This research includes library research (library research), namely research that examines data sourced from library materials, using the thematic interpretation method. Business in the Qur'an is both material and immaterial. Where business in the Qur'an does not only prioritize material profits but also spiritual benefits. The existence of business ethics cannot be separated from the business itself. The Qur'an's business ethics contain basic business values such as the values of unity, balance, free will, accountability, and ihsan. Then it gives birth to business ethics which are free from evil, corruption and tyranny such as usury practices, fraud, reducing doses or fraud, corruption, bribery, gambling, gharar and hoarding and so on. Abstract

Sharia economics is an economic paradigm based on Islamic principles, which includes aspects of finance, investment and distribution of wealth by complying with Islamic laws. This concept emphasizes fairness, transparency and sustainability in various economic activities. In this journal, we will explore several key aspects of Islamic economics from a theoretical and practical implementation perspective. Sharia economic theory integrates Islamic principles into the existing economic framework. One of the main principles is the prohibition of usury (riba al-duyun), which prohibits the practice of interest in the financial system. This encourages the development of alternative financial instruments such as mudharabah (profit sharing) and murabahah (buying and selling with a markup). (Amalia 2020). Apart from that, the sharia economic concept also emphasizes distributive justice, where wealth and natural resources must be distributed fairly among society. These principles are reflected in zakat (religious donations) and sadaqah (voluntary donations), which are important instruments in the redistribution of wealth to overcome social inequality

Al-Qur'an is a revelation sent down by Allah SWT, through the angel Gabriel, and revealed gradually to the last prophet, namely Rasulullah SAW. Not least in it tells the various stories of the former, which is nothing else for us as God's creatures is to take every ibrah, and make it a role model in life. It cannot be denied that humans are social beings, which cannot be separated from human assistance in any way. One of the characteristics of humans as social beings is the running of economic life, it is inevitable that economic morals are contained in the story of the Qur'an. Examined from the economic dimension, the story of the Prophet Dawud AS which is enshrined in the Qur'an provides a lesson that it is a bad thing when someone is unfair when establishing musyarokah or cooperation in the economy.

Abstract

This research examines the phenomenon of money politics in regional head elections in Indonesia from the perspective of Islamic economics. Money politics refers to the practice of providing financial or material incentives to voters in order to influence their choices. This practice not only contradicts the principles of a healthy democracy but also violates the values of Islamic economics, which prioritize justice, transparency, and social responsibility. In Islamic economics, transactions or actions that lead to injustice, manipulation, and social harm are strictly prohibited (haram) because they threaten the balance and harmony within society. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, in which data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation related to cases of regional head elections in Indonesia involving money politics practices. The research findings reveal that money politics distorts the electoral process, results in the election of low-quality leaders, and weakens political legitimacy in society. From the perspective of Islamic economics, money politics undermines the moral and spiritual integrity of society because it encourages voters to act dishonestly and neglect their moral responsibilities. The implications of this research suggest the implementation of stricter preventive measures in election monitoring, more in-depth political education based on Islamic values, and the strict enforcement of laws against money politics perpetrators. This study highlights the importance of the role of Islamic economics in strengthening ethics in political life and rejecting practices that cause harm to the wider community.

This study aims to analyze the role of the village government in optimizing both of these aspects and contributing to sustainable local economic development. The research method used was qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and observation. The results show that the Junok village government has undertaken various efforts to optimize village downstreaming, including milkfish cultivation training, setting harvest schedules, and also plans to facilitate financing from Islamic microfinance institutions (LKMS). Despite several obstacles, such as a lack of financial knowledge among farmers and limited equipment, the village government continues to strive to address these issues through mentoring and education. Overall, the efforts made have been quite optimal and have the potential to support the development of the milkfish pindang business in the future.
