Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Inclusive Education policy in KB Ar-Ra'uuf Yoeandi. The objectives of the study are to understand the implementation of Permendiknas No 70 Year 2009 on Inclusive Education Article 3 in KB Ar-ra'uuf Yoeandi, to identify the inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of the policy, and to find an effective model for the implementation of the policy. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The data is analyzed using the policy implementation model of Elmore, Lipsky, Hjem, and O'Porter. The results of the study show that KB Ar-Ra'uuf Yoeandi has successfully implemented the inclusive education policy using a combination of strategies, such as an inclusive curriculum, RTI and Montessori-based learning, and active participation of all stakeholders. Supporting factors, such as disability-friendly school infrastructure, and inhibiting factors, such as limited human and financial resources, affect the implementation process. The contextualized implementation model is considered the most relevant in understanding the complexity of implementation and the influence of internal and external school factors on its success. This study provides an important contribution to understanding best practices for achieving inclusive education. KB Ar-Ra'uuf Yoeandi is a successful example of creating an inclusive and friendly educational environment for all students, and provides inspiration for other schools to improve inclusivity in the educational environment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and organizational culture on organizational commitment and the influence of leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction and whether job satisfaction can mediate leadership and organizational culture with organizational commitment. The method used in this research is to use quantitative descriptive methods. PLS-SEM model analysis for data processing. The sample used is Cluster Area Sampling, which is a profitability sampling method where the researcher divides a large population into small groups known as clusters and then randomly selects among the clusters to become the sample. So permanent employees were taken from the production department of PT. Arteria Daya Mulia, questionnaires were distributed to 319 employees and only 187 respondents returned the questionnaire or the survey response rate was 59.6%. It can be concluded several things as follows: (1) Leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction; (2) Leadership has a positive effect on organizational commitment; (3) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction; (4) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment; (5) Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment; (6) Job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership on organizational commitment; (7) Job satisfaction mediates the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment.

Abstract

The research aims to evaluate the effect of leadership roles, organizational culture, and emotional intelligence on employee loyalty at PT PGN Solution, Cirebon City, Indonesia. Data was collected from 90 participants through total sampling method by distributing questionnaires. Statistical analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression tests using SPSS version 20 software. The results showed that leadership does not affect employee loyalty, as evidenced by the t-count value of 1.889, below the t-table value of 1.661. Organizational culture positively affects employee loyalty, as evidenced by the t-count value of 3.013, above the t-table value of 1.661. Emotional intelligence positively affects employee loyalty. This is also evidenced by the t-count value of 9.314, above the t-table value of 1.661, and the combination of leadership roles, organizational culture, and emotional intelligence together has a substantial positive effect on employee loyalty, as indicated by the F-count of 194.372, higher than the F-table value of 3.10. This study implies that in the context of PT PGN Solution in Cirebon City, Indonesia, the role of leadership individually does not significantly affect employee loyalty. However, organizational culture and emotional intelligence have a significant positive impact on employee loyalty.

Abstract

Financial statement fraud is a form of fraud that is often carried out by companies which involves the deliberate presentation of financial information so that users of financial statements are deceived. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of financial statement fraud on bankruptcy in banking companies in Indonesia, especially the People's Economic Bank. The research uses data originating from People's Economic Bank publication reports published on the official Financial Services Authorization website. The data used in this research is secondary data consisting of financial reports from 30 BPRs that are still active and financial reports from 30 BPRs that have gone bankrupt. The analysis was carried out using the different test analysis method using SPSS 23. The results of this research indicate that financial statement fraud has no influence on bankruptcy.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Implementation of Remuneration Program for Members of the Regional Representative Council (DPRD) of Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan Province, as well as the factors influencing the program. Performance-based remuneration is understood as a payment system that links rewards to job performance. The aim of the research is to understand the implementation and influencing factors. The research method used is qualitative with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis technique. The results show that the implementation of remuneration policy in the DPRD of Tanah Laut Regency has been quite good although there are still challenges faced. Based on George Edward III's theory, the dimensions of policy implementation include communication, resources, organizational structure, target characteristics, and implementation strategies. Combining this model with the remuneration program implementation model provides a comprehensive framework for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the remuneration policy implementation in the DPRD of Tanah Laut.

Abstract

Efforts to reduce regional inequality and shift regional inequality are important in all countries. This study aims to determine the level of regional inequality, shifts in district/city regional inequality and the relationship between economic growth, investment and government spending with regional inequality in Gorontalo Province in 2015-2022. The data used in this study are sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Gorontalo Province. Data analysis tools used Williamson Index Analysis, Klassen Typology Index Analysis and Quantitative Descriptive. The results showed that (1) the average level of regional inequality that occurred in Gorontalo Province in 2015-2022 was 0.16, which means that the level of regional inequality that occurred was low. (2) From the results of the Klassen Typology analysis in Gorontalo Province in 2015 and 2022 where there are four regions that are left behind, namely regions that have a lower growth rate and per capita income than Gorontalo Province. Boalemo Regency, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Regency and North Gorontalo Regency and there is one developed but depressed area that has a higher per capita income rate, but its economic growth rate is lower than Gorontalo Province, namely Pohuwato Regency which is accompanied by a developed and rapidly developing area that has a higher economic growth rate and per capita income than Gorontalo Province, namely Gorontalo City. (3) The average increase in economic growth fluctuated by 4.85 percent. This means that the increase in economic growth during 2015-2022 can reduce regional imbalances that occur in Gorontalo Province. (4) The average increase in investment amounted to 1,187.23 billion rupiah. This shows that an increase in investment during 2015-2022 can reduce regional inequality in Gorontalo Province. (5) Average increase in government expenditure amounted to 5,820,736.38 million rupiah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the income of sugarcane farmers in PT. PG Rajawali II Unit PG Sindanglaut. The research examines three main factors: capital, land size, and labor, which are expected to have a significant impact on farmers' income. The study utilizes a descriptive quantitative approach and regression analysis to evaluate the data collected through surveys of 478 farmers in the Cirebon region. The findings will provide insights into how these factors correlate with income levels and help to inform future strategies for improving farmer livelihoods..

Abstract

PKH (Program Keluarga Harapan/Family Hope Program) is one of the poverty reduction intervention efforts to realize social welfare for the community. The process of implementing the program requires Human Resources as the driving force of the program itself. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the quality of human resources as PKH Social Assistants are one of the resources of social welfare providers employed by the Government to ensure PKH is implemented according to the provisions. This study aims to determine the efforts made in investing in human resources through strengthening competencies to PKH social assistants and identifying the impact of strengthening these competencies on the performance of PKH social assistants in Nias Regency. The method used was qualitative by interviewing 11 informants. The focus aspects of this study's competencies refer to the three basic components that a person must have in developing the profession of practitioners in the field of social welfare, namely knowledge, skills and values. This study concludes that there is an impact received by Nias Regency Social Assistants, namely increased insight, increased technical ability, and increased commitment to work so that in the implementation of daily work or the performance of PKH social assistants can be more improved or of higher quality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, leverage, company size, environmental performance in financial and non-financial reports on corporate social responsibility disclosure (CSRD), with company profile as a moderating variable. This type of research is included in quantitative associative research. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, with a sample size of 85 companies. Data was taken from 521 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange covering various sectors in the 2018-2022 period. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test and moderated regression analysis (MRA) using IBM SPSS 29. The results showed that profitability, company size, environmental performance have a positive effect on CSR disclosure. Company profile moderates company size and environmental performance on CSR disclosure while leverage has no negative effect on CSR disclosure. Company profile does not moderate profitability and leverage on CSR disclosure.
