The existence of this e-commerce platform may be beneficial in presenting an area for sellers or business actors to promote their wares online. This research changed into performed to check whether or not there is a power among carrier excellent, perceived cost, and agreement with purchaser pride. Whether or not there's an influence between service quality, the perceived value on purchaser satisfaction, and trust as a mediator on consumer satisfaction and belief a mediator. This type of study is quantitative research using human beings who've made purchases on online J&T express delivery offerings because of the object of research. This look uses a purposive sample approach, information taken through Google form, with 180 selected respondents. The records are processed using smart PLS Ver. 3. The results of this have a look at observed that service quality affects rejected customer satisfaction, perceived value impacts received customer satisfaction, trust impacts obtained customer satisfaction, trust mediates the connection among service quality, and received purchaser satisfaction, and trust mediates the relationship. Between perceived value and brought consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the balance of MSME balances in strengthening capacity building and trust access to capital. The research used in this study was a qualitative approach. The type of this research approach is descriptive. The type of qualitative descriptive research used in this study was intended to obtain information from informants, namely MSMEs in East Lombok Regency, Indonesia, totalling 30 MSMEs. The study results were 1) The financial recording system is carried out manually and is still very simple. The reason for making financial records is to make it easier for owners to give bonuses to their employees, 2) Factors that cause the failure of internal factors in the form of lack of understanding, discipline and human resources.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of corporate social responsibility and financial performance on tax avoidance. The dependent variable in this study is tax avoidance as measured by the cash effective tax rate (CETR), using corporate social responsibility (CSR), debt ratio, return on investment, and size as independent variables. The study population is 5 tobacco/tobacco companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017 to 2021. The analytical technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that among Indonesian tobacco/tobacco companies, the variables ROA and size affect tax avoidance, while the variables CSR and DR do not.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to assess the impact of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on customer satisfaction to build on the continuance intention of mobile shopping in Indonesia. The sample used in this study was 255 respondents from people living in Jakarta City who used a mobile shopping application. The approach used for data analysis in this research is based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with version 3.0 of the SmartPLS. The results showed that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had a major impact on customer satisfaction, and that customer satisfaction had a positive impact on continuance intention. Based on the empirical results, it can be concluded that the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of the application platform is an influence on customer satisfaction to construct on sustainable consumption.

Abstract

PT. FIF Group Gresik Branch is here to meet the needs of the community by facilitating financial planning that provides financing services for people who want to buy goods on credit and BPKB guaranteed multipurpose financing for business capital, marriage, home renovations etc. This study aims to determine the product innovation that is applied at PT. FIF GROUP in increasing motor vehicle financing. This study uses descriptive qualitative research in order to provide an in-depth picture. Data was taken through observation, direct interviews with consumers and PT. FIF Group at Jln RA. Kartini Building Kec. Kab. Gresik A document study was conducted to support this research. Product Innovation PT. FIF Group Uses 10 Types of Innovation In order to find customers more quickly and can understand the marketing strategies carried out by Marketing. The results of this study show an innovation where PT FIF GROUP only prepares a data base which is shared with marketing to offer loan funds via personal WhatsApp marketing. This marketing innovation can reduce labor and transportation costs. and the 10 Types of Innovation have proven successful in increasing revenue streams. Suggestions for the future so that the income stream can be even more increased.

Abstract

The agricultural sector plays a strategic role in the structure of the Indonesian economy. The agricultural sector policy will be optimal if it considers subsectors that have high multipliers. An increase in final demand in the sub-sector will increase the output of the sub-sector itself and other sub-sectors in the economy. The objective of this study was to calculate the contribution of the agricultural sector in the structure of the national economy, calculate the value of the multiplier effect and the relation of the agricultural sector to other sectors, and analyzing the impact of the agriculture, livestock, forestry and fisheries sectors on output, gross domestic regional product (GDRP), and workforce compensation. Secondary data were obtained from the Input-Output 2010 table released by BPS in December 2015 and Input-Output table updating by BEKRAF in December 2017. Results showed that the agriculture, livestock, forestry, and fisheries were still the mainstay after the processing industry with a contribution accounted by 13.28%. The plantation crops sub-sector has the forward linkages highest with a multiplier effect accounted by 3.1251. The sub-sectors which have the highest direct backward linkages were the livestock sub-sector with multiplier effect accounted by 1.6185. The plantation crops sub-sector has the highest contribution to the output, GDRP, and workforce compensation for agriculture, livestock, forestry, and fisheries. Household consumption was the most dominant contributor and LNPRT consumption was the minimum contributor for output, GDRP, and workforce compensation.

Abstract

This article examines the long-standing territorial dispute between China and Taiwan in the South China Sea, which has caused tension and conflict in the region for several decades. The article analyzes the role of negotiation and conflict in resolving this issue, particularly in the context of China's military buildup and the involvement of other regional nations. The findings of this research suggest that effective negotiation and conflict resolution strategies are essential for resolving the Taiwan-China problem in the South China Sea and ensuring peace and stability in the region

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis Strategi Pemasaran Dalam Meningkatkan Volume Penjualan Properti (Studi Kasus Pada Perumahan Citra Asri Desa Pematang Seleng Kabupaten Labuhanbatu). Penelitian ini diperoleh dari beberapa observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait, jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan memilih beberapa informan. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer yaitu informan yang berasal dari pengamatan langsung ke lokasi penelitian dengan cara observasi dan wawancara, dan sumber data sekunder yaitu sumber data yang diperoleh dari dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan Perumahan Citra Asri menggunakan dua konsep yaitu konsep online dan offline serta media cetak dalam hal memasarkan produknya untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan. Konsep online adalah memanfaatkan kecanggihan teknologi saat ini seperti WhatsApp dan Facebook, sedangkan untuk konsep offline Perumahan Citra Asri, mensosialisasikan ke beberapa perusahaan dan menawarkan langsung kepada masyarakat produk Perumahan Citra Asri, dan untuk Perumahan Citra Asri media cetak menggunakan brosur dan baliho untuk menarik perhatian konsumen. Dan dalam memajukan penjualannya, sektor Perumahan Citra Asri juga melibatkan perantara agen perumahan untuk memaksimalkan tingkat volume penjualan. Data penjualan menunjukkan bahwa harga rumah ditentukan mengikuti harga subsidi Sumut, dimana harga dapat berubah sesuai dengan harga subsidi di Sumut. Karena perumahan Citra Asri merupakan perumahan bersubsidi yang untuk ketentuan harganya harus mengikuti harga subsidi di wilayah Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether Youtube Ads have an effect on Purchase Intention by using Brand Awareness as a mediating variable. Respondents in this study were audiences who had watched advertisements on Youtube Jakarta which were selected using the non-probability sampling method with the purposive sampling method. This research uses Patrial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with WarpPLS version 7.0. This study measures how Youtube Ads influence Brand Awareness, Brand Awareness influences Purchase Intention and Youtube Ads is directly related to Purchase Intention. The results show that Entertainment has a significant effect on Brand Awareness, Informativeness has a significant effect on Brand Awareness Irritation has no significant effect on Brand Awareness, Customization has a significant effect on Brand Awareness, Brand Awareness has a significant effect on Purchase Intention and Brand Awareness cannot act as a mediating relationship between YouTube Ads and Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Ngurbloat Beach is one of the famous tourist attractions in Southeast Maluku Regency, this tourist spot is open every day but it is crowded with visitors only on holidays or major holidays so this study aims to determine the source of income for families who are on the tourist area of ​​Ngurbloat beach, Ngilngof Village, Manyeuw District, Southeast Maluku Regency on a day without visitors. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with the analysis used is an interactive model from Miles and Huberman in Sugiyono (2011). Respondents totaling 80 people were determined based on the opinion of Suharsimi Arikunto who stated that, if there are less than 100 research subjects, it is better to take all of them.
