Abstract

Plant Breeding Learning at SANGGAR 1 Vocational School related to competency Agribusiness Food Crops (AFC) expertise has not implemented the vision of Science, Environment, Technology and Society (SETS), nor has it implemented direct learning. This study aims to test the validity, effect of learning outcomes and the effectiveness of learning devices. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D). Large-scale trials were conducted in the experimental and control class with 30 students each. Design large-scale trial research using Pretest-posttest Control Group Design. The product developed was in the form of syllabus, lesson plans, teaching materials, LKPD and evaluation questions. From the results of research and development obtained a very valid and very effective learning device to be used because according to the results of validation from experts and student learning outcomes in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects achieve completeness KKM 70. Classically 97% (29 students completed), the value of N-gain is 0.5 in the medium category, and the results of the t-test are greater than the value of the table (5.64> 2.00) at the significance level α = 0.05 means the hypothesis is accepted. Positive responses from students and teachers state that the learning tools developed are very practical and very effective to use. From the information and data analysis that the SETS Biology vision learning device through direct insturuction based on problem solving related to environmental pollution competencies can be concluded to be very effective and can improve student learning outcomes on Cognitive, Affective and Psychomotor aspects.

Abstract

The community's rejection of mining was caused by the issuance of a Regional Government Decree of the Bima Regency in relation to issuing a Decree (SK) with the number. 188/2010, to PT. Jagad Mahesa Karya, which is engaged in mining. The research method is qualitative. The result of the research is that the community's rejection of mining is influenced by several factors. First, the policy issued by the Government in granting exploitation permits to Jagad Mahesa Karya companies engaged in iron sand mining. Because for the community the presence of mining will not be able to change the way of life of the community, it will make the community poorer. The two iron sand mines in Wera District have not been accepted by the community, because the community's understanding of mining is still minimal. Third, the Regional Government rules violate Regional Regulation (PERDA) No. 5 of 2008, that in the PERDA there is no discussion on iron sand mining. in the regional regulations related to agriculture, tourism, fisheries and plantations. Fourth, there is no clear regulation regarding environmental impact analysis in the management of iron sand mining in Wera District.

Abstract

As a reference, the researcher obtained the pretest scores conducted by the subject teachers before the treatment and the post-treatment test (O2) as a comparison. The subjects of this study were 25 students of class Vb SDN Inpres Bontokape. Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) is a learning approach that links the material being studied with the real life of everyday students, both in the family environment, community schools and citizens with the aim of finding the meaning of the material for their lives and learning outcomes are change. behavior that is obtained from habits and skills in learning so as to increase student knowledge. Through the results of this study, it was found that the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) Approach to Student Learning Outcomes in Social Science Subjects at SDN Inpres Bontokape was more influential than student learning outcomes taught by conventional methods in improving learning outcomes in Social Science learning for students in class Vb IPS. SDN Inpres Bontokape. Because the average score of learning outcomes for Social Science subjects (IPS) at SD Inpres Bontokape taught using the influence of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach is higher than those taught using conventional methods.

Abstract

Formal education in schools basically aims for every student to learn to live. Education is so important that it makes someone who lives in the community experience growth that is oriented towards the safety and happiness of life as high as possible. The research method used is the qualitative description, data collection techniques, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study Internalization of Islamic values ​​in shaping the character of the class students of SDN Imppres Sai, Soromandi District, Bima Regency, namely every teacher has presented every learning material in all subjects, they always insert an emphasis on attitudes that have good values, social etiquette values, the development of values ​​and moral attitudes in students in behaving in students to always be done in their daily lives. In Islamic education in the classroom, there is a relationship between very close friendship, mutual openness, good social initiative as well as participation, and responsibility for the tasks given both in groups and independently carried out properly and on time.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Pembiakan Tanaman di SMKN 1 SANGGAR terkait kompetensi Keahlian ATPH belum menerapkan visi Science, Environment, Technology and Society (SETS), juga belum menerapkan pembelajaran langsung (direct instruction). Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji validitas, pengaruh hasil belajar dan keefektivan perangkat pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D). Uji coba skala besar dilakukan pada kelas eksperimen dan kontrol dengan masing-masing 30 peserta didik. Desain penelitian uji coba skala besar menggunakanPretest-postest Control Group Design.Produk perangkat yang dikembangkan  berupa silabus, RPP, bahan ajar, LKPD dan soal evaluasi. Dari hasil penelitian dan pengembangan diperoleh perangkat pembelajaran sangat valid dan sangat efektif untuk digunakan karena sesuai hasil validasi dari pakar dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik mencapai ketuntasan KKM 70. Secara klasikal 97%  (29 peserta didik yang tuntas), nilai N-gain 0,5 kategori sedang, dan hasil uji thitung lebih besar dari pada nilai ttabel (5,64 > 2,00) pada taraf signifikasi α = 0,05 berarti hipotesis diterima. Tanggapan positif peserta didik dan guru menyatakan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan sangat praktis dan sangat efektif untuk digunakan. Dari informasi dan analisis data bahwa perangkat pembelajaran bervisi SETS Biologi melalui direct insturuction berbasis pemecahan masalah terkait kompetensi pencemaran lingkungan dapat disimpulkan sangat efektif dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada aspek Kognitif, Afektif dan Psikomotorik.

Abstract

The process of developing human resources is very important to sustain the progress of a nation. Because human resources are the basic standard in driving this nation's climate change, one of them with many well-educated intellectuals will certainly increase economically. The basic foundation is education which must be increased and other things the problem of developing natural resources which is adequately measurable. the teacher's strategy in overcoming student problems is still lacking. The implementation of curriculum 13 is not yet relevant to the conditions in SDN Sai. The research method used is. The results of the research are that the teacher's teaching strategy in the formation of curriculum-based student character. The application of teaching methods in the classroom by the teacher is very relevant to school conditions, and other things students can understand the existing material. The learning tools are very complete consisting of syllabus, Learning Implementation Plans and guidebooks.

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative, namely using experimental research methods. The research design is a quasi-experimental form of the Posttest Only Control Group Design. The research sample was taken using simple random sampling technique. This research was conducted four times in each group. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews, observation, documentation and tests. The data analysis technique used in processing the research data is the analysis prerequisite test including normality and homogeneity, and the final analysis. In the final analysis or testing the research hypothesis used is the t-test using the SPSS computer program. Based on the hypothesis test on learning outcomes data obtained a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.002 (p <0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the guided inquiry learning model on student learning outcomes. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the guided inquiry learning model is more effectively applied in science learning in class IV students at SDN 39 Woja compared to the conventional learning model. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The suggestion that can be conveyed is that the guided inquiry learning model can be applied to science learning so that learning is more meaningful. In addition, the guided inquiry learning model can also be applied to other subjects. In order for guided inquiry learning to be operational, the study group members should not exceed 4 people and the teacher should limit the time when carrying out experimental activities.

Abstract

The aim of the present study was to find out the empirical evidence whether Word JigsawStrategy on students’ vocabulary achievement of descriptive text was effective to be used inteaching vocabulary at the eighth grade of SMPN 5 Dompu. This present study wasquantitative method with a quasi-experimental design. The sample of this study consisted of 25 students from VIII-3 class for Experimental Group and 25 students from VIII-4 in thecontrolled group. This present study, for the experimental class was taught by using WordJigsaw as strategy in teaching Vocabulary Mastery, while controlled class was taughtwithout Word Jigsaw. The research instrument was test that consisted of pre-test and posttest form. The technique used in collecting data was quantitative with t-test. The result of ttest (post-test) showed that the mean score of experimental group (M = 72,80) was higher than control group (M = 57,60), and independent-samples t-test which values of the sig 2- tailed was 0,2% or 0,002 and 0,002 < 0,05. Thus, it was concluded that Word Jigsaw Strategy was effective on students’ vocabulary mastery of descriptive text.
