The population is all fishermen in the two sub-districts. The number of samples was 124 fishermen using the Accidental Sampling technique method. Based on the analysis it was found that the most dominant latent variable for survival can be seen from the economic aspect is the increase in the sale of catches, the social aspect is the participation of fishermen in knowledge-building activities, the surrounding natural aspect is planting mangrove trees around the beach, and the reduced vulnerability aspect is the availability of opportunities

Abstract

Weaving is a hereditary culture passed down by people in Indonesia and various types of its crafts produce higher economic value. Therefore, this study aims to measure whether the rattan craftsmen have achieved optimal orders and products by calculating the period of the order quantity (POQ) and Economic Production Amount (EPQ) for six months. The average value of ordering raw materials from actual data and analysis results was 918 kg. The results also showed that the production needs to be increased by 40%, but after this analysis was applied to the craftsmen, they cannot increase revenues. However, they can reduce costs in ordering raw materials. This indicates that the solution from this study cannot be applied optimally because the craftsmen do not want to take the risk of making more products but only based on orders.

From the calculation of the index value with the three box method test, it is known that all variables are in the high category, meaning that the respondents' perceptions of the Consumer Psychology variable (which has four indicators of motivation, perception, attitude, learning) and respondents' perceptions of the Electronic Word of Mouth variable (which consists of three indicators: Intensity, Valence of Opinion, Content) is high or good Based on the results of data processing, the regression equation Y = 10.860 + 0.644X1 + 0.463X2 is obtained. From the results of the F test, it was obtained that F count was greater than F table Likewise with the results of the t test, all variables in this study t count was greater than t table and had a significance value of less than 0.05, so it could be concluded that all variables, namely psychological variables Consumers and Electronic Word Of Mouth have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Companies can increase the Consumer Psychology variable (by increasing consumers' positive perceptions and attitudes toward the Elden Ring video game, increasing consumer learning factors, namely increasing consumers' desire to learn/try, and increasing consumers' motivation to own and play Elden Ring video game) and the Electronic word of mouth variable (by increasing consumers' intensity to access the Elden Ring Steam social media application, increasing consumers' positive Valence of Opinion by encouraging consumers (gamers) to make positive recommendations) in order to increase the purchase decision for the Elden Ring.

Abstract

The combination of cultural frameworks presented by multicultural identity has many advantages in facilitating adaptation. How can someone feel friendly and comfortable with their environment wherever and whenever an individual is. This persistence seems to describe and treat the world as a "friendly global village". New identities and topics of how individuals deal with internal cultural diversity need to be adequately explored. The fact that there is self-identity and self-concept in society will generally change when influenced by social change. Focusing on examining integrative approaches in Islamic and cultural studies, with the type of library research in the area of descriptive analysis as a way of collecting data, compiling, classifying for analysis and interpretation, it can be concluded that: 1) The need to search for deeper meanings in differences between groups and individual, intra similarity such as behavior, knowledge, emotion, interaction and style; 2) Self-identity is not only a matter of self-description but also a matter of the social labels affixed to it; 3) Rejected social identity results in defensive anticipatory reactions; 4) The self-concept will be awakened, when the need for acknowledgment of the suitability of their identity is also given. The four things above, in its realization there are at least three dimensions as mediation in building the multicultural nation of Indonesia, namely: 1) Mediation of social tolerance; 2) Mediation of religious moderation; 3) Prejudice reduction mediation and 4). Friendly social media mediation
