Abstract

This study aims to obtain: (1) the weight of the Batu Bassi Weir component which can be obtained as an indicator of the performance of the weir based on the condition and function of the building., (2) Analyzing the performance of the Batu Bassi Weir based on the condition and function of the building.This study took place at Batu Bassi Dam, located in Jene Taesa Village, Simbang District, Maros Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The data collection technique was carried out by direct observation in the field which then processed the data. From the results of data processing, the condition and function of the Bassi Weir were analyzed and interpreted. Data Analysis Using the ePAKSI Application Method (electronic Asset Management and Irrigation System Performance)..Results Analysis of the analyzed data by weighting using the Epaksi application to determine the relationship between the components of the dam performance. As for the results, the weighting is carried out using the Epaksi application to determine the relationship between the components of the performance of the weir. The results of the weighting of the dam performance components are as follows: 74% crest weight, 42% weir wing weight, 73% weir floor (dwelling pool), 70% embankment, 70% service bridge, 30% operating board, 70% ruler, safety fence 70%, 82% Drain Door, and 82% Intake Door. The condition of the Batu Bassi Weir Performance component is that the components in the Bassi Stone Weir are damaged by 25.08% and the condition of the weir is moderately damaged. The function of the component performance on the Bassi Stone Weir is 74.92% and requires extensive (quite large) maintenance.

Abstract

Provide information on the results of scientific studies on how to improve community welfare by analyzing the Water Needs of semi-technical irrigation networks.The focus of this research is located in Biangkeke, Pajukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. The data needed in the form of secondary data includes land use maps in Bantaeng Regency, RainFall Data, Bantaeng Regency Rain and Bantaeng Regency Climatology Data. The results of the planning analysis obtained a large level of water availability in the Biangkeke irrigation area of 524.36 m3 / second, where in the first period of rice planting was 236.82 m3 / second and for the availability of water in the second period it was 172.63 m3 / second, while in the third period it was 70.90 m3 / second and for the harvest period the available discharge was 44 m3 / second

Abstract

Upaya untuk meningkatan kualitas perkerasan jalan (aspal) dilakukan salah satunya dengan menambahkan bahan pengisi yang bervariasi guna mendapatkan kualitas aspal yang baik. Untuk mengurangi keterbatasan filler, limbah las karbit bisa dijadikan sebagai bahan pengganti sebagian filler. Sisa las karbit melimpah sebagai limbah. Ketersediaan limbah las karbit di indonesia mudah didapat serta limbah las karbit lebih tahan terhadap perubahan suhu, sehingga lapis permukaan jalan mampu menahan deformasi. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh penambahan bahan limbah las karbit sebagai filler terhadap sifat dan karakteristik dari campuran aspal panas dengan variasi perendaman dan Untuk mengetahui penambahan limbah las karbit yang menghasilkan nilai stabilitas maksimal terhadap variasi perendaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan agregat kasar (batu pecah 1-2 dan batu pecah 0,5-1 ), agregat halus (abu batu) dan limbah las karbit. Pembuatan benda uji dengan Kadar Karbit 20%, 30% dan 40%. Perawatan benda uji dilakukan dengan perendaman pada Suhu 60o C dengan waktu, 3, 7, dan 14 hari. Penambahan limbah las karbit yang paling meningkat dan perendaman pada STABILITAS, FLOW, VIM, VFA dan MQ terdapat pada limbah las karbit STABILITAS 20% yaitu 1141.54, perendaman 3 hari dan yang paling menurun yaitu perendaman 14 hari 40% 1066.44. Hasil pengujian Marshall Test variasi bahan tambah limbah karbit penambahan yang terbaik yaitu 20% dengan perendaman 3 hari. Namun penambahan kadar yang lain juga masih dalam batas spesifikasi.

Abstract

Hot Rolled Sheet (HRS) According to the Ministry of Public Works (Bina Marga revision 2010), a thin layer of asphalt concrete (lataston) is a cover layer consisting of a mixture of gap graded aggregate, filler and hard asphalt with a certain ratio; which is mixed and hot compacted (within a certain temperature, a minimum of 124ºC). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variations in immersion time on the properties and characteristics of asphalt with Styrofoam added. This study used Styrofoam food waste with the addition of 5%, 10%, and 20%. Samples of specimens were made as many as 48 samples, 15 normal samples and 27 variations samples, 6 samples of remaining KAO. Treatment of the specimens was carried out with repeated immersion variations of 3, 7, and 14 days. The manufacture of test objects is hot mixed and refers to the 2018 Bina Marga Specifications, the test is carried out with the Marshall test equipment. The results of this test, indicate that the effect of Styrofoam waste as an additive in the HRS type asphalt mixture with repeated immersion can decrease the value of density, stability, MQ, and VFB. Abstract

Asphall concrate wearing course (AC-WC) is the topmost pavement layer which functions as a wear layer. Filler function is very important to modify the gradation offine agregate in the asphall mixture so that the density increases. Asphall concrate layer (laston) is a cover layer consisting of a densely graded agregate mixture with struktural properties. The purpuse of this study was to determine the effect and variation of immersiontime on the properties and characteristics of asphal with bamboo leaf ash as part of the added material, namely 10%, 15%, and 20% with variations of immersion, 3 days, 7 days and 14 days. The number of samples of test objects made were 48 samples, with 15 normal sampels of test comparison, 27 samples of variations, 6 samples of remaining KAO. The manufacture of test specimens hot mixed and refersto the 2018test apparatus with a temperature of 60ºC and is continuedout with the marshall test to obtain stability and flow values. Based on research results and data analysis of AC-WC asphalt mixtures with the addition of 10%, 15%, 20% bamboo leaf ash, with soaking variations of 3 days, 7 days, 14 days. From the laboratory results, the addition of 20% bamboo leaf ash can increase the density, FLOW and VFB values, while a decrease occurs in the stability of VMA, MQ and VIM, but not too drastically because it is still in the specification stage

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the properties and characteristics of the warm mixture of emulsified asphalt and to analyze the effectiveness of the characteristics of the warm mixture of emulsified asphalt with variations of immersion. The independent variable in this study is the immersion variation. The test method refers to the General Specifications of Highways 2018. The type of mixture used is Asphalt Concrete - Wearing Coarse. The performance was measured by testing Density, Stability, Flow, Marshall Quontient, voids in mixture (VIM), voids filled with asphalt (VFB), and voids in aggregate (VMA). The asphalt content used was 6.5%, then repeated immersion was carried out with variations of 3 days, 7 days, and 14 days of immersion. The results showed that the use of a warm mixture of emulsified asphalt and the length of immersion time affected the decrease in the value of the asphalt mixture properties. This is because the longer the immersion the asphalt adhesion to the mixture will decrease and the chance of losing the durability or durability of the mixture is also getting bigger. And from the results of the Marshall test using a warm mixture of asphalt emulsion, the best value for the characteristics is 3 days of immersion. Because it has a higher stability value so it will be able to withstand a greater load

Abstract

The construction of the Trans Sulawesi railway line phase 3, which began in 2019 across two regencies, namely Maros and Pangkajene and Islands regencies with a track length of 67.1 km. The Trans-Sulawesi railway line which was built in phase 3 is divided into two segments, the first segment crosses Maros district between km 14+400 to km 44+100, while the second segment crosses Pangkajene and Islands districts between km 44+100 to km 73+600 . The railway line that crosses Pangkajene and Islands regencies along 29.5 km crosses various regional conditions such as residential areas, plantations, rice fields, rivers, roads, hills and valleys. Based on these conditions, the condition of the vertical alignment on this line has a steep condition because it passes through hills and valleys which allows the train speed on the line to be low and not in accordance with the operating speed. For this reason, this research review aims to find other alternative routes by redesigning the route so that the train speed can match the planned speed, because on time schedule is one indicator of train scheduling performance

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the effect of road character on traffic accidents on the Pangkep-Barru road section in Pangkajene and Pulau Regency. . Along with the development of time, humans always need something that can provide comfort and convenience that can be done efficiently and effectively to live their lives. This is the availability of adequate infrastructure facilities and infrastructure, where infrastructure has a very important role in the smooth driving of national development, for example in the field of transportation. The condition of the Poros Pangkep-Barru highway in the Pangkajene Regency and the Islands with a length of 33.3 KM has several shortcomings, such as many potholes, slippery roads, and bumpy roads. This can happen because the Pangkajene and Islands areas have high rainfall intensity and the large number of vehicles that cross the road. In addition to the road conditions mentioned above, there are other shortcomings, namely street lighting facilities or PJU lights on the Poros Pangkep-Barru highway in the Pangkajene and Islands Regency areas which have insufficient lighting so that it can affect the level of vigilance of motorists. Abstract

The train is a means of mass transportation which generally consists of a locomotive and a series of trains or carriages. The series of trains or carriages are relatively large in size so that they are able to load passengers and goods on a large scale. For the transportation of goods in large quantities, a series of more than 50 trains drawn and/or pushed with several locomotives can be used, such as the Babaranjang train in South Sumatra.The train is an efficient transportation for a high number of passengers so it is very suitable for mass transportation of urban trains in congested corridors, but is also used for medium-distance passenger transportation or for the transportation of goods in large quantities. Because of its nature as an effective mass transportation, several countries are trying to make maximum use of it as the main means of land transportation both within cities, between cities, and between countries

Abstract

Soft clay soil has a relatively low subgrade bearing capacity and relatively large subgrade compression and lasts for a relatively long time so that it becomes a major problem in the development of transportation infrastructure. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of a mixture of palm bunch ash and variations of fly ash on the CBR value of clay soil and to determine the effect of a mixture of palm bunch ash and variations of fly ash on the permeability of clay soil. One of the efforts to improve soft clay soil is by adding palm bunch ash as a stabilizing agent on the soil. This study uses a variation of ash of palm bunches as much as 7.5% and fly ash of 0%, 15%, 30%, 45% of dry soil weight. The result of CBR penetration of Original Soil is 6.9% and for the addition of 7.5% Palm Oil Bunches + 0% Fly Ash decreased by 4.8%, however the CBR value increases with the addition of Fly Ash percentage, 15% Fly Ash + 7.5% Palm Oil Bunches the CBR value is 5.3% , Fly Ash 30% + Oil Palm Bunches 7.5% CBR value of 5.8% and with the addition of Fly Ash 45% + Oil Palm Bunches 7.5% an increase in CBR value of 6.1%, while the results of the Permeability Coefficient of Original Soil are 0.000888 and for Original Soil with the added material of 7.5% Palm Bunches and 0% Fly Ash of 0.0013 with a difference of 0.000412, while the addition of fly ash variations for the variation of 7.5% Palm Bunches + 15% Fly Ash the permeability value of 0.0007 decreased permeability
