Abstract

The shift in consumer behavior from direct purchases in stores to online purchases makes the Shopee marketplace very attractive to consumers. This research is useful for knowing the influence of brand image, online customer review and price on purchasing decisions. A quantitative approach with causality research techniques is used in this study. In this study, the population was Management students at Nusantara University, PGRI Kediri, who had made online purchases of products on the Shopee marketplace. With a total of 40 respondents nonprobability sampling technique was used for sampling in this study. The technique of collecting data in the field is in the form of a questionnaire. The research instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests. The f test and t test were used as hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the partial and simultaneous research, it shows that the brand image, online customer review and price variables have an effect on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace.

Abstract

The background of the research is to find out how the behavior of consumer purchasing decisions is influenced by service quality, price and location at Angkringan Romusha Nganjuk. This study applies a quantitative approach and causality techniques. The population used is all consumers who have made a purchase at Angkringan Romusha Nganjuk with an unknown number, using 40 respondents as the sample. By using incidental sampling sampling technique. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results showed that the quality of service, price, and location on purchasing decisions at Angkringan Romusha Nganjuk. The results show that partially service quality, price and location have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and service quality, price, and location simultaneously or together have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Angkringan Romusha Nganjuk.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of CR, ROE and DER on stock prices with the rupiah exchange rate as a moderating variable. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The sample used is 19 food and beverage industries listed on the IDX in 2019-2021. The data analysis technique used is Panel Data Regression Analysis using STATA 16. The results of the analysis show that ROE has a significant effect on stock prices but CR and DER have no significant effect to stock prices. The results of the analysis also show that the rupiah exchange rate can moderate the effect of ROE on stock prices. However, the rupiah exchange rate cannot moderate the effect of CR and DER on stock prices.

Abstract

Learning in schools can basically run well if all the supporting components of learning are able to make an impact or are able to achieve the objectives of the learning itself. Departing from this, this research seeks to develop learning media in the form of e-modules with the aim of being able to improve the quality of learning in the classroom so that learning objectives can be achieved. The research method used is the research and development method, with the research subject at MAN 1 Kediri and the research object, namely class X students. Stages in this development research consist of: 1) preliminary study; 2) identification of the problem; 3) preparation of e-modules; and 4) validation of e-modules to experts. The results of the study found that from the expert validators media the valid level was 3,49 with excellent qualifications, from material expert validators the validity level is 3,57 with excellent qualifications, and from the validity level language expert valids were 3,56 with excellent qualifications. So that the economic e-module developed is categorized as valid and worthy of use in learning.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to find out purchasing decisions on kanjuk clothes by analyzing and assessing the impact of social media, product quality and prices offered. Quantitative causality is the approach used in this study. Random sampling is a method used to find out public opinion with an unlimited number of populations, so sampling data is used, namely as many as 80 respondents from consumers with social media users such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Shopee who have bought products from Akaos Nganjuk. To get the data, an online questionnaire was conducted to the respondents. Henceforth, SPSS software version 25 is a platform used to test the results of research with multiple linear regression. The requirement for the classical assumption test is the main requirement of the incoming data, so that the percentage of social media, product quality, and product price can be known to the purchasing decision which is tested with a coefficient of determination. After testing, it can be concluded that social media, product quality and price have a positive and significant influence on the buyer's decision to wear clothes. In addition, there is a determination coefficient of 70.3% for social media, the quality of the product and the level of the price offered affect the consumer's decision to buy akaos nganjuk. However, for other variables that affect the consumer's decision to make a purchase on kanjuk shirts of 29.7%, research has not been carried out.

Abstract

At the Lotus Garden Hotel and Kediri Restaurant, the purpose of this study is to investigate and investigate the impact of the quality of service and the comfort of the site on customer satisfaction. In this study, quantitative research is used in the form of the distribution of questionnaires to customers of the Kediri Restaurant and the Lotus Garden hotel. The goal of the study is to investigate the factors of customer satisfaction that are related to service quality and the comfort of the environment. Empirical study with the findings presented in the form of numbers is known as quantitative research. This study's data analysis made use of descriptive statistical analysis, data quality testing, and effect testing, all performed with the software program SPSS. According to the findings, the level of customer satisfaction at both the Lotus Garden Hotel and the Kediri Restaurant is significantly impacted by a number of factors, including the friendliness of the staff and the ambience of the location.

Abstract

This.study aims to analyze the factors that influence purchasing decisions using the dependent variable of promotion perception and service quality at Lian Make up Artist in Nganjuk. This research.uses.quantitative descriptive analysis method. The.research technique used in this study is causality by using.a.simple random sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this research is IBM SPSS. The results showed.that the promotion perception variable had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, while the service quality variable had no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The novelty in this research is that the makeup provided by Lian Make up Artist is more modern and contemporary than its competitors. In addition, the promotions carried out are also different from their competitors, namely by giving bonus fees to anyone who brings new customers to Lian Make up Artist.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the internal control system applied in minimizing non-performing loans and how to resolve the occurrence of non-performing loans. This research is a descriptive research as well as a qualitative approach. In data collection procedures used are observation, interviews, documentation and library research. The data sources used primary data, secondary data and qualitative, descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the internal control system in minimizing non-performing loans is good and in accordance with COSO theory although there are weaknesses in the control environment and controlling activities where there are still multiple positions. Settlement of non-performing loans by rescheduling, reconditioning, restructuring and execution. The researcher suggests that additional employees and segregation of duties be carried out between the estimator and the depositor of collateral

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence from village original income, village fund allocation, and village funds to village expenditures in Rejoso District in 2020-2021. The approach used is quantitative along with associative methods along with secondary data sources. The sample of this study used non-probability sampling. The data analysis technique used panel data with STATA 16 software. The results of this study indicate that village original income, village fund allocation and village funds have a partial significant effect on village spending. Village original income, village fund allocation, and village funds simultaneously have a significant effect on village spending. Suggestions from researchers for further research in the observation period added and expanded variables.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the idea of ​​a culinary business (Coffee Shop). This business idea is currently experiencing very rapid development. In addition to its rapid development, of course, the competition is also quite tight. Thus the coffee shop business must be innovative and smart in making its marketing strategy. This study aims to analyze product quality, product prices and product promotions that are carried out partially and simultaneously which affect consumer loyalty at Promise Jiwa Coffee Nganjuk. In this study, a quantitative approach was applied by collecting primary data obtained through a questionnaire. In this study, the population used was Kopi Promise Jiwa customers by taking data samples of 40 respondents. Sampling using non-probability techniques and accidental sampling techniques as an approach and using multiple regression analysis performed using SPSS software. The conclusion obtained from this study is that there is a good influence between quality, price and seller promotion partially on consumer loyalty who consumes Promise Jiwa Coffee in the Nganjuk area.
