Abstract

This observation was conducted to see whether marketing strategy, lifestyle, and consumer behavior may influencecustomer satisfaction at Kedai Saerah Bandar Kidul Kediri. This study uses a quantitative research approach anda simple random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. From the calculation with the Slovin formula, a totalsample of 80 respondents was obtained. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. This study found thatmarketing strategy, lifestyle, and consumer behavior had a significant effect on customer satisfaction partially. Incontrast, simultaneously, marketing strategy, lifestyle, and consumer behavior significantly affected customersatisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to see the impact of socio-economic development around Dhoho Kediri airport. The people of GrogolDistricts are the population in this study, especially in Grigil Village Bedrek Hamlet. The object of this research is qualitativedescriptive research, a data analysis technique. In this research, 1 data source is used, namely primary data. Data collectionprocedures in this research used observation, interviews, documentation, and research sites using case studies. The resultsin this research use 2 impacts of the construction of the Dhoho Kediri airport: (1) the impact of airport construction on socioeconomic development seen from the social aspect and (2) the impact of airport construction on socio-economic development seen from the economic aspect.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of experiential marketing and store atmosphere on purchase decisions at Kali Uceng Restaurant. The research uses a quantitative method with a causal approach, involving 60 respondents who have previously shopped at the restaurant. Data was collected through questionnaires. Thefindings show that: 1) experiential marketing significantly influences purchase decisions (sig. value 0.005), 2) store atmosphere also has a significant impact (sig. value 0.030), and 3) both variables simultaneously have a significant effect (sig. value 0.000) on purchase decisions. Kali Uceng Restaurant is advised to enhance its experiential marketing, as it has the largest impact, and improve its store atmosphere to further influence purchasing decisions. Future research is recommended to include additional variables and different research models to strengthen the findings.

Abstract

So far, the tourism sector's contribution to PAD in Tana Toraja Regency is minimal, even though Toraja is one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia. The decline in tourist arrivals to Tana Toraja in recent years, among other things, apart from the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020-2022, is also the inability of the Tana Toraja Regency government to meet the needs of tourists. The government's role is not yet optimal, and the condition of tourist objects that are not appropriately handled has become the leading cause of the decline in tourist visits. Various strategies have been implemented, but the results are ineffective,  which impacts the tourism sector's low contribution to Regional Original Revenue. This study aims to analyze the strategy for developing the Buntu Burake Tourism Object using the Porter's Diamond Model approach, which will increase the Tourism sector's contribution to PAD. The method used is qualitative and analyzed using Porter's Diamond Model. Informants who will be interviewed in depth are employees from the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports, tourism industry managers, traders, travel owners, cleaners, and tourists visiting Tana Toraja. The results of this study show that the Buntu Burake tourism development strategy is quite good, but it needs further strategic development so that tourists will increase. This research is expected to benefit academics and the government, especially the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports, as it relates to developing the tourism industry using Porter's Diamond Model approach to increase the PAD of Tana Toraja Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan objek wisata Pango Pango khususnya pada pembangunan infrastruktur jalan, strategi peningkatan kebersihan dan strategi peningkatan kualitas retribusi terhadap pengembangan objek wisata yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah di Kabupaten Tana Toraja untuk meningkatkan PAD. Sumbangan sektor pariwisata terhadap PAD di Kabupaten Tana Toraja masih sangat kecil padahal Toraja adalah salah satu tujuan wisata di Indonesia. Terjadi penurunan kunjungan wisatawan ke Tana Toraja antara lain adalah ketidakmampuan pemerintah Kabupaten Tana Toraja memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan. Peran pemerintah dan kelembagaan belum optimal serta kondisi objek wisata yang tidak ditangani dengan baik, infrastruktur jalan, kebersihan dan kualitas retribusi telah menjadi penyebab utama penurunan kunjungan wisatawan. Oleh sebab itu perlu pengembangan objek wisata melalui perencanaan strategi di mana strategi pengembangan objek wisata di Kabupaten Tana Toraja selama ini belum efektif yang berdampak pada rendahnya sumbangan sektor pariwisata pada PAD. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dan dianalisis dengan analisis Miles dan Huberman. Informan yang akan diwawancara secara mendalam adalah pegawai dari Dinas Pariwisata, Kepemudaan dan Olahraga, pedagang, pengelola industri pariwisata dan wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Tana Toraja. Penelitian ini memberikan manfaat bagi para akademisi dan pihak pemerintah khususnya Dinas Pariwisata, Kepemudaan dan Olahraga terkait dengan strategi pengembangan objek wisata dalam menentukan arah kebijakan dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan untuk peningkatan PAD Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan objek wisata Pango Pango khususnya pada pembangunan infrastruktur jalan, strategi peningkatan kebersihan dan strategi peningkatan kualitas retribusi terhadap pengembangan objek wisata yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah di Kabupaten Tana Toraja untuk meningkatkan PAD belum maksimal. Perlu perhatikan serius dari Pemda untuk meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Mamasa, kendala apa yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah, serta faktor-faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan proses pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan enam orang informan dari pegawai BKAD Kabupaten Mamasa yang paham tentang proses pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Mamasa. Dalam mengumpulkan data tersebut menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara turun langsung ke lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran mengenai proses pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah di Kabupaten Mamasa, faktor penghambat/kendala dan faktor pendukung proses pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Mamasa.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of business experience, innovation, and competitive advantage on sales growth and the impact of sales growth on the financial performance of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). This type of research is quantitative. The research was conducted in Yogyakarta. The study subjects were MSME business owners, with a total sample of 100 respondents using convenience sampling/incidental sampling techniques. Hypothesis testing using SPSS. Testing of research data using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and t-tests. The results of the study showed that business experience, innovation, and competitive advantage affected sales growth, and sales growth also impacted the financial performance of MSMEs. The results of this finding are very relevant for MSME actors because business is no longer like it used to be, so MSME actors continue to innovate to increase competitive advantages, which are important factors in sales growth. In addition, sales growth is a factor that influences the financial performance of MSMEs

Abstract

Education is an effort to realize and develop student potential. Education in Indonesia has undergone several curriculum changes with the aim of improvement. The advantage of the Merdeka Curriculum is that learning is much more active and creative. Therefore, the Merdeka Curriculum is widely implemented in schools, including the Darun Najah Kediri Integrated MTs. Based on initial observations made, it is known that the teacher has used the Independent Curriculum. Even though there are many positive impacts, implementing the Independent Curriculum still has several shortcomings, such as many students not understanding the Independent Curriculum. Hence, students are less active in participating in learning at school, which also decreases student learning outcomes. This research aims to determine whether implementing the Merdeka Curriculum learning module can improve the learning outcomes of class VII students at MTS Terpadu Darun Najah Kediri. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with social studies subject material on the Geographical Location of Indonesia. The research results show an increase in student learning outcomes, as indicated by an increase in students who get scores above the KKM. The percentage of students who scored above the KKM from the pre-cycle was 13.33%, 20% for the first cycle, 30% for the second cycle, and 60% for the third cycle.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of price, facilities, and service quality on revisit intention to Tirta Ria Bathing Place in Sumberejo Village, Ngasem Subdistrict, Kediri Regency. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis. Data were obtained through questionnaires completed by 259 respondents and analyzed using SPSS version 31. The results demonstrate that price, facilities, and service quality each exert a positive and significant influence on revisit intention, both individually (partially) and collectively (simultaneously). Among these variables, service quality stands out as the most dominant factor. The novelty of this study lies in its contextual relevance to the post-pandemic recovery of local tourism and in its comprehensive examination of the three variables in influencing revisit behavior. These findings provide practical insights for tourism managers in crafting effective strategies to boost visitor return rates and support sustainable tourism growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of content marketing, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), and perceived quality on the purchase intention of Somethinc products on followers of the X account @Somethinc Official. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method to 100 respondents through a purposive sampling technique, the data was analyzed using SPSS 27. The results showed that content marketing and e-WOM had a significant effect on increasing the purchase intention of Somethinc consumers, while the perception of quality did not have a significant effect in the context of marketing through X. This shows that consumers are more influenced by informative content and positive reviews from fellow users in making decisions to purchase local skincare products on social media, compared to the perception of quality factor. The novelty of this study lies in the focus of analyzing the behavior of local skincare consumers through the X platform which is still rarely studied, and emphasizing the importance of utilizing content-based marketing strategies and e-WOM in increasing purchase intention. This study is expected to provide a practical contribution for Somethinc in optimizing digital marketing strategies in order to reach consumers more effectively, while enriching theoretical studies of digital marketing in the local skincare industry in Indonesia.
