Abstract

This researcher aims to describe and analyze the application of student learning outcomes using the smart app creator application. The research method used is a descriptive method that describes the implementation of learning by using a smart app creator. The subjects in this study were 32 students of class VIIB Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Grobogan. The instrument used is the distribution of questionnaires and evaluation tests in the form of description questions . The results obtained from material experts 90.50% and media experts 90.30% from the two experts obtained valid categories. The implementation of learning with the smart app creator application on adolescent body development materials can improve student learning outcomes. student learning outcomes before implementing application learning using the smart app creator application obtained data that as many as 46.8% of students had scored above the KKM, while the rest had not met the KKM, increased by 46% to 93.7% with a good category in learning using applications smart app creator on teenage body development material Abstrak belajar peserta didik menggunakan aplikasi smart app creator. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yang menggambarkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan smart app creator. Adapun subyek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 32 siswa kelas VIIB Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Grobogan. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu penyebaran angket dan tes evaluasi berupa soal uraian. Hasil yang diperoleh dari ahli materi 90.50% dan ahli media 90.30% dari kedua ahli tersebut diperoleh kategori valid. Implemantasi pembelajaran dengan aplikasi smart app creator pada materi perkembangan tubuh remaja dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. hasil belajar siswa sebelum melaksanakan pembelajaran penerapan menggunakan aplikasi smart app creator diperoleh data yaitu sebanyak 46,8% peserta didik telah mendapatkan nilai diatas KKM, sedangkan sisanya belum memenuhi KKM, bertambah sebesar 46% menjadi 93,7% dengan kategori baik dalam pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi smart app creator pada materi perkembangan tubuh remaja

Abstract

The research conducted is the utilization of physics learning media with Virtual Laboratory based on "PhET Interactive Simulations" by physics teachers as an effort to improve students' mastery of the Resistor Circuit physics material based on the average values obtained by students of class XII MAN 1 Sleman. This study aims to determine the improvement of mastery of the Electric Circuit material using "PhET Interactive Simulations". This descriptive study used a one-group pre-test and post-test design with a sample of class XII IPA 3 selected randomly. From a population of 36 students, a sample of 33 students was taken. The instruments used were test and non-test instruments. The test instrument consisted of pre-test and post-test, while the non-test instrument was in the form of worksheets filled out after the learning process. The results showed that in the pre-test, 90.9% of students were classified as failing and 9.1% were classified as sufficient with an average achievement score of 66.27. The results of the analysis of the cognitive aspect of mastery of the Resistor Circuit concept during the learning process using "PhET Interactive Simulations" showed that the average achievement score of students was 37.3% in the very good category and 56.5% in the good category. These results were obtained from the completion of questions in the worksheets. The students' abilities after the learning process showed a change, with the average achievement score of the post-test reaching 90.06, which is classified as good. The results of the N-Gain test obtained a score of 0.70, which is categorized as high. It can be concluded that there is an improvement in mastery of the Resistor Circuit material after using the Virtual Laboratory based on "PhET Interactive Simulations.

Abstract

Gaji dan Motivasi Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah, untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaji terhadap motivasi kerja tenaga kependidikan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh gaji terhadap motivasi kerja tenaga kependidikan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah penelitian korelasi. Pada penelitian ini, yang menjadi variabel X adalah gaji sedangkan yang menjadi variabel Y adalah motivasi kerja tenaga kependidikan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini, dilakukan secara random. Pemberian gaji kepada tenaga kependidikan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) diberikan secara teratur setiap bulan. Selain diberikan gaji setiap bulan, Tenaga Kependidikan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) juga diberikan insentif-insentif finansial lainnya, seperti tunjangan kesehatan, tunjangan hari raya, tunjangan hari tua, reward, uang transport, dan uang santunan. Bahwa berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah penulis lakukan, ternyata pemberian gaji dan insentif-insentif finansial lainnya secara tepat dan benar mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap motivasi kerja tenaga kependidikan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Berdasarkan perhitungan data hasil penelitian ternyata antara gaji tenaga kependidikan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dengan motivasi kerja tenaga kependidikan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) adalah sebesar 0,671, ini berarti terdapat pengaruh yang cukup kuat antara pemberian gaji terhadap motivasi kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN).

Abstract

Kekhawatiran akan adanya learning loss pada pembelajaran daring membuat adanya penelitian Best Practice ini. Bertujuan apakah dengan penggunaan google sites konsentrasi belajar siswa terbangun, dengan cara menganalisis efektifitas kontrol akses metaverse melalui google sites saat proses pembelajaran. Sebanyak 30 siswa kelas X MTsS Ummi Kulsum tampil sebagai subjek penelitian. Memanfaatkan metodologi campuran(mix methode), analisis studi kasus kuantitatif dan kualitatif berfungsi untuk memproses informasi data. Setelah pengajar membuat situs web dengan Google Sites, skor rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa untuk hasil pembelajaran muncul setelah asesmen yaitu standar deviasi 70,52 tergolong kategori baik. Partisipasi Siswa dalam pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan konsentrasi dilihat dari sebelum dan setelah asesmen. Kesimpulannya adalah direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan bila dilihat dari terkontrolnya konsentrasi dan perhatian siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar, yaitu mulai dari hasil tes harian, mengajukan dan menjawab pertanyaan dalam diskusi serta mengumpulkan tugas dalam pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

This study aims to find alternative ways of resolving cases of violence against children, especially bullying that can be applied to madrasah or schools in order to create inclusive and child-friendly madrasah. Much research has been done on this issue but it is still necessary to find new, more effective ways to reduce or even completely eradicate these bullying incidents. The aim is that schools or madrasah can choose the most effective method and provide significant results in eradicating cases of bullying. The research problem has been formulated as follows: 1) What are the challenges in realizing inclusive and child-friendly madrasah? 2) What are the multiplatform forms that can be used/utilized to create inclusive and child-friendly madrasah? This research is a type of literature study. Research data is taken by the process of grouping, allocating, organizing, and using variations of the literature. Data analysis used the qualitative analysis model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data analysis, and drawing conclusions. This research produces six anti-bullying movement platforms that can be implemented in madrasah or schools. The presentations include (1) Empathy Skills Training Program with "KiVa", (2) Empathy skills training program with "Cepidea" (3) Online complaint program "Gredu", (4) Anti-bullying task force formation program, (5) The self-study program uses the “Sharing” module, and (6) the “Be a Real Friend” Campaign Program Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan alternatif cara menyelesaikan kasus kekerasan pada utamanya perundungan dengan memaparkan konsep dan program antiperundungan yang dapat diterapkan pada madrasah atau sekolah demi mewujudkan madrasah inklusi dan ramah anak.  Penelitian ini merupakan jenis studi literatur. Data penelitian diambil dengan proses mengelompokkan, mengalokasikan, mengorganisasikan, dan menggunakan variasi pustaka. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman, meliputi reduksi data, analisis data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan enam platform gerakan antiperundungan yang dapat diterapkan di madrasah atau sekolah. Program tersebut di antaranya (1) Program Pelatihan Keterampilan Empati dengan “KiVa”, (2) Program pelatihan keterampilan empati dengan “Cepidea” (3) Program pengaduan daring “Gredu”, (4) Program pembentukan satgas antiperundungan, (5) Program belajar mandiri menggunakan modul “Sharing”, dan (6) Program Kampanye “Be a Real Friend”

Abstract

This article examines the impact of demography on the sustainability of madrasas with a focus on increasing access to and quality of religious education. Demographic changes such as population growth, shifts in population composition, and migration have important implications for madrasas in ensuring the sustainability and improving the quality of religious education. In this article, we present a number of factors to consider in dealing with demographic impact. First, rapid population growth, especially in urban areas, poses accessibility challenges for madrasahs. Therefore, strategies must be developed to increase the number of madrasahs and expand their outreach to accommodate the growing demand for religious education. Furthermore, shifts in population composition, including changes in family patterns and levels of urbanization, also need to be considered. Madrasahs must be able to accommodate the increasingly diverse needs of students, such as children from mixed-faith families and migrant children. Strategic steps are needed to create an inclusive environment and support their religious education needs. Improving the quality of religious education is also an important aspect in the sustainability of madrasas. Madrasahs need to adopt relevant curricula and innovative teaching methods to increase learning effectiveness. Continuous teacher training and competency improvement of religious educators are also needed to ensure a better quality of education Abstrak Artikel ini membahas dampak demografi terhadap keberlanjutan madrasah dengan fokus pada peningkatan akses dan kualitas pendidikan agama. Perubahan demografi seperti pertumbuhan penduduk, pergeseran komposisi penduduk, dan migrasi memiliki implikasi penting bagi madrasah dalam memastikan keberlanjutan dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan agama. Dalam artikel ini, kami menyajikan sejumlah faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam menghadapi dampak demografi. Pertama, pertumbuhan penduduk yang pesat, terutama di daerah perkotaan, menimbulkan tantangan aksesibilitas bagi madrasah. Oleh karena itu, strategi harus dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan jumlah madrasah dan memperluas jangkauannya agar dapat mengakomodasi kebutuhan pendidikan agama yang semakin meningkat. Selanjutnya, pergeseran komposisi penduduk, termasuk perubahan pola keluarga dan tingkat urbanisasi, juga perlu dipertimbangkan. Madrasah harus mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan peserta didik yang semakin beragam, seperti anak-anak dari keluarga bercampur agama dan anak-anak migran. Langkah-langkah strategis diperlukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan inklusif dan mendukung kebutuhan pendidikan agama mereka. Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan agama juga menjadi aspek penting dalam keberlanjutan madrasah. Madrasah perlu mengadopsi kurikulum yang relevan dan metode pengajaran yang inovatif untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Pelatihan guru yang terus-menerus dan peningkatan kompetensi pendidik agama juga diperlukan untuk memastikan kualitas pendidikan yang lebih baik

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explain how far an educator can become a professional educator, able to compete, willing to work hard and learn about technology and seek information from various sources and dare to face challenges in the 21st century. The results of this writing show that professional teachers are able to change their teaching patterns in accordance with the times, know how to use learning methods that are more creative and innovative, work professionally, are smart and able to combine technology and learning, are more skilled, disciplined and responsible so as to produce students who are smart, have Islamic character, students who are able to think critically in solving everyday problems. As well as being able to develop learning and transfer knowledge perfectly. In conclusion, education will run optimally and be successful if all components succeed in running the education system properly. Learners or students will become students who excel, have character, are critical in facing the challenges of the 21st century, if a teacher is able to become a professional educator or teacher. They want to develop and learn to become professional teachers, aware of their duties and responsibilities. Hasil penulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa guru professional mampu mengubah pola mengajarnya sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman, tahu menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif dan inovatif, bekerja dengan professional, pintar dan mampu menggabungkan antara teknologi dan pembelajaran, lebih terampil, disiplin dan bertanggung jawab sehingga menghasilkan peserta didik yang cerdas, berkarakter islami, siswa yang mampu berfikir kritis dalam memcahkan masalah dilingkungan hidunya sehari-hari. Serta mampu mengembangkan pembelajaran dan mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan dengan sempurna. Kesimpulannya Pendidikan sekiranya akan berjalan dengan maksimal dan berhasil jika semua komponen berhasil menjalankan sistem pendidikan dengan baik. Peserta didik atau siswa akan menjadi siswa yang berprestasi, berkarakter, kritis dalam menghadapi tantangan abad 21, jika seorang guru mampu menjadi tenagan pendidik atau guru yang profesional. Abstract

In the context of Indonesian society, which is diverse in terms of religion, tradition, culture becomes a very vulnerable condition for socio-religious conflicts, one of which is intolerance in adolescents. Game based learning offers interactions that allow them to explore socio-religious roles, test new ideas, and develop skills through play. This research uses a mix method. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, observations and interviews were conducted in Banyumas Regency to test the effectiveness of the game . The results in this study are Our Moderate Game (OMG) is a game that provides religious tolerance education with a virtual journey model in various regions in Indonesia. The results in this study namelyOur Moderate Game (OMG) is a game that provides education on religious tolerance with a virtual journey model in various regions in Indonesia.Our Moderate Game (OMG) Effective in increasing the Religious Tolerance of Banyumas MAN 2 students with an average score of religious tolerance in the control class of 66.10, while in the experimental class, the average score of Religious Tolerance was 80.53. Based on gender, male students had a higher level of religious tolerance, namely 82.71, compared to female students, namely 81.56.

Abstract

In the current dynamic and complex era, understanding financial literacy and financial inclusion plays a pivotal role in shaping the well-being of individuals and society as a whole. This article discusses various aspects related to the understanding and implementation of these concepts in the context of economics education. Through in-depth analysis of literature, research, and related theories, this article delineates the role of economics teachers in promoting students' financial literacy and advocating for financial inclusion. The article highlights the challenges and issues faced by students regarding financial literacy and financial inclusion, as well as the impacts of insufficient understanding in the context of making prudent financial decisions. The article underscores the significance of collaboration among teachers, students, educational institutions, and the community to foster improved financial literacy and enhance financial inclusion. With a holistic approach, this article illustrates how effective and integrated economics education can mold a generation prepared to manage personal finances wisely, participate in an inclusive economy, and achieve sustainable prosperity.

Abstract

Rehabilitation with religious and herbal methods more effective to drug residents, attracting their interest to do rehabilitation at conventional institutions, compared to seeking help from official healthcare institutions where they fear potential criminal punishment. This phenomenon is interesting for research purposes in order to explore information about rehabilitation with religious and herbal used in drug rehabilitation. The research conducted at Padepokan Purbo Kayun Blitar. The research method used is qualitative case study. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. There are 6 research informants, 2 from hermitage therapists, 4 from hermitage residents, 4 from the Blitar BNNK rehabilitation section. The stages of data analysis include data presentation, data reduction, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The results show Padepokan Purbo Kayun implements three therapies MeRaBa (mental therapy, rukyah). Additionally, there are lectures held on Wednesday and Saturday evenings, attracting a large number of visitors (up to 40 people). Among visitors, there are local residents, those from other regions, other provinces, and even other countries. Mr. Abdul stated that drug residents have a strong desire to learn about religion and repent from drug addiction. This indicates that religion and its teachings can be an effective approach in rehabilitating drug residents Abstrak Rehabilitasi spiritual dan herbal dinilai lebih efektif dan lebih dapat menarik minat residen narkoba untuk melakukan rehabilitasi ke lembaga konvensional tersebut, dibandingkan datang ke lembaga resmi kesehatan yang dibarengi perasaan khawatir terkena hukuman pidana. Hal tersebut menarik untuk dilakukan penelitian yang menggali informasi tentang rehabilitasi spiritual dan herbal yang digunakan dalam rehabilitasi residen narkoba. Adapun lokasi penelitian ini adalah Padepokan Purbo Kayun Blitar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdapat 10, yaitu 2 dari terapis padepokan, 4 dari residen padepokan, 4 dari seksi rehabilitasi BNNK Blitar. Tahapan analisis data dalam yaitu penyajian data, reduksi data, verifikasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil menujukkan bahwa Padepokan Purbo Kayun menerapkan 3 terapi, yaitu MeRaBa (mental, rukyah, dan herbal). Selain itu, terdapat kegiatan ceramah hari Rabu dan Sabtu Malam, ramai pengunjung (bisa sampa 40 orang). Di antara pengunjung tersebut ada yang dari lokal, luar daerah, luar provinsi, bahkan luar negara. Pak Abdul menuturkan jika residen narkoba justru keinginan untuk belajar agama dan bertaubat dari narkoba itu tinggi. Hal itu menunjukkan jika agama dan ajarannya dapat menjadi pendekatan efektif dalam merehabilitasi residen narkoba
