Abstract

In an increasingly digital era, e-banking has become an integral part of financial life, but concerns regarding information security and online fraud are increasing. This research aims to understand how cyber crime attacks, such as phishing and identity theft, influence users' perceptions and trust in the security of e-banking products. Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of the ratio of effectiveness of regional original income, efficiency ratio, fiscal decentralization ratio, and regional independence ratio on capital expenditure. The samples used in this research are 27 cities/regencies in West Java province 2018-2022. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method and obtained 135 data samples from 27 cities/regencies. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression using Eviews 13 software. The results of this study indicate that the ratio of effectiveness of regional original income does not affect capital expenditure, the efficiency ratio of regional original income does not affect capital expenditure, the ratio of fiscal decentralization has a negative effect on capital expenditure, and The regional independence ratio has a positive effect on capital expenditure

Abstract

In the era of increasingly fierce business competition, businesses are required to understand the market better in order to create quality products and superior services for customer satisfaction. This study aims to develop an effective marketing strategy for Warkop Babakan using a SWOT analysis approach. This analysis identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats facing Warkop Babakan, a coffee shop founded by Bang Alim in 2022 in North Bekasi, West Java. The research was conducted using qualitative methods through interviews and direct observation. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the main strengths of Warkop Babakan are complete facilities and a diverse menu, as well as a strategic location. Weaknesses include limited parking space and poorly lit shophouses. Opportunities include increasing visibility through Google Maps and maintaining food and beverage supplies, while threats come from competitors with better facilities and hygiene issues. Marketing strategies designed include product development, competitive pricing, effective promotion, and good customer service. The research conclusion emphasizes the importance of SWOT analysis in devising a comprehensive marketing strategy to improve the competitiveness and sustainable growth of Warkop Babakan's business.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of exports and imports on Indonesia's economic growth over the period from 1999 to 2020. The method used in this study is the Error Correction Model (ECM) to evaluate both short-term and long-term relationships between these variables. The data utilized in this research are sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the World Bank, encompassing the values of exports, imports, and Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The results show that exports have a positive and significant impact on economic growth in the long term, while imports have a negative and significant impact. In the short term, exports also show a significant positive influence, whereas imports have a significantly negative effect on economic growth. These findings underscore the importance of maintaining a balance between exports and imports to ensure sustainable economic growth. Based on the results of the study, the suggested policy implications include increasing access to international markets, better management of imports, economic diversification, and strengthening logistical infrastructure.

Abstract

This This study aims to investigate the influence of accounting profit, operating cash flow, and firm size on the risk of financial distress in insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019-2022. The analytical method used is logistic regression to measure the impact of the independent variables on the dependent variable. This research is expected to contribute to the management of insurance companies in designing effective financial strategies and provide important information for regulators and capital market stakeholders. The results of the study indicate that operating cash flow has a significant effect on financial distress. Conversely, accounting profit and firm size do not show a significant effect on financial distress. Based on these findings, it is recommended that insurance companies adopt comprehensive and proactive management strategies, including effective cash flow management, revenue diversification, comprehensive risk management, and operational efficiency improvements to help manage financial distress risk and achieve long-term financial stability.

Abstract

The study focuses on marketing strategies to increase sales at UMKM Mercon Nyak Enni Stall, located in the Bina Nusa Mandiri Vocational School canteen. The research aims to understand the complex business environment and emphasizes the need for businesses to develop strategies that ensure their success and growth. It highlights the importance of strategic planning in business operations, as it enables companies to adapt to changing market conditions. This study aims to analyze the relationship between marketing strategies and business performance, with a particular focus on a SWOT analysis of the company and the factors influencing sales. Additionally, it explores the impact of product quality and distribution on sales in the Mamujú area. The research underscores the need for businesses to adapt their strategies to external factors while maximizing their resources. The findings of this study are expected to inform decision-making regarding marketing strategies and provide recommendations for business development.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of community participation, accountability, public policy transparency, Human Resource Competency, Use of Information Technology on the Quality of Tegal City Regional Government Financial Reports. This research is quantitative research using primary data through direct observation and questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with independent variables, namely community participation, accountability, public policy transparency, human resource competence, and use of information technology. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is the quality of financial reports. The population in this study were all employees in 37 OPDs in the Tegal City Government. This research is quantitative research that uses primary data from distributing questionnaires as a data source. The sample was determined based on purposive sampling techniques. The results of the research show that public participation has no partial effect on the quality of financial reports, accountability has a partial effect on the quality of financial reports, public policy transparency has no partial effect on the quality of financial reports, Human Resources competency has no partial effect on the quality of financial reports, utilization Information technology partially influences the quality of financial reports as well as public participation, accountability, transparency of public policies, Human Resources competence, and the use of information technology simultaneously influence the quality of financial reports

Abstract

This research aims to test whether there is an influence of the implementation of the e-filling system, the level of understanding of taxation and tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT Sumber Alfariya Trijaya Branch Parung in the Pesanggrahan District area. The number of samples in this study was 55 respondents. The sampling technique uses the convenience sampling method. The research method used is quantitative with the data source in the form of primary data. The data analysis method uses validity tests, reliability tests, then classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests and multiple linear regression tests. Hypothesis testing uses the coefficient of determination test, F test with SPSS version 27. The results of this research provide empirical evidence that partially the variables of implementing the e-filling system and the level of understanding of taxation have a significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance, and the tax sanctions variable has no effect on individual taxpayer compliance. Simultaneously, the variables implementing the e-filling system, the level of understanding of taxation and tax sanctions have a significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance

Abstract

This study aims to predict the location of theft crimes in the jurisdiction of the Badung Police by applying the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method. The main focus of the study is to identify crime patterns based on time and location variables in order to improve the effectiveness of police prevention strategies. The problem raised is how machine learning-based models can help detect theft-prone areas and improve accuracy in crime prevention efforts. This study uses a quantitative approach with the CRISP-DM (Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) method. The data used includes information on time, location of the incident, and theft categories based on police reports. The research process includes business understanding, data exploration and preparation, modeling using KNN, model performance evaluation, and implementation in the form of interactive map visualization. Model performance is analyzed using evaluation metrics such as precision, recall, and F1-score to measure the level of prediction accuracy. The results of the study show that the KNN model is able to identify locations with a high risk of theft with fairly good accuracy. Areas with high activity, such as transportation facilities and commercial areas, are more vulnerable to this crime. In addition, thefts occur more often in the morning, evening, and early morning when people are off guard. In conclusion, the KNN method is effective in predicting theft-prone areas. Implementation of this model can help the police improve the effectiveness of patrols and security strategies. It is recommended that this model be combined with a geographic information system (GIS) to facilitate the analysis of crime patterns in order to improve public security more proactively.

Abstract

This research is driven by the phenomenon of high crime rates, especially theft. A method is needed that can assist the police in planning and implementing a more optimal and targeted patrol strategy. Data mining can be applied to crime data, especially theft crime data, to obtain information that can be used as a basis for decision making in carrying out patrols by the Police. Machine learning algorithms can be used to classify types of theft crimes based on characteristics and predict the possibility of future theft crimes based on influencing factors. Data mining is a logical process to find information that is very useful as a supporting tool in decision making. K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) is a classification method and uses the CRISP-DM (Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) framework in pulling information from a collection of datasets. This study uses a population in the form of Police Reports (LP) of Theft Victims that occurred in the Bengkulu Police Resort which occurred from 2020 to 2025. The K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) model shows a fairly high level of reliability in predicting the time of theft, the age of the victim, and the type of item stolen at Bengkulu Police Resort. The KNN model was able to predict the time of incidents, victim age, and type of stolen items with high accuracy — 87.35%, 82.41%, and 88.43% respectively. Based on the results of this study, the application of machine learning in predictive policing can be implemented more effectively than conventional patrol methods. Therefore, the KNN prediction model developed in this study is recommended to be applied in the police patrol system, especially at Bengkulu Police Resort, to improve the effectiveness of surveillance and crime prevention in the jurisdiction of Bengkulu City.
