Abstract

Leadership in an organization has a fairly broad impact including employee behavior, leadership that is able to move employees is likely to improve employee performance. However, on the other hand, leadership that does not get support from employees is likely to work lazily because of a lack of sympathy for the leader. A good leader seeks to apply flexible discipline, so that his subordinates can carry out their duties and be disciplined based on employee awareness without coercion, but authoritarian leaders tend to impose their will on their subordinates, so that subordinate discipline is a discipline that does not originate from its own consciousness.            The research method used is a quantitative method. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study. Data analysis was carried out by means of Multiple Regression Test.The results of the research and discussion show that leadership is able to influence employee discipline. The amount of influence given by charismatic leadership is 0.516, which means that if it is quadranted, the correlation result is multiplied by 100%. Then it is found that the influence of leadership style on improving employee discipline is 51.6%. While the rest (100-51.6=48.4%) are influenced by other variables. Keywords: Leadership, Employee Discipline

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai Kecamatan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya dan kegunaan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya khasanah kajian tentang kinerja pegawai pelayanan publik kantor Kecamatan Indralaya Selatan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, serta diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi kepada kantor Kecamatan Indralaya Selatan dalam mewujudkan kinerja pegawai kecamatan yang baik, yang memenuhi aspirasi, tuntutan dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai kecamatan Indralaya Selatan sebanyak 7 orang. Disamping itu, untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai kecamatan dalam hal ini pelayanan, maka informan lainnya yaitu masyarakat Kecamatan Indralaya Selatan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan kepada masyarakat terkait dengan kinerja pegawai yang melayani sudah memberikan kepuasan kepada masyarakat karena sudah sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada. Rekomendasi yang diberikan peneliti adalah perlunya intensifikasi sosialisasi prosedural pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Indralaya Selatan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Serta perlunya menata birokrasi yang efektif dan efisien melalui pembenahan sumber daya manusia, peningkatan profesionalisme jam kerja pegawai kecamatan dan penguatan partisipasi masyarakat serta pemenuhan kelengkapan sarana prasarana.Hasil analisis wawancara dan observasi, maka ditemukan bahwa kinerja dan pelayanan pegawai kecamatan Indralaya Selatan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir dalam pembuatan Kartu Keluarga (KK) telah berjalan baik dan sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada.

Abstract

This study about the hope family program. Is one of Government program the seven to overcome povety.Through the fields of health and education. Palembang city,south sumatra willbe distributed by PT Pos indonesia the source of  PKH funds comes from APBN and APBD. Characteristics of those who receive APBD funds. Participation of this program is poor families with dependent children, pragnant women until puerperium, and fist year school age children, PKH field heath is a program that dimenkestrans and dinkes. Abstract

In discussing wages, not only employers and workers/ laborers have an interest, but the government, as well as the community in general also have an interest in this system. Entrepreneurs have an interest in managing their capital, how to manage their capital as well as possible by obtaining maximum results. Workers and their families are very dependent on the wages they receive to be able to meet their needs for clothing, food, housing and other needs. In the formulation of wages, workers/labourers and entrepreneurs have different tendencies. Workers/labourers have a tendency to get a lot of wages to achieve a good life. Employers have a tendency to provide low wages to workers because wages are seen as a reduction in profits. Facing this, the Government sometimes has to intervene through its policies, because the issue of wages will also affect the level of prosperity of the community and the state. In this case, the Government acts more as a mediator between the conflicting interests of employers and workers/labor. The government must be able to be fair in issuing its policies related to this wage issue

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai yang baik pada suatu instansi merupakan fungsi dan persepsi atau kesan terhadap sarana dan prasarana. Apabila memenuhi atau bahkan melampaui harapan, maka kinerja lembaga tersebut akan berjalan dengan baik. Kinerja pegawai yang baik hanya dapat terjadi jika sarana dan prasarana kantor dapat menunjang kinerja pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas pegawai pada instansi tersebut. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara infrastruktur perkantoran terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis mengenai ada tidaknya pengaruh antara infrastruktur perkantoran terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil. Hasil analisis data uji yang diperkuat dengan data analisis kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa sarana dan prasarana perkantoran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil di Dinas Perhubungan Kota Palembang.

Abstract

   Research title The influence of the principles of good governance on the quality of public services in the Sukarami Palembang District Office. Formulation of the problem How do the principles of good governance influence the quality of public services in the Sukarami District Office, Palembang City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the principles of good governance on the quality of public services in the Sukarami District Office, Palembang City. The research method uses quantitative, the methods used are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The sample in this study is the community that proposes services in the Sukarami sub-district. The analysis technique used is to use a simple regression formula. Based on the results of the research and discussion that the influence of the principles of good governance on public services in Sukarami District, Palembang. The population in this study were 225 respondents, namely people who received services at the Sukarami Palembang sub-district office, from testing the hypothesis the value obtained was 0.56 or 18.4%. from simple regression calculations with an error rate of 0.05, namely 0.000 0.05. While the correlation test for the determinant of the value obtained (R) is 753. From the output it is obtained (R Square) of 0.567 which implies that the effect of the principle variable of Good Governance (X) on service quality (Y) is 56.7%, the remaining 43.3% does not affect the variable. In this case, the evidence of this research has shown that strong good governance principles contribute to good service quality. Keywords: Good governance principles, Public Service

Abstract

Kompetensi merupakan kombinasi keterampilan, pengetahuan dan perilaku yang dapat diamati dan diterapkan secara kritis bagi keberhasilan suatu institusi. Kinerja pegawai merupakan hasil kerja yang dicapai pegawai berdasarkan persyaratan pekerjaan. Hubungan antara kompetensi dengan kinerja sangat erat relevan, kuat dan akurat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor kelurahan kecamatan sako kota palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yaitu teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik angket. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana.Kata Kunci: Pengaruh Kompetensi, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

The Palembang City Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2015 hopes that the government will be able to help maximize the handling of existing waste problems. The results of initial observations made by researchers also found several indications such as the narrow road in the Sukawinatan Final Disposal Site Technical Implementation Unit so that garbage trucks had to queue to unload the garbage they carried, many garbage trucks were old and inadequate to operate and had not yet been carried out. adequate heavy equipment facilities are available so that garbage piles up highThe method used is a qualitative method, data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews with parties involved in becoming research informants, library research, documentation, and data analysis techniques.The results of the research on the implementation of the Palembang City Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2015 concerning the Management of Household Waste and Household-like Waste in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Sukawinatan Final Disposal Site in Palembang City (Case Study Article 16) has been carried out well because communication in handling waste to employees and to the public has been done with media circulars, banners and brochures. The existing human resources in handling waste at UPT Sukawinatan are sufficient. Facilities in waste processing are garbage pressing machine, 1 garbage chopper machine, 2 sewing machines, and PLTSA machines, 1 garbage motorbike which is operated in the Sukawinatan TPA area. Waste handling activities have been carried out by sorting the waste that enters the Sukawinatan TPA, Then the collected waste will be transported for later processing into compost or recycling. For the final process, waste that is not recycled and made into compost will be used as a source of methane energy for PLTSa.  Keywords: Implementation of Waste Handling

Abstract

Guna meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dibutuhkan peranan Sistem administrasi kearsipan untuk mendorong dan memotivasi kepada seluruh pegawai. Karena suatu organisasi membutuhkan peranan sistem administrasi kearsipan yang mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai agar lebih baik. Untuk mengetahui sistem administrasi kearsipan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di kantor topografi kodam II/Sriwijaya Kota Palembang serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi sistem administrasi pemeliharaan dan penyusutan kearsipan peta terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor topografi kodam II/Sriwijaya Kota PalembangMetode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu menyusun, mengumpulkan data dan menganalisa dengan tujuan menggunakan sifat-sifat yang diperoleh serta menginterpretasikan dalam bentuk deskriptif.Hasil yang dapat disimpulkan dari penelitian ini adalah Peranan sistem administrasi pemeliharaan dan penyusutan kearsipan peta sudah optimal dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kantor topografi kodam II/Sriwijaya Kota Palembang. Hal ini, terlihat di mana pegawai dalam menjalankan dan melaksanakan tugas serta tanggung jawabnya dengan baik. Indikator kearsipan yaitu menata dan mengelola sistem kearsipan agar tertata dengan rapi dan memudahkan karyawan menemukan arsip yang dibutuhkan. Sistem administrasi pemeliharaan dan penyusutan kearsipan peta sudah cukup baik di dalam meningkatkan kinerja para pegawai pada kantor Topografi kodam II/Sriwijaya Kota Palembang

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze how the implementation of the Minister of Home Affairs RegulationNumber 2 of2016  concerning  Child Identity  Cards at the Office of  the Civil Registry Office of Banyu asin Regency (CaseStudy  ofBanyuasin  IIIDistrict,  BanyuasinRegency)  This  study uses  qualitative research  methods,  data  collection  techniques  using  observation,  interviews,documentation  and  literature study. The findings of this study at the Banyuasin Sub-district Office incarrying out six implementation indicators,   namely   policy   standards   and   targets,   Resources,   Inter-organizational   communication, Characteristics of implementing agents, Economic, social and politicalenvironment and the attitude of the implementers are good enough so that the quality of service isincludedin agood category. in implementation. Based  on  the results  of  research  and  discussion  of  the  findings  of  researchers  in  the  field  regarding theimplementation   of   the   Minister   of   Home   Affairs   Regulation   Number   2   of   2016   concerning Child Identity Cards at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Banyuasin Regency (CaseStudyofBanyuasin District III, Banyuasin Regency) has not been fully implemented properly because there isstill a lack of socialization- direct socialization in a persuasive manner to the community so that thereare still people who do  not  understand  the  use  and  importance  of  this  child  identity card  and  have  not achieved the target in making child identity cardsin Banyuasin III District. Keywords: Implementation, Child Identity Card
