Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of being able to find out students' needs for android-based learning media in English subjects. This study used quantitative methods, with the subject of class XII Hospitality A students at SMK N 1 Susut. The process of collecting data in this study was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and giving questionnaires to students consisting of 28 students. The answer results from the questionnaire were then processed in the form of a percentage in the form of a table and agaram. The results of the analysis of students' needs for android-based learning media show that students really need the media, and students are also very interested in using android-based learning media in the English learning process, this is evidenced by the response to the questionnaire given to students, namely 96.4% of students agreed that in the English learning process using android-based learning media.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the needs of grade 3 students at Batur 2 Elementary School for interactive teaching materials in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subjects based on Tri Hita Karana. Tri Hita Karana is a local Balinese wisdom concept that emphasizes the harmonious relationship between humans and God (Parahyangan), humans and fellow humans (Pawongan), and humans and nature (Pabelasan). This needs analysis is important to understand how teaching materials that are integrated with local values ​​can help improve students' understanding of the material while forming characters that are in accordance with Balinese culture. The method used in this research involved observation, interviews with teachers, and questionnaires to students. The results of the analysis show that grade 3 students need teaching materials that are interactive, visual, and easy to understand, and relevant to their daily lives. Apart from that, teachers also need teaching materials that support project-based and collaborative learning. With interactive teaching materials based on Tri Hita Karana, it is hoped that students will not only gain academic science knowledge, but also be able to internalize local cultural values.

Abstract

This research aims to develop Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) learning articles with a Tri Hita Karana orientation to increase teachers' needs for interactive teaching materials at SD Negeri 2 Batur. In the independent curriculum, science and social studies learning is combined into Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subjects, with the hope that teachers can fulfill learning needs. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with the research subjects consisting of science and technology teachers. The techniques used in data collection were carried out through in-depth interviews and observation. The research results show that teachers need teaching materials that are more interactive, relevant to the local context, and able to integrate Tri Hita Karana values ​​in learning. The main challenges faced are limited technological facilities and a lack of teaching materials that link science concepts to students' daily lives. Based on research results, the development of local wisdom-based teaching materials such as Tri Hita Karana has the potential to increase students' active participation and support learning that is more meaningful, effective and relevant to the cultural context and local environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Analysis of Student Character in Mathematics Learning in Grade 2 of Elementary School 2 Batur in 2024. This research method is a qualitative descriptive research method. The data of this study were collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The subjects in this study were grade 2 students of Elementary School 2 Batur. The results of this study indicate that the character of curiosity and perseverance is a disciplined character in students. In addition, there is a significant positive relationship between the character of curiosity and perseverance and mathematics learning achievement. Factors that influence the formation of student character include teacher teaching style, family environment, and peers. This study provides important implications for teachers in designing learning that can develop student character and improve mathematics learning achievement. Mathematics learning in grade 2 in general in Learning has been going well, Character is needed so that students are able to become intelligent and good people. In addition, character is also needed as capital in facing the digital era with fierce competition. Mathematics learning can be a means of getting used to character education, namely through learning in which problem solving questions are given. Giving this character is expected to become a habit in students so that students have good character.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the challenges and solutions in integrating Tri Hita Karana into science learning (IPAS) at Sekolah Dasar Negeri (Public Elementary School) 2 Batur. Tri Hita Karana is a principle of life that emphasizes the balance between devotion to God, service to fellow humans, and fostering love for the environment and living beings around us. The results of this study indicate that students at SD Negeri 2 Batur have diverse backgrounds and understandings of spiritual and social values. The solution to overcome these challenges is to provide adequate training for teachers on how to integrate Tri Hita Karana into science learning (IPAS).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the character of students in learning Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) at Elementary School 3 Kintamani. Character is an important aspect in the development of students, apart from academic knowledge. Character includes attitudes, behaviors, and values ​​that will shape individuals into good citizens. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to describe the condition of student character in IPAS learning. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that character development in IPAS learning at Elementary School 3 Kintamani went well, although there were several challenges such as the lack of active student involvement and the lack of variation in learning methods. Some of the dominant character values ​​identified were responsibility, cooperation, and concern for the environment. This study recommends that teachers develop more student-centered learning methods and increase practical activities that involve exploring the surrounding environment. science lessons. It can be concluded that the largest percentage value is in the analysis indicator which has a larger number than the number of other indicators, namely so that it can be interpreted that students are able and understand the material and form student characters who are more patient, aware, careful and critical and have a great curiosity.

Abstract

Research with the title Critical Thinking Ability of Class V Students in Social Science Learning at SD 2 BATUR. (Magdalena et al., 2021) This research aims to: Determine the critical thinking abilities of fifth grade students in learning science and science, identify factors that influence students' critical thinking abilities. and factors that influence the critical thinking abilities of class V students in science and science learning at SDN 2. This research will use a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this research are fifth grade students at SD 2 BATUR who are divided into three categories: High critical thinking ability, (Ilham & Hardiyanti, 2020) Medium critical thinking ability, Low critical thinking ability. Apart from these 3 categories, this research also uses Data collection techniques include observation, tests and interviews. The results of the research are 3 categories, including students with high critical thinking ability categories who can fulfill all critical thinking indicators. Students with moderate critical thinking ability categories are able to meet three indicators. Students with low critical thinking ability categories are only able to meet two indicators. This is also due to several factors that influence students' critical thinking ability, namely as follows: internal factors such as physical condition, anxiety, motivation, interaction and intellectual development and external factors related to outside individual in the form of a social environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan kewarganegaraan di sekolah dasar sebagai upaya untuk membangun karakter dan kesadaran berbangsa pada siswa. Pendidikan kewarganegaraan adalah suatu bentuk pembelajaran yang bertujuan untuk membentuk sikap, nilai, dan keterampilan yang mendasar dalam memahami dan melaksanakan hak serta kewajiban sebagai warga negara yang baik. Pentingnya mendidik kewarganegaraan di tingkat sekolah dasar sangatlah relevan dalam konteks pembangunan karakter anak-anak yang sedang mengalami fase perkembangan awal. Artikel ini membahas pendekatan dan strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan kewarganegaraan di sekolah dasar, dengan fokus pada pengembangan karakter dan kesadaran berbangsa. Langkah-langkah praktis melibatkan penyusunan kurikulum kewarganegaraan yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai dasar kewarganegaraan, seperti rasa tanggung jawab, keadilan, kerjasama, dan toleransi. Selain itu, artikel ini mengusulkan penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang interaktif dan partisipatif, seperti diskusi kelompok, simulasi, dan proyek-proyek kolaboratif, yang dapat memperkaya pemahaman siswa tentang konsep-konsep kewarganegaraan. Pentingnya melibatkan komunitas lokal dan lingkungan sekitar sekolah juga menjadi fokus dalam artikel ini. Kolaborasi dengan pihak-pihak eksternal, seperti tokoh masyarakat, lembaga pemerintahan setempat, dan organisasi masyarakat sipil, dapat memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa melalui kegiatan di luar kelas. Melalui implementasi pendidikan kewarganegaraan yang holistik dan terintegrasi, diharapkan bahwa siswa akan memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang peran mereka sebagai anggota masyarakat dan warga negara. Pembangunan karakter yang kuat dan kesadaran berbangsa yang tinggi diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam membentuk generasi yang berkomitmen pada nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan dan mampu berperan aktif dalam membangun masyarakat yang adil dan harmonis.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SD Negeri 3 Kayubihi. The research approach used was descriptive qualitative with the subjects being class II students and class II homeroom teachers. Primary data was obtained through interviews with school principals, teachers and students, as well as classroom observations. Secondary data includes school documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles & Huberman model. The research results show that the Merdeka Curriculum at SD Negeri 3 Kayubihi has been implemented in accordance with government policy, including planning teaching materials, educational media, recording grades, diagnostic assessments, and teacher and student reflection. Differentiated education is applied to adapt teaching materials to student needs, so that education becomes more interesting and efficient. Comprehensive assessments include diagnostic, formative, summative and National Assessments. The challenges in implementing this curriculum were successfully overcome by teachers with creativity and thorough preparation. Overall, the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SD Negeri 3 Kayubihi is going well, meeting government guidelines and student needs

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi metode-metode pembelajaran inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran PKN. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKN) yang efektif di tingkat Sekolah Dasar dengan menerapkan pendekatan terkini agar pembelajaran PKN menjadi berkesan dan menarik bagi siswa. Pendidikan kewarganegaraan di tingkat dasar memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan warga negara yang aktif dan bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang mungkin muncul selama implementasi pendekatan terkini dalam pembelajaran PKN, termasuk hambatan kurikulum, sumber daya terbatas, dan keterlibatan siswa. Dengan memahami tantangan tersebut, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi para pendidik untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran PKN di Sekolah Dasar melalui penerapan pendekatan terkini yang relevan.
