Abstract

The retail business in the city of Medan is growing day by day, this makes retail business managers have to work harder to stay in the competition. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, digital payments influence on purchasing decisions at PT. Plangkaraya Semi Mart. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample of 104 respondents selected through non-probability sampling were consumers at PT. Plangkaraya Semi Mart. Data collected through questionnaires collected data analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that the quality of service and digital payments had a partial or simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions at PT.Plangkaraya Semi Mart and Service Quality are the most dominant variables affecting purchasing decisions at PT. Plangkaraya Semi Mart. In this study proves that good service quality is able to direct and ultimately will encourage the formation of purchasing decisions. With the existence of digital payments, and the increasing use of digital payment applications indicate that consumers have been fulfilled and satisfied with their needs.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to investigate how social media influencers and the ambiance of Café T1311 Medan impact customers' purchasing decisions. This research falls under the category of quantitative research. The research population comprised Café T1311 Medan customers, and a sample of 100 respondents was chosen using accidental sampling methods. Data collection involved the use of questionnaires, interviews, and the examination of relevant documents. Subsequently, the collected data was processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings demonstrated that both Social Media Influencers (X1) and Café Atmosphere (X2) had a positive and significant partial and combined effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y). The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test suggest a relationship between the variables Social Media Influencers (X1) and Café Atmosphere (X2) and Purchase Decisions (Y) at Café T1311 Medan. Café T1311 Medan is expected to continue utilizing Social Media Influencers (X1) as a promotional tool for the café and to sustain the café atmosphere (X2). This involves maintaining various aspects of café facilities, ensuring cleanliness, and periodically updating the café's interior design in alignment with emerging trends. These efforts aim to create a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience for consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of e-wom on the purchase intention of customers at Liang Teh Sumatera, as well as the influence of Instagram social media promotion on their purchase intention. The study involves a population of 8,280 customers at Liang Teh Sumatera using a descriptive quantitative method. Sample size was calculated using Slovin's method at a 10% margin of error, giving 99 participants. Various research instruments including direct observation, literature review and respondent questionnaires were used to collect data. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to formulate and test three hypotheses in this study. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of e-wom and Instagram social media promotion has a significant impact on customers' purchase intentions.

Abstract

This study determines the acceptance of online learning by identify the intention applied online learning. The study identifies the perception of risk and acceptance of risk for intention to use online learning. A questionnaire was voluntarily completed by 452 undergraduate technical and vocational students, online education has been generally accepted during covid 19 pandemic. The finding from structural equation modelling analyses indicated that perception of risk positively influence intention to use online learning and acceptance of risk negatively influence online learning. Furthermore, it proves that online learning is convenience and student prefer to enroll in synchronous and asynchronous online, however the negative relationship between acceptance of risk for intention to use online learning indicate that. Unwillingness for physical class due to mobility and safety. The findings of this study are remarkable to understand the acceptance of online learning that leads to digital nation in future. Online learning had accelerated the speed of digitalization. Digital is convenience and create a flexibility. Furthermore, digitalization creates a trend worldwide and gain more popularity.

Abstract

Tourism business has become a thriving and competitive industry recently. This industry is becoming increasingly vital to strengthen the country's economy as well as increase popularity and awareness through publicity. In today's world, travelling is the ideal kind of pleasure for people of all ages. People will travel to destinations that offer tourist facilities and experiences. It should be noted that the impact of sustainable tourism on tourist satisfaction is a critical research topic in the tourism sector. Despite a substantial amount of study on satisfaction, it remains unclear whether sustainable tourism influences on tourist satisfaction. Therefore, this assessed the visitor’s behaviour literature gap by focusing on the relationship between sustainable tourism on satisfaction from the customer’s perspective. The survey was distributed to the local tourist. A total of 202 respondents from Seremban, Malaysia was involved. This study identifies that economic benefit, sustainable tourism and perceived experience user generated content positively influence tourist satisfaction. Analysis from the study shows that the tourist satisfaction and recommend Negeri Sembilan as a holiday destination.

Abstract

Mawar Bakery and Cake Shop Medan is a company that operates in the field of food sales with the main focus being bread and cakes. The products sold from this shop consist of sponge cake, plain bread & jam, various donuts, small breads, special cakes, various pies and pastries. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of e-commerce, digital payments and e-service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Mawar Bakery and Cake Shop Medan store. This type of research uses quantitative research, the data source in this research is a primary data source, the population in this research is all consumers who make purchases at Mawar Bakery and Cake Shop Medan, the number of which cannot be known and the sample in the research is 97 samples obtained using Lemeshow formula which is used to calculate samples in conditions where the population is unknown. Data collection techniques through questionnaires using Likert scale measurements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of financial literacy and perceived ease of use on interest in using E-Wallet as a means of payment used by employees of PT Tanjung Timberindo Industry. This study uses quantitative research data methods with primary data sources that use questionnaires as data collection instruments. The population in this study were all employees who worked at PT Tanjung Timberindo Industry as many as 101 employees. The sample in this study was calculated using the slovin formula obatined as many as 50 employees and the sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling. Data analysis and testing consists of validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneously (F test), and determination coefficient test. The results of this study indicate that Financial Literacy has a partially significant effect on Interest in Using E-Wallet with a t value of 7,169 > t table 1,667. Perceived Ease of Use has no significant effect partially on Interest in Using E-Wallet with a t value of 0,789 < t table 1,667. Financial Literacy and Perceived Ease of Use have a significant effect simultaneously on Interest in Using E-Wallet with an F Value of 41,404 > F table 2,42 and a coefficient of determinarion of 63,8%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of price discounts on the consumptive behavior of employees at PT. Jaco Nusantara Mandiri, as well as the influence of e-payment on their consumptive habits. This research was conducted in order to analyze how consumptive behavior among employees of PT. Jaco Nusantara Mandiri response to price discount and the use of shopeepay. The research used a descriptive quantitative method and took 102 employees of PT. Jaco Nusantara Mandiri as population. The sample size was determined using the Slovin method with a 5% error rate, resulting in 81 respondents. Data were collected using various research instruments, including direct observation, literature review, and respondent questionnaires. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method. Three hypotheses in this study were formulated and tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate the effect of price discount and e-payment have a significant influence on consumptive behavior of employees at PT. Jaco Nusantara Mandiri. Reducing reliance on price discounts and electronic payments as a transaction tool can help reduce consumptive behavior among employees of PT Jaco Nusantara Mandiri.

Abstract

The textile industry in Indonesia has great potential with various types of raw materials, including cotton, silk, rattan, and polyester. An integrated supply chain is the key to success in this industry, which is currently experiencing positive growth. Socks are an important textile product and have become part of the lifestyle, especially in the digital era. This study aims to understand the effect of lifestyle and brand image in the digitalization era on purchasing decisions for Mundo socks products through purchase intention as an intervening variable. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods and involves 250 retail stores spread across the city of Medan. The research sample size was determined by the Slovin method with an error rate of 5% resulting in 154 respondents. data was collected with various research instruments, literature studies and research questionnaires. The results showed that Lifestyle and Brand Image and Purchase Intention as intervening variables had a partial and simultaneous effect on Purchasing Decisions at PT. Jumbo Niaga Lestari. And Lifestyle is the most dominant variable influencing Purchasing Decisions at PT. Jumbo Niaga Lestari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the imposition of final income tax and tax sanctions on the motivation to pay taxes on E-Commerce MSME entrepreneurs (Case Study on E-Commerce Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Cemara Asri Complex). This study uses quantitative data types and data sources are primary data sources. The population in this study were 117 E-Commerce UMKM located in the Cemara Asri Complex. The sample in this study amounted to 47 E-Commerce MSMEs using purposive sampling data collection techniques. Data analysis and testing consists of validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (T test) and simultaneously (F test), and determination coefficient test. These results show that Final Income Tax has a significant effect on Motivation to Pay Taxes with a t value of 4.944> T table 2.014. Tax Sanctions have no effect and are not significant to the Motivation to Pay Taxes with a t value of 0.292 < T table 2.014. Final Income Tax and Tax Sanctions have a significant effect on Motivation to Pay Taxes with a calculated F value of 27.819> F table value of 3.21 and a regression coefficient value of 55.8%.
