle, student discipline increased significantly with more students actively participating, completing assignments on time, and showing responsibility in learning. Thus, the use of the Cooperative Learning learning model can be used as an effective learning strategy in improving students' learning discipline in the Qur'an Hadith subject. This model not only increases student involvement in learning, but also helps them develop cooperation skills and responsibility in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning activities in carrying out prayer worship through the application of the Modeling The Way learning strategy to grade III students of SDN 11 Bandar Dua in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 21 grade III students of SDN 11 Bandar Dua. The data for this study were obtained using test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure students' learning outcomes in understanding and carrying out prayer worship, while observations are used to analyze students' learning activities and teacher involvement in the learning process. The data analysis techniques used in this study are qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis by comparing the results of tests and observations in the initial conditions, cycle I, and cycle II. The results showed that the application of the Modeling The Way learning strategy significantly increased students' learning activities and their understanding in carrying out prayer worship. There was an increase in students' test scores and their involvement in the learning process from cycle I to cycle II. Thus, the use of the Modeling The Way learning strategy can be used as an effective method in improving the understanding and practice of prayer worship in elementary school students.
