Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (Local Government Enterprise/LGE) is appointed to increase locally generated revenue (PAD) refer to Government Regulation No. 54/2017. However, some of those enterprises did not contribute significantly, for example LGE in Kota Bekasi. The root cause of the failure according to Financial Supervisory Agency (BPK) at least due to six factors: (1) governance system, (2) LGE Development Planning has not been well elaborated so that clear to everyone; (3) No clear vision and mission of LGE; (4) no transperancy in staffing recruitment especially for directors and commissioners; (5) low respond for business permit; and (6) lack of capital. Using qualitative method, the study focus on what the key policy for optimalize LGE management to meet statutory order. Using study document supporting with interview, observation, and documentation, the result of the study shows that the key policy is in four aspect, i.e.: (1) good corporate governance arrangement; (2) clear staff recruitment arrangement; (3) clear evaluation procedur; and (4) profit use arrangement. The recommendation based on the study is further study in different local government could be drawing the picture of the problem comprehensively.

The high level of competition requires banking companies to pay attention to the importance of the elements of relationship quality (relationship quality) as an effort to retain existing customers. And This study aims to determine what factors affect relationship quality (quality of relationship) to loyalty customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia Jakarta Pemuda Branch Office. Study This study uses a quantitative approach and for this research sample is taken by using the slovin formula with a sample of 100 customers. Research data collection techniques were collected using observation techniques and questionnaires (questionnaire). Data analysis techniques in this study using Instrument Test (Validity & Reliability), Classical Assumption Test (Normality & Multicollinearity), Model Test (Simple Linear Regression, Coefficient Determination & Partial Correlation), Hypothesis Testing (t Test). Data processing in This research uses the SPSS (Statistical Package For Theft) software program Social Science) version 16.0 for windows. From the results of data processing Assumption Test Classical data is normal, from the results of the relationship quality t test (quality relationship) has a sig value of 0.00 < 0.05 which means that it has a significant significant to customer loyalty, from the results of the Coefficient of Determination Test The obtained R-Square value is 0.080 which means it has a strong relationship by 80% of customer loyalty while 20% is influenced by the variable other. The results of this study prove that relationship quality relationship) has a significant effect on customer loyalty at Islamic banks Indonesia Youth Branch Office.

This article was prepared with the aim of describing an advertising code of ethics that is in accordance with sharia and the relevance of marketing to sharia banking. This paper is divided into several sections, the first explains the concept of islamic business ethics, the second part discusses islamic ethics about marketing, and the last discussion is about how to implement business ethics values derived from Muhammad’s praiseworthy in advertising islamic banking products.

The research theme is the concept of a bank in accordance with Islamic economics. The purpose of the study was to analyze murabaha financing in Islamic banking. Research is a literature study. The object of research is the banking industry in Indonesia. To ensure that the implementation of murabahah financing is in accordance with this concept, it requires strict supervision of the Sharia Supervisory Board or the National Islamic Council, so that murabahah as sharia banking financing can be maintained and does not tarnish the image and prestige of Islamic banking so that there is no impression that Islamic banks are the same as conventional banks.

Article 23 paragraph 2 of law number 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic banks expressly states the existence of guarantee and collateral. This is different if you see the provisions of article 8 of law number 10 of 1998 concerning banking, which doesn’t mention the provisions of guarantee and collateral in the article. This implies that there is a meaning as if there was a shift between the two norms. Guarantees and collateral are needed to protect Islamic Banks from risk of non-performing financing and other financial losses that may be caused by fraudulent behavior (moral hazard) from debtors. There must be collateral in the form of tabi’iyah contracts in both the kafalah or the rahn form to secure the fraudulent position of the debtor. Although the use of rahn and kafalah contracts aren’t known in the implementation of musyarakah and mudharabah contracts, but the use of theory of freedom of contract where all parties can still contract in the main dictum because the basic principle of contract is allowed by muamalat fiqh as long as the contract or terms made are not in conflict in sharia. Even Islamic banks have mandate to manage customer funds with the principle of prudence that creditors can generate profits that can be shared with debtors.

Islamic banks have various forms of financing that are offered, one of which is the Ijarah vomiting Bittamlik (IMBT) financing. Ijarah Muntahiya Bittamlik financing is an ijarah transaction followed by the process of transferring ownership rights to the goods themselves or according to the agreement of both parties at the beginning of the contract. The existence of this form of financing has been around for a very long time, even since the emergence of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The main discussion in this study is about the terms and procedures for IMBT financing, the legal consequences that arise in IMBT financing.

Islamic banks as intermediaries for financial transactions, and provide a product in the form of financing and services for customers without usury which is different from conventional banks using interest or usury. In each of its products, the bank has legal regulations that exist in Indonesia, and in carrying out it must have a sharia supervisory board sent by the DSN-MUI, so that the product does not conflict with the Qur'an and Hadith, because Islamic banks must comply with provisions of the Qur'an and hadith that prohibit usury. The product that is most in demand is the sale and purchase contract, namely Murabaha. Murabahah is a sale and purchase contract in which the bank provides financing in the form of goods to the customer along with an initial agreement. The bank buys directly from the direct supplier and will give it directly, but the bank will give the price according to the initial agreement. The murabahah product itself is also believed to provide benefits to both the Islamic bank itself and the customer, to this customer it can also provide a small risk.

As the development of Islamic Banks the importance of ethical values and norms can strengthen the bank's reputation for customers. Therefore, it is necessary to have a deep understanding for every banking person towards the Code of Conduct guidelines that better adjusts to business developments and applicable regulations and realizes the best practices of sharia banking that can prevent the occurrence of forms of irregularities (fraud) that might occur at Islamic banks. The implementation of Good Corporate Government is one tool to build the trust of customers, the community and the international community which is an absolute requirement for a bank institution to develop. Therefore, it is necessary to apply Good Corporate Government in Islamic banks that adjust to Islamic principles in banking operations. The role of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) in Good Corporate Government in Islamic banks is very important to supervise and guarantee that the bank's operations are in accordance with Islamic principles. In other words, the implementation of Good Corporate Government will affect the banking code of ethics which is an important factor in carrying out day-to-day operations of the bank.

Security guards have a highly charged role as a security force for administering their soup and a duty to assist public security personnel's function to help regulate service performance in securing a place or government or non-ruling agency. Especially in finance institutions that should be well guarded by assets and other valuable assets that should be known under the control and security of bank security officers 24 hours of skill is the most important thing for bank security guards not only to perform jobdesk and SOP tasks but also to develop the capability of marketing and other areas in which target gains. Whatever products are offered to support the performance of the sharia bank. Satpam (satuan pengamanan) mempunyai peran serta tugas yang sangat penting sebagai tenaga keamanan untuk menjalankan SOP dan kewajiban untuk membantu fungsi petugas keamanan publik membantu menertibkan kinerja pelayanan dalam mengamankan sebuah tempat atau lembaga baik pemerintah ataupun non pemerintah. Khususnya di lembaga keuangan yang harus dijaga baik dari asset dan barang berharga lainnya yang harus selalu dalam pengawasan dan pengamanan petugas satpam bank selama 24 jam. Mempunyai kemampuan (skill) adalah hal yang utama bagi seorang satpam bank apalagi realitanya saat ini satpam bank tidak hanya melakukan tugas sesuai jobdesk dan SOP saja tapi juga melakukan pengembangan kemampuan untuk bidang pemasaran dan lainnya yaitu untuk memperoleh target nasabah yang diterapkan pada satpam bank untuk produk bank syariah Indonesia apapun produk yang ditawarkan guna menunjang progress kinerja bank syariah.

Indonesia, which is predominantly Muslim, has long wanted a system of financial institutions that is in line with the demands of not limited financial needs but also moral demands. Islamic banks function as a collection of funds from the public in the form of savings must be based on Sharia principles. With the passage of time, the dynamics of Islamic bank players in marketing sales of products and services that are increasingly high, of course, make Islamic Banks required to have a strategy to compete competitively. Because Marketing strategy has a function as an organization and a set of processes in creating, communicating and submitting assessments to consumers in managing good relations with consumers which is carried out in a way that can provide benefits to the organization and its owners. The type of research used is literature study. The result of the research is that the marketing strategy of Islamic banking services is a strategy to serve the market or market segment that can be used as a target by an entrepreneur. The strategy of Islamic banking services can be carried out using segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies. Therefore, a good service system in Islamic banks is very necessary. Indonesia yang mayoritasnya beragama Islam telah lama mendambakan kehadiran sistem lembaga keuangan yang sesuai dengan tuntutan kebutuhan tidak terbatas finansial namun juga tuntutan moralitasnya. Bank syariah berfungsi sebagai penghimpunan dana dari masyarakat dalam bentuk tabungan harus berprinsip Syariah. Dengan berjalannya waktu dinamika pelaku bank syariah dalam memasarkan penjualan produk dan jasa yang semakin tinggi tentunya membuat Bank Syariah diharuskan mempunyai strategi untuk bersaing secara kompetitif. Dikarenakan strategi pemasaran memiliki fungsi sebagai organisasi dan seperangkat proses dalam penciptaan pengkomunikasian dan penyerahan penilaian kepada konsumen dalam pengelolaan hubungan baik dengan konsumen yang dilakukan dengan cara yang dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi organisasi dan para pemiliknya.
