Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of SERVQUAL dimension comparising reliability, assurance, tangibles, emphaty, and responsiveness on customer loyalty at Bed Cover and Friends, a convection business in Kediri. The research employs a quantitative approach through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear resgression and tests for validity and reliability. The result indicate that significant impact on customer loyalty. Tangible and emphaty also show positive influence, although to a lesser extent, while responsiveness has a negative but insignificant effect. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on a rarely studied local business and its emphasis on the importance of reliability and assurance in fostering customer loyalty in the local bedding industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of accounting system implementation, information technology utilization, and financial literacy on the performance of kinerja usaha mikro (UM) in Nganjuk Regency. Micro-enterprise performance is a crucial aspect in assessing the success and desirability of a business, influenced by various internal factors, including financial management, technology utilization, and financial literacy. This study employed a quantitative approach with a causal comparative approach. A sample of 100 micro-enterprises was selected using a purposive sampling methode technique with specific criteria. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire with a Likert Scale, and data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 30 software. The results indicate that, partially, accounting information system implementation, information technology utilization, and financial literacy have a positive and significant effect on micro-enterprise performance. Simultaneously, these three variables also significantly influence micro-enterprise performance in Nganjuk Regency. The adjusted R-square value of 0.476 indicates that 47.6% of the variation in micro-enterprise performance can be explained by the model developed in this study. These findings confirm that improving financial recording systems, implementing information technology, and strengthening financial literacy are crucial factors in supporting the growth and competitiveness of micro-enterprises. This research provides practical implications for micro-enterprises to optimize technology-based financial recording and increase financial capacity through financial literacy. Furthermore, the results are expected to serve as a reference for local governments and business support institutions in designing digital and financial-based MSME empowerment strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation, training, and work incentives on employee performance at Es Teh Indonesia in East Java. The study employs a quantitative approach with a causal relationship design to explain the impact of three independent variables—motivation, training, and work incentives—on employee performance. The total population of 40 employees was selected through a total sampling technique. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire based on Likert scale measurements and processed through multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results indicate that motivation, training, and work incentives have both partial and simultaneous significant effects on employee performance. Among these variables, the training factor demonstrates the strongest influence, confirming that continuous skill development is a key driver of performance improvement in the beverage franchise industry. This finding implies that performance outcomes in Es Teh Indonesia depend not only on monetary rewards or motivation but also on structured competency enhancement through regular and targeted training programs. The study highlights that a well-balanced combination of intrinsic and extrinsic motivators contributes to sustainable productivity and operational excellence in franchise-based organizations.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven a major transformation in the banking system, particularly through online banking services that provide easy access for customers. However, this progress has also been accompanied by an increase in cybercrime risks that threaten the security of financial institutions. This study aims to analyze the forms of risk and security threats in digital banking services, evaluate the mitigation strategies that have been implemented, and provide recommendations for strengthening the digital banking security system in Indonesia. The method used is a literature study by reviewing national journals and publications from the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The results of the study show that the main risks faced by banks include phishing attacks, malware, and personal data leaks that impact both financial institutions and customers. The mitigation strategies implemented have not been fully effective due to weak supervision and uneven implementation. Therefore, a comprehensive approach is needed through strengthening security technology, improving cyber governance, increasing digital literacy, and collaborating on research and innovation to build a sustainable digital banking ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, workload, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan (DIKA) in Kediri Residency. This associative descriptive quantitative research was conducted from April to May 2025, involving 70 PT DIKA employees as both population and sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected via Likert scale questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 25, including validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and t- and F-tests. The results indicate that work environment and job satisfaction positively and significantly affect employee performance. Workload, however, had a negative but not significant influence. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly impact employee performance. This research highlights the importance of a conducive work environment and job satisfaction for optimizing performance at PT DIKA.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Online Customer Review (OCR), Price Discount (PD), and Time Pressure (TP) on impulse buying during Shopee live streaming. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study consisted of 337 active students from the 2021 cohort of the Management Study Program at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. A total of 183 respondents were selected using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error and a nonprobability sampling technique through simple random sampling, based on the criteria of being active Shopee users. The results show that OCR, PD, and TP have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that the three factors are key drivers of impulsive purchasing behavior during live streaming sessions. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on the impulse buying behavior of university students on the Shopee Live platform, which remains underexplored in the context of e-commerce in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the marketing strategy of traditional bridal makeup service providers in Nganjuk, by emphasizing the use of local cultural values ​​as a competitive advantage. The method used is a qualitative approach with case studies, data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the SWOT model. The results of the study indicate that the application of local culture in marketing strategies can strengthen business positions and attract consumer interest amidst tight competition. The novelty of this study lies in the emphasis on preserving Javanese cultural values ​​as a differentiation strategy in the modern service industry, which is still rarely explored in depth in bridal service marketing studies. These results provide practical and theoretical contributions to the development of culture-based businesses in the future.

Abstract

Research at UD Sumber Muji Mulya has problems, namely the low spirit of cooperation between employees which has an impact on decreasing job satisfaction, non-transparent compensation, and lack of occupational health and safety protection, which risks lowering morale and increasing accidents and occupational diseases. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of all UD Sumber Muji Mulya employees. The test results show that OCB has no significant effect partially on employee satisfaction tcount 0.947 < ttable 2.028, and a significance value of 0.350 > 0.05. In contrast, compensation has a significant effect with tcount 2.218 > ttable 2.028, and a significance value of 0.033 < 0.05, as well as the work environment has a significant effect with tcount 2.877 > ttable 2.028, and a significance value of 0.007 < 0.05. Simultaneously, OCB, compensation, and work environment have a significant effect on employee satisfaction at UD Sumber Muji Mulya.

Abstract

This study analyzes income differences of grocery traders before and after becoming RPK partners in Kediri City. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a pretest-posttest one group design, involving 35 respondents selected via purposive sampling. The research model includes monthly income, education budget, and family burden variables. Instruments were tested for validity and reliability. The paired sample t-test showed a 10.46% average income increase, with p<0.05. A lower standard deviation indicates improved economic stability among partners. The RPK program effectively supports traders' welfare and strengthens sustainable food distribution.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of village fund management, transparency, and community participation on community welfare in Manggis Village, Puncu District, Kediri Regency. The background of the study is based on the importance of accountable and participatory village finances to support future village development and improve community cohesion. This type of research uses an associative quantitative approach, with the population of the entire Manggis Village community involved in the management and receipt of village fund benefits. The research sample was created using the Slovin formula, and data were obtained using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis to understand the impact of independent variables on the dependent variable, both in parallel and simultaneously. The results of the study indicate that village fund management, transparency, and community participation have a positive and significant effect on community welfare. This indicates that the better the management and transparency of village funds and the higher the level of community participation, the better the community welfare in Manggis Village.
