Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze Islamic Education in Turkey from the aspects of the curriculum, the education system. This research method is a qualitative research with a literature review method approach. Sources of data used in research include Islamic Education books, research journals, and supporting websites. The results of the research are that the latest government policy is to make compulsory education, which was originally eight years, into twelve years divided into three levels, namely elementary school level, middle school level and high school level.

Abstract

In holding a general election there are organizers who have an important role as election officers at the lower level, namely at the sub-district and village levels, namely PPK, PPS, KPPS, Panwascam, PKD and TPS Panwas. The factor that will determine the fulfillment of the HR (Human Resources) qualifications needed in filling these positions is recruitment. This research intends to discuss the problems, challenges and solutions of election management recruitment at the grassroots level. The method used in this article is a qualitative descriptive method. The primary data source used is research journals on Election Implementation. Data collection techniques using journals and books. Data analysis using content analysis. The results of this study indicate that at the stage of selecting ad hoc election bodies, there are obstacles that are often encountered during the selection process, namely the difficulty of getting qualified selectors, honest and able to provide an objective assessment. Not a few were found in the field, selectors give value on the basis of their role and not on the basis of their thoughts, apart from that the closeness factor is very difficult to ignore. The concept of Training of Trainers is a breakthrough in providing understanding to ad hoc committees at least at the sub-district and sub-district/village levels so that these ad hoc committees are able to solve problems in the field and understand the ethical standards of implementation.

Abstract

This research is entirely in the nature of library research. Data collected through library research consisting of source data (primary) in the form of books relating to critical studies of Islamic thought. Data processing is entirely "qualitative", because the data encountered is descriptive in the form of verbal statements. As for the method of analysis using "inductive", deductive" and comparative techniques". The results of this study indicate that. IQ, EQ, and SQ, are brain-centered human intelligence forces that have different orientations and functions, but all three can work well together. IQ that is centered on the left brain gives birth to rational or logical intelligence. EQ or Emotional intelligence is centered on the right brain which gives birth to ethical intuitive emotional intelligence. SQ is centered on the network between the two giving birth to a unitive and transcendent spiritual, with this power humans can find meaning behind all the life experiences that have been lived. IQ, EQ, and SQ, based on the view of the Koran, humans have various psychological potentials and these potentials determine human quality. These potentials are spirit, aql, qalb, and nafs. By modern findings these potentials are then translated into IQ, EQ, and SQ. The potentials given by Allah SWT make it possible to bring people who are desired by Allah SWT to worship Allah or become perfect human beings and or vice versa become humans who are disobedient to Allah SWT.

Abstract

This paper discussed the effects, impacts and measures to stem the rapid globalization of a region. The progress of globalization affects other sectors in life, such as political, economic, social, legal and cultural fields and the most important is religious values, without realizing this impact eliminates the identity of a nation. Age of children and adolescents is the most span of age with the influence of the effects of globalization both negative impacts and positive impacts. Considering that each religion in Indonesia has provisions and roles in the universal sphere, religion has an important role today which is not only a tool or agent and content of globalization but also a part of the identity of the Indonesian nation. Globalization itself greatly influences the existence of culture, religion, philosophy, politics and law that have been running and vice versa, but religion has a role to be a filter. Therefore, the Indonesian state which has the ideology of Pancasila needs to strengthen Pancasila education, especially the practice of the First and Third Precepts and the importance of actualizing Pancasila with the Integration of Nationalism and Religiousity to the Ruler and Society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of criminal sanctions against corporations, to find out the legal basis that protects victims of environmental crimes by corporations, and the legal protection provided by positive law to victims of environmental crimes committed by corporations. The method used in this research is normative legal research which then uses two approaches, namely the Legislation approach and the case study approach. With data collection techniques in this study through analysis of legal norms in laws and regulations using deductive reasoning logic. The results of this study conclude that in principle the imposition of criminal sanctions is currently considered not fully effective to be applied to corporations so that legal protection of the rights of victims of environmental crimes is not realized properly, followed by other sanctions such as without ending environmental restoration sanctions such as reclamation. and compensation.

Abstract

The author is interested in examining and explaining the issue of poverty from the perspective of Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), stating that poverty is caused by several factors, such as natural disasters, structured systems, exploitation of humans and nature, and political and economic systems. Poverty is a true reflection of social life, both in rural and urban areas, and even in developing countries, the issue of poverty cannot be overlooked. Abstract

This research is entirely in the nature of library research. This research was conducted in the literature by collecting primary data from books that discuss morality to both parents from a hadith perspective. Data processing was carried out qualitatively, considering that the data encountered is descriptive in the form of verbal statements. The results of this study indicate that Islam highly values filial piety to parents. However, being devoted to parents has limits, that is as long as the act of filial piety does not violate the provisions outlined by Allah SWT, both of which have been explained in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. For example, if a parent forces a child to commit shirk or commit a crime, the parent's order must be opposed, but remember, it must be in a good way so that they are not offended. Birrul walidain or devoted to both parents has a special position in Islamic teachings. The matter of filial piety to parents has been regulated both in the Qur'an and Hadith. The command to do good to parents was placed by Allah SWT in the Qur'an directly after the command to worship only Him, solely or after the prohibition of associating partners with Him, and there is also a hadith that the pleasure of Allah depends on the pleasure of parents, good deeds. what Allah loves most is serving your parents, doing good to your mother is more important, serving both parents is the way to heaven.

Abstract

This article discusses the debate over divinity aspects in Islamic theology, using the literature study method. The purpose of this paper is to find out the meaning of monotheism in Islamic theology and debates related to divine aspects in Islamic theology. The results of this writing show that religion is a belief that has long existed throughout human civilization. As for the debate on the divine aspect in Islamic theology related to the nature of God, the Mu`tazilah argue that Allah is All-Knowing with His essence, not with knowledge, power and life, because all of these are attributes while attributes are something outside of matter. While the Asy`ariyah, argue that God has properties. God's justice, according to Asy'ariyah, God does as He wills, so God does not put all people into heaven unjust and if God puts all people into hell God is not unjust. Meanwhile, the understanding of justice for the Mu`tazilah implies obligations that must be respected by God. Regarding the power and will of God's Mutlat, Mu'tazilah argues that God's absolute power has been limited by the freedom that has been given to humans in determining wills and actions. whereas Asy`ari said that God is absolute in His will and power

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the best tourism development strategy for Ngreco Village. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the best method for developing Sumber Suko Tourism Village in Ngreco Village was to study the potential of natural and man-made tourism in Ngreco Village to increase tourist attraction. Ngreco Village has a unique physical rural natural environment, a rich natural beauty of tourism, and the social life of its inhabitants, all of which are naturally and attractively packaged so that the attractiveness of the countryside can encourage tourist visits. Sumber Suko, which is located in Ngreco Village, Kandat District, Kediri Regency, East Java, is one of the locations with natural resource potential that needs to be further developed due to its strategic location and potential springs. The potential of this natural resource has begun to be exploited by the surrounding community as one of the tourism symbols of Ngreco Village. With the main goal of improving the village economy, there are problems that hinder the development of tourism in the Sumber Suko Tourism Village, such as the not yet optimal provision of facilities and infrastructure at tourist sites, the lack of coordination between the Manager of the Sumber Suko Tourism Village and the management. Local government, and community-based community empowerment have not been optimal. tourism managers, and the lack of opportunities for local communities in Ngreco Village to market MSME products

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss critical analysis of Ahmadiyya theology and thought using literature. The purpose of this writing is to find out about the history of the birth of Ahmadiyah, the life history of Mirza Gulam Ahmad, the understanding of Ahmadiyya which is considered controversial and the development of Ahmadiyya in Indonesia. The results of this paper show that Ahmadiyya emerged in the 19th century when Muslims were experiencing a setback. Ahmadiyah was founded by Mirza Gulam Ahmad who is considered a messenger of Allah SWT, and has even proclaimed himself the promised Messiah and al-Mahdi. Ahmadiyah is divided into two, namely Ahmadiyah Qadian and Ahmadiyah Lahore. Mirza Gulam Ahmad's thoughts are considered heretical by some people, because many of his thoughts are contrary to the values of Islamic teachings. The development of Ahmadiyya in Indonesia started with the establishment of Qadian schools for young people. In addition, its development is also through books and magazine publications originating from abroad.
