Abstract

The implementation of Gender Mainstreaming (PUG) through Gender-Responsive Planning and Budgeting (PPRG) and Gender-Responsive Budgeting (ARG) represents a government strategy to achieve equitable, inclusive, and sustainable development. This study aims to analyze the implementation of PPRG and ARG in supporting sustainable development in Bandung City, examine their contribution to women's empowerment, and identify factors influencing the effectiveness of their implementation in supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Goal 5: Gender Equality. The study employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. The results indicate that the implementation of PPRG through ARG in Bandung City has been integrated into the regional development planning and budgeting system via the formulation of the Gender Analysis Pathway (GAP) and Gender Budget Statement (GBS). The implementation of ARG contributes to enhancing women's capacity and economic independence, expanding access to public services, and increasing women's participation in development. Implementation effectiveness is influenced by supporting factors such as government commitment, institutional coordination, and the application of PPRG within the planning system. The study concludes that the implementation of PPRG and ARG in Bandung City has served as a strategic instrument in supporting the achievement of SDGs Goal 5 by strengthening gender equality and women's empowerment. However, implementation effectiveness still requires strengthening through capacity building for government officials, optimizing the use of disaggregated data, enhancing coordination across regional agencies, and increasing women's representation in decision-making processes, ensuring that development benefits are realized in a more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of risk management, funding efficiency, and regulatory compliance on the financial stability of the banking sector in Indonesia during 2020-2024. This study addresses inconsistent findings in research regarding the determinants of financial stability and examines these factors simultaneously in the Indonesian banking context. A quantitative approach was employed using panel data regression. Secondary data were obtained from reports of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020-2024. Data analysis was conducted using EViews 12, including descriptive statistics, panel data model selection, classical assumption tests, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that risk management has no significant effect on financial stability, while funding efficiency and regulatory compliance significantly affect financial stability. Simultaneously, all three independent variables significantly affect financial stability. These findings highlight the importance of funding efficiency and regulatory compliance in strengthening banking resilience and supporting financial stability.

Abstract

Transparent village fund governance requires the support of technology-based recording systems and adequate internal control. This study aims to examine the impact of implementing the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES) and the effectiveness of the Internal Control System (SPI) on the level of Village Financial Accountability in Dendang District, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, Jambi Province. Using an associative quantitative approach, primary data were collected through the distribution of a Likert-scale questionnaire to the entire population of village apparatuses and members of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) across six villages. Using a saturated sampling (census) technique, a total of 84 respondents were obtained as research subjects. The data evaluation process was carried out using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method via SmartPLS 4 software. Empirical findings confirm that optimizing the SISKEUDES application is proven to improve the reliability of reporting and village financial governance (β=0.369). Meanwhile, strengthening the SPI contributes dominantly to reinforcing regulatory compliance and accountability in managing public funds (β =0.684).

Abstract

Planting time may influence the economic performance of chili farming because it affects both production conditions and the period when harvested products enter the market. This study examined differences in productivity, selling price, and estimated economic margin across planting periods and explored farmers’ considerations when determining planting time. A retrospective survey was conducted in July 2026 involving 72 curly red chili farmers in Pidie, Sakti, and Tangse subdistricts, Pidie Regency, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the Kruskal–Wallis test, Mann–Whitney U post-hoc comparisons, Spearman correlation, and multivariate regression. The results showed that April–June had the highest productivity at 29.27 tons/ha but the lowest selling price at IDR 17,000/kg. In contrast, July–September had lower productivity at 19.58 tons/ha but generated the highest estimated economic margin at IDR 797.00 million/ha. Productivity was negatively correlated with selling price (ρ = −0.652), while selling price was positively correlated with economic margin (ρ = 0.607). After planting period and location were taken into account, productivity remained positively associated with economic margin. Only 34.7% of farmers considered selling prices before planting, although 94.4% reported having experienced an unfavorable planting time because of the selling price received and 93.1% were interested in planting-time information. These findings indicate that planting-time decisions should consider both production potential and expected market conditions at harvest.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and its role in fostering customer loyalty at PT Sentra Karya Mandiri, a business-to-business (B2B) construction and general supplier company characterized by long-term client relationships. Addressing the gap in understanding CRM practices within this sector, the research employs a qualitative case study approach. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with five informants the Marketing Manager, Sales Staff, and three regular clients (PT KAPM, PT AMNT, and PT AMMIN) supplemented by internal company documents, and analyzed using the interactive model by Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The findings reveal that CRM implementation encompasses operational, analytical, and collaborative dimensions, including proactive communication, customer need identification, project updates, complaint handling, and post-project relationship maintenance. These practices effectively shape positive customer experiences and satisfaction, thereby fostering long-term loyalty as evidenced by sustained contracts, repeat orders, and client referrals. However, the implementation faces internal challenges, particularly concerning optimal CRM system utilization, the establishment of clear business objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and the seamless integration of CRM with existing company applications.

Abstract

The Free Nutritious Meal Program (Makan Bergizi Gratis) requires each Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi, SPPG) to manage food quality and safety consistently from procurement to distribution. This study analyzes food quality and safety conditions, identifies the factors that influence them, examines the implementation of hygiene, sanitation, and food-management standards, and formulates improvement strategies at SPPG Cipinang Muara 1, East Jakarta. A descriptive qualitative case-study design was employed. Data were obtained through direct observation, semi-structured interviews with ten purposively selected informants representing SPPG management, nutrition, food processing, distribution, and beneficiaries, and supporting documentation. Data were analyzed through reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and source triangulation. The findings show that food management is generally structured through menu and raw-material planning, cooking time and temperature control, FIFO/FEFO storage practices, written standard operating procedures, and the application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles. However, operational consistency remains affected by fluctuations in supplier raw-material quality, production pressure associated with large meal volumes, uneven understanding of cross-contamination prevention, and distribution constraints. Beneficiaries generally perceive the meals as good and safe, although several comments concerned texture, freshness, and menu variety. The recommended strategy integrates supplier evaluation, competency-based staff development, stronger SOP compliance and monitoring, improved distribution coordination, and final quality control supported by beneficiary feedback. The study emphasizes that food quality and safety should be managed as an integrated operational chain rather than as isolated kitchen activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of ESG risk, capital structure, and investment opportunities on firm value and to test the role of firm size as a moderating variable among IDX ESG Leaders constituent companies for the 2021–2024 period. The study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data and purposive sampling. The sample consists of 12 companies with 48 observations. The analysis was conducted using panel data regression with the Fixed Effects Model (FEM) and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) via EViews 13. The results indicate that ESG risk, capital structure, and investment opportunities have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Firm size was found to weaken the effects of ESG risk and capital structure on firm value but does not moderate the effect of investment opportunities. These findings suggest that firm value is influenced by ESG risk management, financing decisions, and growth opportunities, with the effectiveness of certain effects depending on firm size. This study provides implications for management and investors in considering ESG aspects, financing structures, investment opportunities, and firm size characteristics when making value-oriented decisions.
