Abstract

This paper reveals about the implementation of Islamic rituals through ratib al-Haddad as a means of preventing juvenile delinquency, and analyzes the influence of Islamic rituals through ratib al-Haddad as a means of preventing juvenile delinquency. This research method uses a type of qualitative research with a case study design. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman models with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research was conducted at Ngingas Waru Sidoarjo, this activity was carried out every Saturday and Sunday evening which began with reading qoshidah mudhoriyah, then continued with the reading of ratib al-Haddad which began with tawassul, then read shalawat rejecting the annual disaster, then continued with tahlil and ended with prayer, This activity was attended by teenagers from the surrounding area, by participating in this activity the youth made Saturday night time to plant goodness..

Abstract

This research is motivated by the application of the study of the Ta'lim Muta'alim book in private educational institutions in the formation of student morals at MA Tarbiyatul Banin Banat and the application of this study with regular learning to support school programs. This research aims to determine the application of the study of the Ta'lim Muta'alim book in the formation of student morals at MA Tarbiyatul Banin Banat and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with field research. The informant for this research is a teacher studying the book Ta'lim Muta'alim. The data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that: 1) planning was carried out by reading Asmaul Husna and continued with the presentation of the contents of the book Ta'lim Muta'alim. Furthermore, all students take part in the book study every day after completing Monday's ceremony and morning assembly, with a duration of 20-30 minutes. Lastly, there was an evaluation based on the results of observations of the majority of students who had seenchanges in their morals, such as their confidence and awareness of carrying out worship as an obligation, towards teachers being more respectful when walking in front of them, bowing their bodies, saying hello when they met, and having good manners and character towards friends. . However, there are also some students who still do not apply these morals according to those in the Ta'lim Muta'alim book, especially towards teachers because they don't like to always be ordered and are often late when coming toschool. It is not only a change in morals but also an increase in knowledge about the contents of the book Ta'lim Muta'alim because, after completing the study of the book, the study teacher will ask questions to students regarding what things were obtained when carrying out the study of the book Ta'lim Muta'alim. 2) Supporting and inhibiting factors: for supporting factors, there is he ability and willingness of study teachers; the majority of students are enthusiastic about participating in the study ofthe book; the environment is beautiful or cool; and the school facilities are quite adequate. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are still a lack of study teams or teachers, students who feel tired or fed up, power outages, and a damaged sound system.

Abstract

Pendidikan menjadi sarana mengembangkan potensi individu yang berdaya saing. Efektivitas proses pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pengajaran yang bergantung pada kemampuan dan keterampilan guru. Kinerja guru menjadi aspek utama yang mempengaruhi kualitas pendidikan di sekolah. Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin di sekolah dengan peran dan fungsi yang dimilikinya harus dapat membuat guru mau meningkatkan kinerja dan prestasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi dua variabel utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Servant leadership yang berfokus pada menekankan pada pemberian dukungan, perhatian, dan pemberdayaan kepada guru. Dampaknya, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja guru meningkat yang berujung pada peningkatan kinerja saat proses pengajaran. Pihak sekolah perlu mempertimbangkan penerapan gaya kepemimpinan ini untuk menunjang kinerja guru dari berbagai faktor yang telah dieksplor pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract Humans are God's creatures who are gifted with reason, so education is needed to be able to form characters that can bring goodness in life in the world and in the hereafter. There are many efforts that we can do in the world of education for students to be able to optimize the development of their emotional spiritual quotient (esq). Efforts made in developing students' emotional spiritual quotient (esq) with religious activities carried out daily, weekly and annually by implementing book learning. The book chosen in developing students' emotional spiritual quotient (esq) is the book Safinatun Najah. The researcher intends to reveal how students' emotional spiritual quotient (esq) is developed, how the book Safinatun Najah is learned, and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in developing students' emotional spiritual quotient (esq) through learning the Book Safinatun Najah. Therefore, the researcher has three objectives, namely to find out how the development of students' emotional spiritual quotient (esq), to find out how the learning of the Safinatun Najah book is, and to find out what the supporting and inhibiting factors are in the development of students' emotional spiritual quotient (esq) through learning the Safinatun Najah Book. Abstract

Pembentukan karakter siswa merupakan salah satu tugas penting dalam pendidikan, terutama bagi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) yang memiliki peran strategis dalam menanamkan nilai moral dan spiritual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi guru PAI dalam pembentukan karakter siswa bermasalah di SMK Kawung 2 Surabaya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan guru PAI, siswa bermasalah, serta pihak sekolah terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI berperan sebagai pembimbing moral, motivator, dan teladan dalam menumbuhkan sikap positif pada siswa. Upaya pembentukan karakter dilakukan melalui pendekatan personal, pemberian nasihat, penguatan spiritual, dan pembiasaan nilai-nilai Islam dalam keseharian siswa. Selain itu, kerja sama antara guru PAI, orang tua, dan konselor sekolah berperan penting dalam memperbaiki perilaku siswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kontribusi guru PAI dalam pembentukan karakter siswa sangat signifikan dalam mencegah perilaku negatif dan memperkuat integritas moral siswa. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah memperkuat pelatihan karakter berbasis agama dan meningkatkan sinergi antar pihak sekolah dalam menangani siswa bermasalah.

Abstract

Sekolah yang unggul dan nyaman merupakan dambaan setiap orang. Sekolah yang unggul dan berkualitas belum tentu menjamin siswa akan betah di sekolah tersebut. Siswa menghabiskan sebagian besar waktunya di siang hari untuk kegiatan sekolah. Hal ini menjadi pertimbangan penting bagi siswa dan orang tua untuk memilih sekolah yang sesuai dengan kenyamanan dan kebutuhan masa depannya. Tidak hanya orang tua, pembentukan karakter juga menjadi perhatian utama bagi para pendidik selain mendidik siswa. Banyak lembaga pendidikan yang hanya berfokus pada pengembangan bakat dan kemampuan kognitif siswa tanpa memperhatikan pembentukan karakter. Hal ini mengakibatkan output sekolah kurang memiliki nilai karakter dan moral. SMP Labschool Unesa 2 merupakan Sekolah Ramah Anak yang seharusnya terbebas dari segala bentuk kekerasan dan mengembangkan karakter Islami di dalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program sebagai Sekolah Ramah Anak dalam menanggulangi bullying dan melihat seberapa optimal pelaksanaan program tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan melibatkan 13 informan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan 7 program yang dilaksanakan sebagai Sekolah Ramah Anak untuk mengatasi bullying yaitu: 1) layanan konseling, 2) brosur anti bullying, 3) seminar, 4) kerjasama dengan SMCC Unesa, 5) parenting untuk orang tua, 6) rapor karakter, dan 7) sistem poin di buku penghubung. Pelaksanaan program tersebut masih belum sepenuhnya optimal dalam menekan kasus bullying. Konstruksi sosial pelaksanaan Sekolah Ramah Anak terjadi melalui 3 proses yaitu eksternalisasi, objektifikasi, dan internalisasi.
