Abstract

Penanaman nilai moderasi beragama perlu dilakukan internalisasi pada bidang Pendidikan. Namun implementasi pendidikan moderasi beragama masih berupa pengenalan nilai mentah sehingga perlu dilakukan pengembangan agar penerapan nilai lebih aplikatif. Tujuannya adalah mengetahui kondisi faktual implementasi pendidikan moderasi beragama sehingga dapat dikembangkan model pendidikan moderasi beragama dengan mengembangkan nilai-nilai yang lebih aplikatif. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah research and development yakni dengan mengembangkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama. Penelitian dilakukan pada MIN 1 Kendal, dengan 40 responden. Analisa dilakukan dengan analisis interaktif dan N-Gain. Hasil penelitian, pengembangan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama yang masih mentah dapat dikembangkan menjadi 32 nilai yang lebih aplikatif untuk memudahkan pemahaman peserta didik mengenai moderasi beragama. Materi yang berisi nilai-nilai tersebut dimasukkan dalam software Videoscript sehingga lebih menarik minat peserta didik untuk belajar. Tahapan pembangunan nilai-nilai karakter yakni pengetahuan, pemahaman, penyadaran, aktivitas dan implementasi sikap. Hasil pendidikan moderasi beragama menunjukkan hasil post test yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diimplikasikan pada pengembangan pembelajaran pendidikan moderasi beragama yang lebih konkrit sehingga mempermudah pemahaman peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze strategies in realizing the implementation of integrity zone development as part of the bureaucratic reform program. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and secondary data collection in the form of statistical data, reports and legal documents. Determination of informants by purposive sampling on employees of the Ministry of Religion of Pekalongan Regency. The data were analyzed against the answers of the interviewees with secondary data obtained and verification of the validity of the data was carried out using triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the Integrity Zone Development Implementation Strategy can be achieved by fulfilling all the indicators of the lever component and the outcome component. These indicators are proven by evidence or Evaluation Worksheets (LKE) which will be assessed by the Assessment Team for the construction of the integrity zone. In addition, a strategy is needed in the form of exemplary leadership, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, socialization and monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain a series of information about the process of PPKn learning outcomes which included: 1) the implementation of the use of palm media for students in class IX-1 MTs Negeri 3 Demak, 2) the role of palm media in increasing Civics learning activities for class IX-1 MTs Negeri 3 Demak. , and 3) improving Civics learning outcomes through palm media for class IX-1 students at MTs Negeri 3 Demak.This type of classroom action research is carried out in two (2) cycles. The research subjects were 36 students of class IX-1 MTs Negeri 3 Demak. The data collected were observation sheets for teacher and student activities, learning outcomes data with objective tests and responses from students on palm media using a questionnaire sheet. The classical success indicator is 85% of the student learning outcomes test reaches a score of 75. In accordance with the KKM with a good indicator of success if it reaches 80%. Meanwhile, for teacher activities, the success indicator is said to be successful if it reaches the very good category. The results showed that 1) the learning carried out by the teacher went well, 2) the observation of student activities for affective assessment increased and had met the KKM. 3) Students' responses to palm media in PPKn learning are not saturated, and it is easy to understand the material. Abstract

This reseacrh presents the following research problems: 1) The extent to which the use of learning applications in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects in Central Java Province by PAI teachers in learning long distance; 2) obstacles faced by PAI subject teachers in distance learning; 3) the formulation of learning media needed by PAI teachers in implementing distance learning of Islamic Religious Education subjects.This research is a mixed quantitative and qualitative research. The description of the results of the quantitative research was confirmed by qualitative data collection to obtain the depth of answers from the quantitative results. Quantitative research sample selection technique is done by purposive sampling technique. Quantitative data collection techniques are carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques to obtain an overview of the results of the research. Furthermore, the results of quantitative research were confirmed to the respondents with a qualitative approach, through interview techniques, and document analysis. Testing the validity of the data and sources is done by using triangulation technique. Processing of qualitative research data is processed with an interactive analysis model, which includes the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that 1) in general PAI teachers have used learning media as learning resources in the distance learning process, but they are still less varied. The media used by Islamic Religious Education teachers is still limited to the use of the whatsapp application which displays short text messages, images, videos, which are not constructed; 2) Constraints faced by Islamic Religious Education teachers in implementing distance learning in general are limited skills in using digital learning applications. On the other hand, Islamic Religious Education teachers who have used learning management system facilities, admit that the learning management system used is only effective for achieving cognitive competence, so that the achievement of competence in the affective aspect and competence in the psychomotor aspect of students has not been touched: 3) Digital learning applications What is needed to be developed in learning Islamic Religious Education remotely is a specific Learning Management System (LMS) application to achieve 3 domains of student competence, namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotors..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru PAUD dalam pembelajaran dan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pelatihan dan pendampingan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam membuat film animasi untuk pembelajaran anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan langkah-langkah diagnostik, action plan, action taking, evaluasi dan reflesi. Kegiatan pelatihan ini melibatkan 15 orang guru PAUD sebagai mitra partisipatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan malalui kajian literatur dan penelitian relevan, wawancara, observasi, pretest dan postest, dan dokumentasi hasil karya peserta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAUD terkendala dalam merancang pembelajaran berbasis film Animasi dan belum pernah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan sebelumnya. Pada aspek pengetahuan, 10 orang mengatakan sangat paham dan 5 orang mengatakan paham. Sedangkan keterampilan membuat film animasi, ada sebanyak 13 orang mengatakan sudah terampil dan 2 orang mengatakan masih kurang terampil akan tetapi sudah bisa membuat film animasi.

Abstract

In general, language skills developed in the world of education have not been able to increase learning productivity and build students' minds. The purpose of writing this article is to see how to build well-structured speaking skills and how to use language or discussion productively in learning. The writing of this article uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The type of research used is library research or (Library Research), namely by collecting library data relevant to this article. The primary source for writing this article is David D. Preiss and Robert J. Sternberg's book entitled "Innovations in Educational Psychology: Perspectives on Learning, Teaching, and Human Development", while secondary sources are books, articles, and other documents relevant to the theme. research. The results of this study indicate that there are at least three models of approaches that can be developed to improve structured speaking skills and how to use productive language in learning. 1) Deliberative democracy, 2) Discursive class, and 3) Accountable discussion. So it cannot be denied that the interaction in learning with the three models has the capacity to construct or build the minds of students

Abstract

Managing classes is an activity carried out by teachers aimed at creating classroom conditions that allow the optimal learning process to take place. For this reason, teachers as the front guard in implementing learning are required to master a number of skills in managing classes. The purpose of this study is to assess and analyze the skills of teachers in managing low grades on thematic learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with an observation method. Data collection techniques are carried out by tracing various sources, in the form of government documents, mass media, and relevant research results and supported by the results of interviews conducted with several low-grade teachers who were then analyzed using policy research. The results of this study indicate that the skills of teachers in managing low grades consist of 1) skills related to the creation and development of optimal learning conditions, which include aspects of responsiveness, dividing attention, and concentration; 2) skills related to the development of optimal learning conditions, related to the obstacles that occur during the learning process caused by student behavior. regarding this, the teacher can use the following strategies as an action to improve student behavior, which consists of behavior modification; and a Group problem-solving approach. Thus, the learning process can run effectively and efficiently, so that the competencies expected to be mastered by learners and learning objectives can be achieved.

Abstract

Religious moderation is one of the priority programs from Religious Affair Ministry, so this study was conducted to describe and analyze the effectiveness of mainstreaming religious moderation on non-civil servant Islamic instructors in Kendal Regency and analyze the methods of mainstreaming that are adapted to the characteristic of non-civil servant Islamic instructors. This research was conducted with a pre-experimental design approach of one group pretest-posttest type. This research was conducted on a survey of 145 non-civil servants Islamic instructors in Kendal Regency. The results of this study indicate that the value of NGain at the socialization stage of religious moderation is less effective and quite effective, this is because the extension agent already knows the material so that the socialization provided does not have a significant impact on the extension worker. In terms of method used for mainstreaming religious moderation by means of socialization, it must be adapted to the knowledge condition of the non-civil servant Islamic instructors and the socialization is carried out with tiered material because the discussion of religious moderation is complex. Conclusion: it is necessary to measure the homogeneity of target knowledge before conducted socialization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Project Based Learning model can improve the skills of writing descriptive essay texts. The subjects of this study were 33 students in class XII IPA3 MAN 1 Sleman in the academic year 2021/2022. The research background is the low ability of students in writing descriptive essay texts. This research was carried out through two cycles, each cycle held two meetings. Data collection techniques used are observation and tests. The instrument used is the teacher's performance observation sheet and student learning activities accompanied by an assessment instrument. While the learning outcomes of students are in the form of descriptive essay text products. The results showed an increase in learning activities using the Project Based Learning model in Cycle I of 22.05% for the high category and in Cycle 2 it reached 44.11% or an increase of 22.06%. Meanwhile, the achievement of teacher performance in cycle I reached 74% and in Cycle 2 reached 85% in the "Good" category, or an increase of 11%. Likewise, the skills of writing descriptive essays have increased. This is illustrated in the increase in the percentage of learning completeness reaching 25%, namely in the first cycle of 63% and in the second cycle reaching 88%

Abstract

The purpose of this reasearch is to find out how to implement pelita Sibuntar technic and the PBL Model to improve learning outcomes of similarity materials. The activity is carried out in semester 2 of the 2021/2022 academic year from January to February 2022 with the following stages: Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation. This innovation in learning activities has been proven to significantly improve learning outcomes, the average student learning outcomes are 78.48, with 1 student scoring 100 and the lowest score being 65 and classical completeness 81%. The conclusions from the process of implementing this learning activity are: Teknik pelita Sibuntar and the PBL model can improve the learning outcomes of similarity materials in Mathematics. The implementation of Teknik pelita Sibuntar and the PBL Model can be carried out with the help of LKPD with direct practice using the surrounding environment as a learning resource. t is recommended that teachers manage practice time and use interesting worksheets.
