This research uses a quantitative approach with the help of Python to solve infimum and supremum problems involving measurements, calculations and data analysis to draw conclusions. This research process consists of several stages: problem identification, modeling a set of numbers or functions, and implementing algorithms in Python to calculate the infimum and supremum. The calculation results are compared with manual analytical solutions to ensure accuracy and efficient use of Python. Sets as a basic concept in programming allow organizing data and logical operations more efficiently. These findings show that Python is not only effective in calculating supremum and infimum, but also speeds up the solution process compared to manual methods. The results of the program execution show that the analyzed set has an infimum fan supremum which is in accordance with the theory, where set 1 has an infimum of 2, set 2 has a supremum of 5, and set 3 has an infimum of 1 and a supremum of 4.

Numerical integration is a method used to calculate the integral of functions that cannot be integrated analytically. Several methods that are often used in numerical integration include that Simpson 1/3 method, Simpson 3/8 method, and the Trapezoidal method. This research aims to apply and compare the accuracy and efficiency of the third method in solving various types of integral functions using computing software. With the help of software such as MATLAB and Python, the precision of the results obtained from each method is analyzed and compared with analytical solutions (if available) or approximate integral value estimates. The results show that the Simpson 3/8 method tends to be more accurate for more complex functions than the Simpson 1/3 and Trapezoid method. However, the Trapezoidal method has advantages in computational speed and algorithm simplicity. This study provides important insights for computing software users in selecting appropriate numerical integration methods based on function complexity and accuracy requirements.

This study analyzes the utilization of Python as a tool for calculating function limits, with an emphasis on the application of the SymPy and NumPy libraries. The flexibility of Python allows researchers to perform mathematical calculations efficiently, employing both the symbolic approach provided by SymPy and the numerical methods offered by NumPy. SymPy facilitates the management of complex mathematical expressions and produces accurate symbolic results, while NumPy provides speed and efficiency in executing numerical computations. With active community support and regular updates to the libraries, Python proves to be a robust and flexible environment for research in the field of mathematics. Findings from this study indicate that the combination of these two libraries not only enhances the accuracy of limit calculations but also accelerates the research process, making it a relevant choice in both academic and practical contexts..

Mathematically, in calculating oscillations and waves, it can be used using analytical and numerical techniques. For simple movements, numerical techniques are easier to perform than analytical techniques. Because, apart from the difficulty of using analytical techniques, the calculations carried out are also complex. The actual value of a wave or oscillation can be determined using analytical techniques, while numerical techniques are simply calculations carried out close to the analytical value. The aim of this paper is to analyze analytical and numerical techniques in wave and oscillation analysis. The type of research used in this research is based on qualitative research. The results obtained in determining trigonometric integrals require a calculation that can use analytical and numerical techniques. Numerical techniques are calculations that are almost correct or close to the value. However, to get the actual value correctly, analytical calculations are needed. Analytical calculations are quite difficult to do, but need to be done to serve as a reference. The conclusion drawn is that in trigonometric integrals in wave and oscillation analysis, numerical calculation techniques and analytical techniques can be used. When using numerical techniques, you can use formulas , whereas calculations using analytical techniques can use formulas.

This research aims to determine the influence of the Problem Based Learning Model on Students' Critical Thinking Ability on Ecosystem Material for Class X Students of State High School 2 Gowa. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental type of research or also called quasi-experiment with a "random pretest posttest control group" design model. There are two data collection techniques in this research, namely, test and non-test, then the data collected is analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential test analysis. The research results show that the average critical thinking ability students in the experimental class who were taught using the Problem Based Learning learning model were in the very good category with an average score of 78.52 and students' critical thinking abilities, while in the control class who were taught using the lecture method were adequate with an average score 52.55. Inferential analysis in hypothesis testing shows significant results with a sig value of 0.000 > 0.05 so that there is an influence of the Problem Based Learning learning model on students' critical thinking abilities in ecosystem material. This is also reinforced by the results of observations regarding student activity increasing.
