Abstract

The rationale for this article is to want to help students avoid the effects of pornography from using smartphones or laptops which are used daily for Distance Learning (PJJ) during the covid 19 pandemic. Convergence counseling is the author’s innovation that belongs to the stream of integrative counseling. Aims to reduce pornographic behavior through convergence counseling. The method used is a case study of students accessing pornographic sites and engaging in virtual sex. The solution taken is to integrate contemporary counseling with religious counseling which is called convergence counseling. The results obtained indicate that the use of convergence counseling can reduce the effects of pornography during PJJ during the covid 19 pandemic, which leads to increased awareness and self-concept be more religious in implementing their behavior in everyday life, so that adjusments are created according to norms and values religion. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the increase in motivation and learning outcomes of students in class X IPS 2 at MAN 2 Bantul after participating in the learning process by applying the Team Game Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model. This study uses observation to determine learning motivation, and tests to determine student learning outcomes. The results showed that the learning process using the Team Game Tournament was as follows; In cycle 1 to cycle 2 the percentage of students whose learning motivation is in the low category continues to decline, namely 40.08% - 15.52%, the middle category is the same as 35.34%, and the high category is from 27.58% - 49.14 %. Learning outcomes also increased from the initial conditions, cycle 1, and cycle 2 (41.38% - 62.07% - 86.21%). Action is said to be successful if at least the percentage of students whose learning motivation is still low only reaches a maximum of 20%. The average score of students at the end of the cycle who scored below the KKM only reached a maximum of 20%. So this CAR is stated to have succeeded in increasing motivation and learning outcomes.

Abstract

The method used in this discussion is a literature review from various sources. In general, this study aims to describe the multimodl learning design by utilizing the AKM results. The AKM result captures the real condition of student in mastering basic competence, namely reading literacy and numeracy literacy. The result can be used to improve the learning quality in classroom. To carry out teaching and learning in classroom, teachers need a certain approach. One being effective to improve learning outcomes is a multimodal approach that leads to multimodal learning. The multimodal learning design is constructed by utilizing the AKM results, intervention need students, basic, competent, and proficient. Meanwhile, multimodal learning design includes educational games, think-pair-share, case-based learning, personal journal entries, and multimodal research projects.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This is a time when information and communication technology (ICT) is growing very rapidly. ICT has now touched almost every aspect of modern life that makes its own power for the genaration that lives in this century. Over time, the development of ICT is bringing people to a higher level of civilization with new problems to deal with. Previously, one of the problems was the digital divide, but over time and the development of market dynamics, information technology became cheaper and affordable for everyone. That's when the problem of how technology is started. This study discusses about how the utilization of information technology to students in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 4 Jakarta. This study is judged on the opinions and theories of several experts from various literatures. This study discusses the use of information and communication technology based on the use of information and communication technology tools in learning up to the assessment process. The results of this study indicate that the use of information and communication technology in Madarsah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 4 is sufficient and effective use as a means of information complementary teaching materials to utilization for computer-based assessment. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran efektifitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring dengan menggunakan media e-learning Madrasah di masa pandemi covid 19. Media pembelajaran ini diharapkan mampu menggantikan pembelajaran tatap muka model konvensional yang dilakukan sebelum adanya pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan dan menggali informasi tentang berbagai masalah atau kendala dalam pemanfaatan e-learning madrasah sebagai media pembelajaran daring. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru yang di ambil secara acak (simple random sampling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) siswa telah memiliki motivasi yang besar untuk mengikuti pembelajaran daring dengan e-learning madrasah sebesar 84,04%; (2) pembelajaran daring memiliki fleksibilitas dalam pelaksanaannya sekaligus mampu mendorong munculnya kemandirian belajar dan motivasi untuk lebih aktif dalam belajar dengan 77,48%; dan (3) pembelajaran daring tidak begitu di minati oleh siswa 46,85%. Pendampingan dan pengawasan terhadap siswa sangat disarankan, sinyal di daerah pelosok yang sering down, dan biaya kuota yang menguras kantong merupakan tantangan dalam pembelajaran daring. Meningkatnya kemandirian belajar, minat dan motivasi, berani mengemukakan gagasan dan pertanyaan menjadi keutungan lain dari pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

Karya tulis ini adalah best practice, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan yang dapat diperoleh selama menggunakan 2G OTA, Good Communcation, Good Habit, Opennes, Teacher Training, Student Activities, dapat dilihat dari masukan (input) siswa, prasarana dan sarana, lingkungan belajar yang lebih kondusif, guru dan tenaga kependidikan semakin berkualitas. Peningkatan tersebut akhirnya berpengaruh pada kualitas dan kuantitas prestasi siswa dan Madrasah. Diawal kepemimpinan terjadi peningkatan meskipun belum maksimal pada tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Pada tahun ke dua mulai diterapkan 2G OTA yaitu dari tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 sampai dengan tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Hasil dari penerapan 2G OTA terbukti peningkatkan prestasi siswa sangat signifikan. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 mencapai 73 kejuaraan, rata rata per tahun pelajaran tahun pelajaran ada 24 kejuaraan yang diraih oleh MAN Salatiga peningkatan hampir 3 kali lipat dibanding tahun 2015/2016. Prestasi ini juga disertai dengan peningkatan akhlak siswa dapat dilihat dengan meningkatnya jumlah hafidz qur’an MAN Salatiga setiap tahunnya terus meningkat dari tahun 2016 sejumlah 78 siswa, 2017 sejumlah 115 siswa, 2018 110 siswa hafal Qur’an dan semester pertama di tahun 2019 50 siswa, sehingga selama diterapkan 2G OTA total hafidz di MAN Salatiga berjumlah 353, yang sebelumnya di tahun 2015 hanya berjumlah 50 siswa saja.

Abstract

Human resource development can be pursued through improving the quality of education. Assessment is very important in achieving efforts to improve the quality of education. Assessment activities are able to provide constructive feedback for teachers and students. The assessment in the 2013 curriculum has the principle of using reference criteria. In the 2013 Curriculum assessment standards, every school educator is obliged to establish Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) for each subject. The objectives of this study are: 1) whether the In House Training activity can improve teacher competence in determining the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) for the assisted teachers in Wonoayu sub-district. 2) how the implementation of In House Training activities can improve the ability of teachers in determining minimum completeness criteria (KKM) for assisted teachers in Wonoayu sub-district. This school action research was carried out in 2 cycles, the stages were planning, acting, observing the results of the action and reflecting. The instruments used were interviews, observation and research questionnaires. Cycles I and II show an increase in the quality of teacher competence with the results: (a) formulating indicators of 90.4%, (b) determining complexity of 91.1%, (c) determining carrying capacity of 92.6%, (d) determining student intake 91 , 9%, (e) determine KKM for indicator 94.1%, (f) determine KKM KD 100, (g) determine KKM MP 100%. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was an increase in teacher competence in determining minimum completeness criteria with an increase in the success rate of each assessment indicator. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar matematika siswa dengan menggunakan Model Discovery Learning. Materinya adalah Persamaan Kuadrat. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas sebanyak 2 siklus, setiap silkus terdiri dari 4 kegiatan utama, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi   Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini melaui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode alur yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Data penelitian diperoleh minat rendah menurun dari 43,48 % menjadi 8,69 %.  Minat sedang menurun dari 26,09 % menjadi 4,35 % , sedangkan minat tinggi naik dari 30,43 % menjadi 86,96 %. Hal ini berarti minat siswa rendah menurun / berkurang, sedangkan minat tinggi mengalami kenaikan / peningkatan. Hasil belajar siswa dalam penelitian ini juga sudah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan siswa yaitu hasil belajar siswa diatas 80 % mencapai nilai KKM, dalam penelitian ini, siswa yang mencapai nilai KKM ada 86, 96 %. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah ada peningkatan minat dan hasil belajar matematika dengan menggunakan Model Discovery Learning, khususnya pada pokok bahasan Persamaan Kuadrat. Dengan menggunakan Model Discovery Learning ini siswa lebih berminat dan tertarik mempelajari matematika yang  akan senantiasa mendorong pada tingkat keberhasilan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Lesson Plan (RPP) is one of the mandatory learning tools that must be compiled bythe teacher. Whether the learning is good or not, one of them is determined by thequality of the planning described by the teacher in the lesson plan. Digital RPP is oneform of teacher self-development in the face of 21st century learning and theIndustrial Revolution 4.0. which is also called the era of disruption. Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of moral puppets in learning and to find out the increase in creativity and learning outcomes of moral character using moral puppet media. This research is a classroom action research with data collection instruments using observation and learning outcomes tests. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and percentages. The application of moral puppets is not only as an introduction to the media to deliver material, but is also used from observation to communication. The forms of moral puppets can be made in various kinds such as cassava leaf puppets, grass puppet, straws puppet, picture puppets or other forms of puppets that can be made by students. Based on the results of the study, the use of moral puppets can increase student creativity. In Cycle I, the average creativity of students was only 65% and increased to 91% in Cycle II. Learning outcomes have increased. In Cycle 1, the average value of written test 1 was 79.00 and rose to 92.38 in Cycle II. Likewise for the written test score 2 and the performance which rose from 81.00 to 93.00 and 80.00 to 92.00. Thus, the use of moral puppets can increase the creativity and learning outcomes of students.
