Abstract

Every year, Udayana University publishes the Non-Tax State Revenue Target (TPNBP) as a guide for allocating budgetary funds for the T+2 year. The provision of budget allocations for the T+2 year will depend on how accurately the TPNBP is calculated, which will boost efficiency in carrying out budget planning. Due to the limits of the PNBP realization data at Udayana University and the benefits of the ANFIS approach for forecasting stationary data types, it is required to evaluate the merits of the Gray-Markov and ANFIS methods in order to determine which method is more effective. The study's findings reveal that the Grey-Markov approach yields a value of 0.118% while the ANFIS method yields a value of 4.978%. This suggests that while both methods produce extremely precise results, the Grey-Markov method is more accurate than the ANFIS method due to its smaller MAPE value. The MAPE value for the Grey-Markov approach for the SPI acceptance variable is 0.319%, whereas the MAPE value for the ANFIS method is 23.39%, indicating that the Grey-Markov method is more accurate at predicting SPI acceptance. Abstract

Cellular communication system with multiple network operators operate on a co-located area (heterogeneus network) causing effect of radio frequency interference. RTWP (received total wideband power) value emerges as indicator radio frequency interference on UMTS system, which is primary contribution of degraded QoS cellular communication system. RF filter butterworth circuit two half section resulted as optimal design to reach the goal compare to the other circuit section. By implemented RF filter has showed improvement indicator perform RTWP on UMTS network operator. DOI: 10.24843/MITE.1501.11

Abstract

Pada jaringan transmisi sering terjadi berbagai macam jenis gangguan, antara lain gangguan hubung singkat satu phasa ke tanah, gangguan hubung singkat phasa ke phasa, gangguan antar phasa ke tanah dan gangguan simetris. Pendeteksian terhadap gangguan tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan metode jaring syaraf tiruan. Jaring syaraf tiruan terdiri dari sejumlah elemen penghitung tak linier yang masing-masing dihubungkan secara paralel melalui suatu pembobot. Proses training pada jaring syaraf tiruan ini terdiri dari proses pelatihan terhadap gangguan hubung singkat satu phasa ke tanah, gangguan hubung singkat phasa dengan phasa, gangguan hubung singkat antar phasa dengan tanah, dan gangguan simetris. Proses pelatihan pada jaringan transmisi ini menggunakan konfigurasi 6 data intput, 10 hidden layer, 6 data target, dan 6 output (6-10-6-6). Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa nilai arus dan tegangan gangguan untuk semua jenis gangguan pada jaringan transmisi berhasil di bangkitkan, dimana output berupa nilai tegangan dan arus dari proses pelatihan akan disimpan dan dijadikan sebagai refrensi untuk menentukan jenis gangguan hubung singkat yang terjadi pada jaringan transmisi. Data hasil simulasi jaringan transmisi dapat dikatakan normal saat mendekati nilai output atau sebaliknya ketika jaringan transmisi mengalami gangguan hubung singkat. [TURNITIN CHECK 75 19042017]

Abstract

Menjangan feeder is a medium-voltage network system which distributes electricity throughout Gilimanuk and some areas in Buleleng. It has 69 distribution substations, which one of them, substation GR088, contributes to the highest value of the total harmonic distortion (THDi). In this research, the effect of harmonic distortions on losses at low voltage system of substation GR088 will be evaluated. The method used in this study is direct measurement of harmonic distortions at each low-voltage costumer whose electricity is generated by substation GR088 at Menjangan Feeder. Software is also used to perform harmonic load flow analysis and simulations. The total value of losses on transformer and low voltage system of substation GR088 Menjangan feeder, in a no-harmonic condition is 1481,689 Watt. On under-harmonic condition, the total value of losses is 1552,5 Watt. Therefore there is a 70,811 Watt difference between the two conditions. At this case, beside the heat created by the harmonic distortion that can affect the performance of transformers, it also cause a quite great value of losses, which is 1,699 kWh per day, or approximately 620 kWh per year. It means the harmonic distortion in substation GR088 can cause PT PLN (Persero) lose Rp.910.018,79 per year.

Abstract

Real time tracking system technology has been made possible by integrating three technologies, namely global positioning system (GPS), database technologies such as geographic information system (GIS) and mobile telecommunications technologies such as general packet radio service (GPRS). This paper has proposed a vehicle tracking mechanism based on GPS tracker to build a real-time traffic information system. A GPS server is built to process data of position and speed of the vehicle for further processed into vehicle traffic information. The Server and GPS tracker is designed to communicate using GPRS services in real time. Furthermore, the server processes the data from the GPS tracker into traffic information such as traffic jam, dense, medium and smoothly. Test results showed that the GPS server is able to visualize the real position of the vehicle and is able to decide the category of traffic information in real time.

Abstract

Hilangnya suplai daya listrik dapat diakibatkan oleh gangguan atau pekerjaan jaringan, untuk menjaga kontinuitas daya listrik di bandara Internasional Ngurah Rai saat hilangnya suplai daya dilakukan manuver beban. Manuver beban dilakukan dengan menghubungkan bus beban Bandara I dan bus beban Bandara II menggunakan bantuan kopel . Kopel dilengkapi pengaman rele arus lebih yang bekerja dengan membandingkan besar input arus dengan setting rele. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah analisa dengan perhitungan manual yaitu nilai nominal beban Bandara I dan beban Bandara II sebesar 300 A, didapat setting arus lebih pada kopel sebesar Iset = 180 A, waktu kerja rele 0.025 detik dengan Tms = 0.052 SI dan untuk setting GFR didapat setting arus sebesar Iset = 28.028 A dengan Tms = 0,008 SI. Simulasi dilakukan dengan memberi gangguan di bus beban Bandara I, dimana rele akan bekerja dengan waktu 0.025 detik untuk memerintahkan PMT pada kopel lepas, sehingga tidak mengganggu jaringan di sisi Penyulang Ngurah Rai I dan Penyulang Ngurah Rai II, sehingga kontinuitas daya beban Bandara II tetap terjaga.

Abstract

Use of Information Technology in academic activities now utilizes integrated information systems. Udayana University has used information technology on academic services into an SSO service (Single Sign On) named IMISSU. This study aims to evaluate the quality and satisfaction of IMISSU website users. The research method used a cross sectional design with a descriptive type of research. The researcher used primary data by taking data using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used in sampling is a non-probability sampling technique with an accidental sampling approach, the number of respondents obtained is 121. Data analysis was performed using the Spearman rank test. The results of the study show a high relationship between the quality of usability and user satisfaction.

Abstract

Product / service satisfaction is one of several factors that can influence a company. Satisfaction is something that can be measured to improve and achieve goals in a company / government institution. The level of satisfaction can be measured by utilizing several methods, including Service Quality. Service Quality can show the difference between the customer's expectations of the company and the services received by the customer and the difference between the expectations and the services received can be seen the level of satisfaction provided by the customer. This study aims to determine the application of the Service Quality method in measuring the level of product / service satisfaction at companies or government institutions with the concept of literature review. The results of the literature review show that the application of the Service Quality method is more widely used in private companies than government institutions. The results also show that product / service service satisfaction is better at government institutions compared to private companies. This is shown in one of the literature which resulted in the achievement of very good levels of satisfaction with service quality in government institutions.

Abstract

In the waste reporting process is still done manually, so the hotel is required to come to the Badung Regency Environment and Hygiene Office and then submit the report. These activities cause the reporting process to require a long duration and the progress of the report cannot be monitored by the hotel. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to report and monitor waste data from hotels quickly using the Waste Data Reporting and Monitoring System. The purpose of this research is to help hotels, especially in Badung district, in providing waste reporting quickly. In making this system, the design concept goes through the stages of data collection, Cross Functional Flowchart, Context Diagram, Level 0 Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram, Conceptual Database and Interface Design. And then implement it with Hypertext Preprocessor Programming (PHP), Bootstrap Framework, MySQL.

Abstract

Pengaturan lampu lalu lintas yang ada sekarang ini kebayakan menggunakan sistem pengaturan waktu tetap dimana lampu diatur agar bekerja berdasarkan waktu tetap, tanpa memperhatikan naik turunya arus lalu lintas. Untuk itu, ditawarkan suatu sistem detektor (traffic actuated).dengan memanfaatkan PLC (programmeble logic controller) sebagai kontroller. Pada penelitian ini dibuat suatu alat simulasi dengan PLC tipe CPM1A merk Omron. Proses kerja alat ini berupa pengiriman input dari sensor yang dipasang pada badan jalan, yang mana sensor ini mendekteksi ada dan tidaknya kendaraan. Alat yang dirancang ini berjalan dengan baik, dimana ada alat bekerja pada enam keadaan yaitu: keadaan upacara, prioritas phase I, prioritas phase II, emergency phase I, emergency phase II dan keadaan normal.
