Abstract

Sambirejo Village is a village located in Prambanan District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta and is separated directly from Klaten Regency. Sambimulyo Village has a BUMDes. BUMDes is a business entity managed by the village. Sambimulyo BUMDes has an important role in community welfare. This study aims to determine the effect of community income, the inhibiting factors of sambimulyo BUMDes, and the supporting factors of sambimulyo BUMDes on community welfare in Sambirejo Village. This research uses quantitative methods. With primary data obtained directly in the Sambirejo Village from the results of a questionnaire of 100 samples and observations. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis with IBM SPSS version 26 software. The results showed that before and community income had a positive and significant effect on community welfare, while the inhibiting factors for BUMDes sambimulyo were negative and significant for community welfare, supporting factors for BUMDes sambimulyo were positive and significant for welfare community, and there are differences before and after the Sambimulyo BUMDes through a different test which produces significant values.

Abstract

Most PAUD Institutions are still obstacles in managing their finances, especially for small-scale institutions. The importance of financial management is applied well to be able to allow PAUD institutions to allocate each resource its resources effectively and efficiently. So the purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the influence of financial management on the effectiveness and efficiency of the PAUD Agency, especially in Nurun Nisa TK. The method used is qualitative, because researchers do not use questionnaires in performing their research, and by using a comparaive research approach, namely understanding the cause-effect relationship between financial management, effectiveness, and efficiency. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, direct observation and analyzed financial statements on Nisa's Nurun Nisa. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between financial management practices and good level of effectiveness and PAUD agency efficiency in Nurun Nisa TK. There has been an increase in each July-December 2022 and January-June 2023, with the percentage of effectiveness ratios from 88.41% to 91.55%, revenue efficiency from 66.1% to 58.99%, and operational efficiency of 82.11% to 77.01%. So the existence of good level of effectiveness and efficiency in Nurun Nisa TK provides concrete evidence that the optimal implementation of financial management can directly contribute to increased effectiveness of education quality and resource use efficiency.

Abstract

This research is categorized as quantitative descriptive method research, where the research instruments are observation, interviews and questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study used the hair formula. The population in this study were accounting students in the city of Bandung. The sample taken was 115 respondents, with the analysis used in this study including the research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear test, t test, f test and determination test.The results of this study are the tri-ga understanding variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the career interest of accounting students in the field of taxation (Y). Self-motivation variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the career interest of accounting students in the field of taxation (Y). And the tri-ga understanding variable (X1), self-motivation (X2) simultaneously affects the career interest of accounting students in the field of taxation (Y).

Abstract

At the beginning of 2022, Bank Mandiri Taspen management will not only focus on lending, but will also start encouraging each Branch Office to expand the volume of Third Party Funds as a contributor to profit growth. The purpose of this research is to determine the Internal Control System for Third Party Funds implemented by Bank Mandiri Taspen Karangnunggal Sub-Branch Office. The research method used is a qualitative method that describes facts and events that occur in the field. The data used by the author in analyzing the Internal Control System for Third Party Funds comes from primary data and secondary data. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the author came to the conclusion that the Internal Control System for Third Party Funds at Bank Mandiri Taspen Karangnunggal Sub-Branch Office has been implemented well.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk's profitability and the company's financial performance. To this end, financial data from PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk was used to gather quantitative data from the population. Purposive sampling was used to obtain samples from the population, specifically the company's annual financial data for the years 2020–2023, and multiple linear regression was employed as the analysis method, with financial performance serving as the dividend variable and return on investment as the independent variable.The analysis of data using analysis of simple linear regression. According to research findings, corporate financial performance data (PBV) is 0.76, 0.64, 0.63, and 0.57, while profitability data (ROI) for the 2020–2023 period is 0.5, 0.6, 0.5, 0.6. According to the findings of the data analysis, the company's financial performance (PBV) was positively and significantly impacted by profitability (ROI). This demonstrates that PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk may turn a profit over the 2020–2023 timeframe, which will help the business's long-term expansion and viability..

Abstract

In managing an organization or company, good governance or managerial is needed. Basic knowledge of management needs to be understood and applied well by managers so that it will be very helpful in carrying out their duties in an effort to achieve organizational goals. The study entitled The Role of Managers in Improving the Quality of Employee Work at the Bulog Langsa Branch Office. The objectives of the study are a) to find out how the role of managers is in improving the quality of work of employees of the Bulog Public Company, Langsa Branch Office. b) to find out what efforts are made by managers to improve the quality of work of employees of the Bulog Public Company, Langsa Branch Office. The research methodology is qualitative where the role of the researcher is as a key instrument in collecting data and interpreting data. The results of the study are the implementation of performance management at the Bulog Public Company, Langsa Branch Office, basically using public service performance management that has been implemented by the Bulog Public Company, Jakarta Head Office. However, to carry out the performance of employees of the Bulog Public Company, Langsa Branch Office, it is necessary to implement work planning, division of work into sub-sections, and strategies used by the Bulog Public Company, Langsa Branch Office in an effort to achieve employee performance.

Abstract

This research analyses the perspectives of football fans toward interaction pattern and conflict management in Shin Tae-Yong's leadership of the Indonesian National Football Team (Timnas). During his career journey, there are some dynamics of interaction and conflicts which occur between Shin Tae-Yong and the players, the staff and the federation. This research aims to describe the perspectives of football fans toward the interaction pattern and conflict management of Shin Tae-Yong as the head coach of Timnas. The research method which used is descriptive qualitative. The qualitative data gained through the questionnaire which spreaded to 150 football fans of the homeland at the age 20-45 years old and the deep interview to the 10 of 150 respondents who have filled in the questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Hubberman method in order to interpret the qualitative data. The results of this research show Shin Tae-Yong has formal interaction pattern by prioritizing the discipline and upholding his authority as the head coach to the players, staff and federation. On the conflict management, Shin Tae-Yong uses 4 of 5 styles of management conflict toward the players, staff and federation.

Abstract

The dualism of the banking system in Indonesia led to the formation of conventional banks and sharia banks. Historically, banks with conventional systems have been around longer than sharia banks. This opens up the possibility of transactions between conventional banks and Islamic banks. Interest income is often obtained by Islamic banks from transactions with conventional banks. Islamic banks recognize interest income from conventional banks into non-halal funds so that special treatment is required in their allocation in accordance with Islamic law. There are several differences of opinion regarding the allocation of non-halal funds by Islamic banks in various related research results. This research aims to gain an understanding regarding the allocation of non-halal funds based on various points of view from research results. The method used in this research is Literature Review. The source article used is a scientific article that discusses the handling of non-halal funds and was published from 2010 to 2024. The research results show that the allocation of non-halal funds practiced by banks and sharia financial institutions is currently in accordance with Islamic law, but a small portion still gives the opposite result.

Abstract

Higher education plays a strategic role in preparing human resources competent in the industrial world. Politeknik LP3I, as a vocational education institution, faces challenges in attracting prospective students amidst increasingly tight competition. This study aims to analyze the influence of cost perception, brand image, and promotion on prospective students' decisions to enroll at Politeknik LP3I. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with a literature review, utilizing articles, journals, theses, and other related studies. The data used in this study is secondary data, obtained through documentation of literature studies. The findings indicate that cost perception, brand image, and promotion significantly affect prospective students' decisions to enroll at Politeknik LP3I. Affordable cost perceptions, positive brand image, and effective promotion increase prospective students' interest in choosing Politeknik LP3I for higher education. This study provides valuable insights for the management of Politeknik LP3I to formulate more effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) Does job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance at CV. Archipelago Exports Cirebon 2) Does employee loyalty have a significant positive effect on employee performance at CV. Archipelago Exports Cirebon 3) Do job satisfaction and employee loyalty have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Archipelago Exports Cirebon. This study is a causal associative study, namely a study that connects two or more variables. The sample or respondents in this study were employees of CV. Archipelago Exports Cirebon totaling 115 employees with the sampling technique in this study being the probability sampling technique. The sample calculation uses the Slovin formula with a sample of 115 employees and an error level of 0.01, so the sample in this study is 53 employees. Data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. He results of the t-test show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. he results of the t-test show that employee loyalty has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test show that the variables of job satisfaction and employee loyalty have a significant and simultaneous influence on employee performance.
