Abstract

This research aims to develop digital learning media oriented towards internalizing the value of religious moderation for early childhood in Wonosobo Regency. In the context of early childhood education (PAUD), religious moderation is an important aspect to form an attitude of tolerance, respect for differences, and instill the values of togetherness from an early age. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data were collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires involving PAUD educators, education experts, and parents of students. The results showed that the digital learning media developed was able to improve children's understanding of the concept of religious moderation through an interactive, visual, and educational game-based approach. The implementation of this media in several PAUD institutions in Wonosobo received positive responses from educators and parents, who considered that the media was effective in helping children understand the values of togetherness, tolerance, and mutual respect in diversity. This research recommends the integration of digital media based on religious moderation in the PAUD curriculum as well as training for educators to optimize its use in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a review of students' abilities in solving mathematical story problems from a gender perspective. The indicators of students' abilities in solving story problems used are the ability to record known information; the ability to record sought information; the ability to create mathematical models; the ability to solve mathematical models; and the ability to answer questions asked. The method used is quantitative through a cross-sectional survey. The subjects in this study were 23 third-grade students in the 2024/2025 academic year at MI Miftakhul Huda Temanggung. The results showed that female students' ability to solve math word problems was higher than that of male students, with an average difference of 7%. Although superior in recording the information sought and creating mathematical models, female students showed lower ability in solving mathematical models systematically and providing correct answers compared to male students. Meanwhile, in recording known information, both groups showed equal ability.

Abstract

This study describes the English lecturer’s preparation in teaching the Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) to students of the Economic and Business Study Program at ITB AAS Indonesia. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, the research focuses on one English lecturer, with data collected through documentation analysis of institutional instructional materials. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings indicate that TOEIC instruction is systematically designed and implemented over 14 meetings, covering two main sections: Listening and Reading. The Listening section aims to develop students’ test-taking strategies for Parts 1 to 4, while the Reading section focuses on strategies for Parts 5 to 7. The lecturer structures the early meetings around Listening Comprehension, including photographs, questions and responses, short conversations, and talks, followed by sessions on tips, review, and practice. Subsequent meetings emphasize Reading Comprehension, addressing incomplete sentences, text completion, and single and multiple passages, also supported by tips, review, and practice activities. In addition, TOEIC preparation is strengthened through guided independent learning using online resources such as the official ETS website, Exam English, and Practice the TOEIC Test, which help students become familiar with the test format and enhance their English proficiency. Overall, these findings demonstrate that systematic lecturer preparation and the integration of structured classroom instruction with independent learning resources contribute to more focused and relevant TOEIC preparation for economics and business students. This approach supports the development of practical English skills aligned with workplace communication needs and increases students’ readiness to face standardized English proficiency tests

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the pullout model for students with special needs at MIN 1 Magelang, an Islamic elementary school in Central Java. Using descriptive qualitative methodology, data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and authentic documentation from school principals, teachers, students with special needs, parents, and classmates. The findings reveal that 18 students with learning difficulties including slow learners, mild intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, low vision, autism, ADHD, and ADD successfully learn alongside regular students in mainstream classes while receiving specialized instruction in resource rooms during specific learning challenges. The pullout model proved effective in improving academic achievement, self-confidence, and learning motivation. Integration of Islamic religious values enhanced students' self-acceptance through understanding the concept of divine decree. Despite infrastructure limitations and lack of formal certification as an inclusive education provider, the school's success was driven by teachers' high commitment, strong leadership support, and active parental involvement. MIN 1 Magelang demonstrates significant potential as a sustainable faith-based inclusive education model for other madrasahs in Indonesia.

Abstract

The goal of this activity is to create a waste-free madrasa environment while providing benefits to students. The methods used include education, action, which includes collection, sorting, sales, re-organization, and finally evaluation. This activity is carried out at least twice a day: in the morning after all classes have been conducive. Meanwhile, the afternoon activity is carried out after students have returned home. The collected waste is then sold and the proceeds are donated to orphaned and underprivileged students. With perseverance and seriousness, the waste management effort has finally borne fruit. A positive response from other madrasa residents and street vendors selling around the madrasa has begun to be seen. They are willing to help manage the waste. Such conditions certainly greatly assist the Madrasa Principal's activities in managing waste. The results are quite significant, as evidenced by the fact that to date, 12 (twelve) orphaned and underprivileged students have received alms from this activity with a total nominal value of Rp935,000.00 (nine hundred and thirty-five thousand rupiah).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the description of the Environmentally Friendly Islamic Religious Extension Model called “Suluh Masyarakat Agama Ramah Lingkungan (STARLING)” which is used to increase insight and awareness of the importance of preserving the environment among the congregation of the majlis taklim in Temanggung. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection uses the document study method, the data analysis method uses the Miles and Huberman method. Namely, after the data is collected, the data is reduced and presented in the form of an Islamic religious education model with an environmental perspective. This model was then tested and revised through discussion and feedback from relevant experts and practitioners. This research succeeded in developing a model of religious counseling called “Suluh Masyarakat Agama Ramah Lingkungan (STARLING)” which was specifically designed to increase awareness of the importance of preserving the environment among the congregation of the majlis taklim in Temanggung. This model not only focuses on teaching relevant Islamic teachings related to the environment, but also integrates them with practical actions that can be implemented by everyday people.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the active learning approach in Arabic language learning at Pondok Modern Fathul Majid Kasiman Bojonegoro. This case study aims to analyze the implementation process, identify supporting factors and challenges, and describe the impact of this approach on students’ engagement, motivation, and speaking skills. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation over two months. The results show that active learning significantly increases students’ active participation, self-confidence, and intrinsic motivation. The success of the implementation is influenced by the creative role of teachers, a conducive pesantren environment, and the use of varied learning media. The main challenges include differences in students’ abilities, limited time, facilities, and the complexity of the Arabic language. This approach is effective in creating an interactive and meaningful learning atmosphere and is highly recommended to improve the quality of Arabic language learning in modern pesantren

Abstract

Kebugaran jasmani merupakan aspek fundamental dalam menunjang kualitas hidup remaja, terutama pada usia sekolah menengah atas yang berada dalam masa transisi menuju kedewasaan. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa putra SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Surakarta dengan mengacu pada hasil Tes Kebugaran Pelajar Nusantara (TKPN) tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive, yaitu siswa putra berusia 15–17 tahun yang berdomisili dalam radius 500 meter dari sekolah. Data dikumpulkan melalui lima jenis tes TKPN, yaitu tes indeks massa tubuh (IMT), pacer test, test sit up, test squat thrust dan test v sit and reach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa memiliki tingkat kebugaran dalam kategori baik, dengan capaian tertinggi pada aspek kecepatan dan kekuatan otot, serta capaian terendah pada aspek kelentukan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya penyesuaian dalam program pendidikan jasmani, khususnya penguatan pada komponen fleksibilitas dan daya tahan. Kesimpulan menunjukkan pentingnya pemanfaatan hasil TKPN sebagai dasar pengembangan kurikulum dan kebijakan pembinaan kebugaran jasmani di lingkungan sekolah menengah.

Abstract

Industri halal global terus berkembang pesat, dengan nilai pasarnya diproyeksikan melebihi USD 3 triliun pada tahun 2025. Namun, Indonesia, meskipun merupakan negara dengan populasi Muslim terbesar, masih berkontribusi minim terhadap ekspor halal global. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji inovasi dan pendekatan strategis dalam sistem sertifikasi produk halal Indonesia dalam menanggapi tantangan global. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui penelitian perpustakaan dan analisis konten, temuan ini menyoroti empat bidang utama: digitalisasi layanan sertifikasi halal, perluasan kerja sama internasional melalui Pengaturan Pengakuan Bersama (MRA), peningkatan literasi halal, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia profesional. Transformasi digital meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi, sementara kerja sama global meningkatkan pengakuan internasional. Namun demikian, rendahnya kesadaran di kalangan UMKM dan kurangnya profesional bersertifikat tetap menjadi hambatan yang signifikan. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan sistem sertifikasi halal Indonesia bergantung pada sinergi antara inovasi teknologi, tata kelola, pendidikan publik, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia untuk memperkuat daya saingnya di pasar halal global.

Abstract

Pembelajaran maharah istima’ tidak cukup dengan mendengarkan saja tetapi disertai kegiatan menyimak dengan fokus yang baik agar peserta didik dapat mengulang kembali, memahami dan menangkap isinya dengan benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala dan tahap-tahap pembelajaran maharah istima’ yang efektif bagi peserta didik Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs). Metode Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dilakukan pada Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Sumber data primer terdiri dari 6 guru bahasa Arab dan 40 peserta didik jenjang Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kueisioner dan observasi. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui desk research. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian (1) kendala pembelajaran maharah istima’ terdiri dari aspek bahasa dan non bahasa. (2) Tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran maharah istima’ terdiri dari: (a) tahap menangkap isi, (b) memahami isi dan (c) mengungkapkan kembali pembicaraan atau isi teks yang telah didengar dengan menggunakan kalimat sendiri baik secara lisan atau tulisan. Pembelajaran maharah istima dapat mencapai target kompetensi yang diharapkan apabila guru menggunakan pendekatan komunikatif dengan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif. Interaksi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Penggunaan media, alat peraga sesuai kebutuhan yang tepat memberikan dampak terhadap keberhasilan pembelajaran maharah istima’'.
