Abstract

The higher income affects the high taxes that must be paid, so this reason is the factor that causes the research to be carried out. The high tax payable depends on the nominal income and profit of the company. One of the strategies that entrepreneurs do is to implement tax management or tax planning. Therefore, the procedure that can be done to minimize the payment of Pph 21 permanent employees is by making tax planning and implementing the gross up method. The research carried out aims to calculate tax payments in order to get the lowest possible nominal by implementing tax planning through Pph 21 permanent employees and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The research carried out implements descriptive quantitative analysis. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that tax planning by replacing the burden of Pph 21 allowances borne by business entities into tax allowances with the gross up method can minimize taxes with a nominal value of Rp. 27,026,874. So that the cash from the tax savings can be used for other purposes such as business entity development.

Abstract

Sari Daun Nganjuk is a clove processing industry in Nganjuk which was established in 2010. UD. Sari Daun Nganjuk is a company that oversees rural products, especially those that use dried clove leaves by distillation of dry clove leaves using steam purification. at the UD processing plant. Sari Daun Nganjuk found several human resource problems such as initiative, leadership and the work environment that are still under-appreciated at UD. The leaf juice is drooping. This study aims to be used properly by UD. Sari Daun Nganjuk as a source of perspective to promote the presentation of UD's performance. The leaf juice is drooping. This study examines whether there is an influence between incentives, leadership and work environment on the performance of UD. The leaf juice is drooping. processing information in the results of the study indicate that the factors of incentives, leadership and work environment greatly affect the performance of UD employees. The leaf juice is drooping. it is known that the research uses a reliability coefficient with a value of 68.2%, representative performance is influenced by the strength of incentives, leadership and work environment, with the remaining 31.8% influenced by various elements not identified in this assessment.

Abstract

The purpose of thiis study is that to analyze how the implementation of the governmennt acccounting standards, iinternal control, and humann resourcee competence on the qualiity of local government financiial reporting at BPKAD. Furthermore, this researrch adopts a quantitatiive approoach using causality investigation research methods. Data analysis is also with traditional hypothesis testing, determinant testing (R2), and hypothesis testing. What is new in the this study is the diifference bettween the research variables and the location of the study. The resultss of this the study are to show SAP can have a significant influence on the qualityy of local government financiial reporting. Partial internal control also has a significant impact on the qualiity of local goverrnment financiial reporting Hr competence that can have a signiificant impact also on the quuality of locall government finanncial reportiing. Furthermore, SAP, innternal controll and HR competence affect the quaality of financial reporting of the regiional governmment of BPKAD Nganjuk Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of accounting information systems, internal control, and work motivation on employee performance at the Cleo Depo Kediri. This research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative survey research method. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, determinant coefficient test (R2) and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that the accounting information system partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Partial internal control has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously accounting information system, internal control and work motivation affect the performance of employees at PT. Sentralsari Primasentosa (Depo Cleo Kediri). This study uses the latest data, namely 2022.

Abstract

This research is aimed at knowing the effect of the Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Investment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Dividend Per Share (DPS) on the mining sector company stock price listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. Data analysis techniques using the regression panel with the fixed effect model 5% significance. The approach in this study used a quantitative causality method with a sample search using purposive sampling method. The result of this study is partial to NPM, ROI, and DPS have no significant effect on the mining company stock price, while EPS has a significant effect on the mining company stock price. Simultaneously NPM, ROI, EPS, and DPS have significant effect on the mining company stock price

Abstract

Organizational culture is something that affects all components of the organization, determines its identity, and can be used by members of the organization to guide their behavior. This study has a purpose, namely to determine the correlation between organizational culture, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of PDAM Nganjuk Regency employees. The type of quantitative research is the type of research used and the method used is the main data collection method. The main data obtained from the questionnaire. The number of samples used in this study were 40 employees of PDAM Nganjuk Regency using non-probability sampling. The analysis of this research was conducted using SPSS IBM 23 software. This study used data analysis techniques in the form of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and work motivation variables do not has a significant effect on the performance of some employees, while work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture, work motivation, and work discipline all have a significant effect on employee performance productivity.

Abstract

The researcher analyzed the influence of career path variables and work stress variables on the performance satisfaction variable of BBPR Kediri employees. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, using primary data from the distribution of questionnaires. This study uses a saturated sample technique from a total of 32 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The research findings found that there was an effect of career path on employee performance satisfaction, the influence of work stress on employee performance satisfaction and career path and work stress together gave a significant influence on employee performance satisfaction of BBPR Kediri

Abstract

The culinary business is a business that can be developed in the future, because food is one of the basic human needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of layout, word of mouth, and price on purchasing decisions at Warunk Duren Tulungagung. This study uses a quantitative approach using primary and secondary data. The population in this study are people who buy products, with a sample of 40 respondents,, using analysis of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, t-test and F-test. The results of the study can be concluded that (1)layout has a significant partial effect on purchasing decisions. (2)word of mouth partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. (3)price has a significant effect partially on purchasing decisions. (4)Layout, word of mouth, price simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This have a look at to decide the extent purchasing decisions by analyzing factors that influence the level of purchasing decisions including products, prices and indihome promotions in the city of Kediri. This research methodology uses quantitative methods conducted using data collection techniques. observation and Distribute questionnaires. sampling and research using non-probabability sampling. The population of this study is all consumers PT. Telkom in Bandar Lor, Mojoroto, Kediri City, the number of which is not limited or unknown. The sample used  40 respondents by using purpososive sampling technique. Data collection method using questionnaires which was then analyzed using SPSS software for windows version 25. The analysis used  The study was a validity test, a reliability test, a classical hypothesis test and a multiple linear regression test, coefficient determination (R2), T test, F test. Results research shows Product quality matters influence on indihome purchasing decisions, promotions do not have a significant influence on indihome purchasing decisions

Bank Mandiri Katamso Branch is committed to providing easy credit distribution as additional business capital for micro entrepreneurs.The research objective is to analyze the accounting information system, internal control, the role of the accounting information system in providing credit at PT. Bank Mandiri Katamso Branch. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research. The application of the accounting information system is in accordance with the SOPs in force at the branch office and in accordance with Romey's (2017) theory, internal control meets the elements of internal control according to COSO in Krismiaji (2015), the role of accounting information systems in providing credit is in accordance with the 5C analysis according to Kasmir (2008). ) regarding the granting of credit to PT. Bank Mandiri Katamso Branch
