Abstract

Kanker merupakan pertumbuhan dan penyebaran sel-sel abnormal yang memiliki karakteristik yang khas. Kanker yang sudah menyebar dan tidak dapat terkontrol lagi, biasanya akan menyebabkan kematian. Kanker paru-paru lebih sering menyebabkan pria meninggal dibanding kanker lain, dimana yang sering menjadi penyebab kanker paru-paru adalah merokok. Cara yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi kanker paru-paru ialah melalui pemeriksaan hasil foto rontgen dada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu sistem aplikasi yang dapat mendiagnosa citra paru-parudan mengklasifikasikan paru-paruke dalam tipe kanker, normal atau efusi serta menganalisa performansi sistem yang digunakan dalam proses pengenalan citra paru-paru. Proses pendeteksian diawali dengan pemrosesan awal pada citra paru-paru, proses ekstraksi ciri menggunakan Transformasi Wavelet, dan proses klasifikasi menggunakan Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA). Pemrosesan awal dilakukan untuk membuang informasi yang tidak dibutuhkan dalam pengolahan citra. Proses ekstraksi ciri dilakukan dengan cara mengurangi dimensi citra paru- paru yang akan menjadi masukan pada proses pengenalan menggunakan LDA. Pada penelitian ini citra latih yang digunakan adalah 60 buah citra, yang terdiri dari 20 kelas citra kondisi normal, 20 kelas citra kondisi kanker, dan 20 kelas citra kondisi efusi. Citra uji yang akan digunakan juga berjumlah 60 buah citra, yang tediri dari 20 citra untuk masing-masing kelas. Akurasi yang dihasilkan sistem pada pendeteksian kanker paru-paru ini sebesar 100% untuk citra latih dan 95% untuk citra uji.

Abstract

Abstrak – Iris merupakan salah satu bagian tubuh manusia yang sering digunakan dalam sistem pengenalan biometrik karena tingkat perbedaannya yang tinggi. Ektraksi ciri merupakan salah satu tahapan yang dilalui dalam pengembangan sistem pengenalan biometrik iris. Tahap ini bertujuan untuk mengekstrak informasi dari citra iris yang telah disegmentasi sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai ciri unik dari iris bersangkutan. Pada paper ini tahap ekstraksi ciri dilakukan dengan menggunakan tapis Gabor 2-D. Tapis tersebut digunakan karena mampu menyediakan representasi gabungan yang optimal dari sinyal dalam domain spasial dan frekuensi. Hasil penerapan tapis Gabor 2-D didemodulasi dengan menggunakan quadrature Gabor 2-D untuk menghasilkan iris code yang dijadikan sebagai informasi pembeda (fitur ciri) iris. Hasil uji coba pada penelitian ini menghasilkan fitur iris terbaik ketika ukuran tapis yang digunakan adalah 33×33. Sudut orientasi yang digunakan untuk fitur real dan imaginary adalah -45º, 0º, 45º, dan 90º. DOI: 10.24843/MITE.1501.03

Abstract

Salah satu teknik untuk memperbaiki jatuh tegangan adalah dengan pemasangan (DG) Distributed Generation. Salah satu teknologi Distributed Generation yang ada di Bali adalah PLTS Kubu Karangasem merupakan jenis pembangkit listrik dengan skala kecil yang memanfaatkan energy terbarukan untuk menghasilkan energi listrik dengan daya yang dihasilkan 1 MW. Dari hasil analasis menggunakan Load Flow Analysis Voltage Profile diperoleh hasil drop tegangan maksimum saat tidak terhubung DG sebesar 13,23 % dan saat terhubung DG diperoleh drop tegangan sebesar 10,85%. Dengan adanya interkoneksi DG pada Penyulang Abang maka terjadi penurunan rugi-rugi daya sebesar 10,23 % dari total rugi-rugi daya yang terjadi sebelum terhubung dengan DG pada Penyulang Abang

Abstract

Electrical energy in the hospital is a very vital component, because most of the facilities, infrastructure and equipment of electrical energy sources. Fluctuations in patient visits affect energy spending in RSUD Klungkung District. From the audit, it was found that IKE RSUD Klungkung Regency is 141,38 kWh / m2 / year. Referring to the standard value of Asean Database Office 1990, the consumption of electric energy building RSUD Klungkung District including the category rather extravagant. From the observations made by the condition of base case trsebut caused because the building envelope that is still not optimal, air conditioner and lamps are used there are still using old technology and employee behavior that have not realized about the importance of energy saving. Based on the analysis that has been described and based on the conclusions that have been obtained, it can be suggested as follows: In order to consider possible efficiency improvements to be made, building design and maintenance and operation of the building in order to consider energy conservation.

Abstract

Management of PLTS 15 kW stand alone at Yeh mampeh village, bangli regency implemented for PLTS can be utilized optimally and sustainable. Sistem management referring to the results of PLTS component with life time of that and results of the questionnaire. Questionnaire were taken by using Kano Method with 50respondent. Kano categoryused in this study are one dimensional, attractive, must be, indiferent, reverse. This method produces the desired management system of PLTS customers are workers will work twince in one week to four hours every day working with two workers, each employee is given a saary of Rp.300.000, PLTS depreciation is Rp. 3.896.000, with the expected quantity of PLTS customer 150th , so the contribution of each customer every mount is Rp. 28.000. If this sistem can be running by society of Yeh Mampeh Village, then PLTS will be utilized optimally and sustainable.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of harmonic to power losses in transformator at Sedap Malam feeder by using the help of ETAP power station, so we can obtain how much the influence of harmonic in distribution system. By measuring THDv and THDI in DT0042, DT0048 and DT0319 transformator we got THDv value of 1.1% in DT0042, 1.56% in DT 48 and 1.23% in DT0319 from maximum margin of 5.0% in THDV according to IEEE 519–1992 standard. As for THDI we got the value of 9.36% in DT0042, 12.4% in DT0048 and 14.2% in DT0319 from maximum margin of 8.0% in THDI according to IEEE 519 – 1992 standard. On other side, the result by running ETAP power station we got THDI value of 1.59% in D00T42, 1.95% in DT0048 and 1.71% in DT0319. As for THDv we got running result of 12.22% in DT0042, 12.96% in DT0048 and 13.54% in DT0319. Based on the result of performed analisis of the influence of harmonic to power losses in transformator at Sedap Malam feeder, we obtained that the amount of power losses was 43,2 kW before having harmonic and 45,7 kW after having harmonic. The raise of 2,5 kW was caused by occurance of harmonic in DT0042, DT0048 and DT0319 transformator from total of 44 existed transformators Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh harmonisa terhadap rugi-rugi daya (losses) pada Transformator di peyulang sedap malam menggunakan bantuan ETAP power station, sehingga dapat diketahui hasil seberapa besar pengaruh harmonisa pada sistem distribusi. Hasil pengukuran THDv dan THDi pada Transformator DT0042, DT0048 dan DT0319 dari diperoleh hasil THDv sebesar 1,1% pada DT0042, 1,56% pada DT0048 dan 1,23% pada DT0319 dari batas maksimum THDV menurut standar IEEE 519–1992 adalah 5.0%. Untuk hasil pengukuran THDI didapatkan hasil pengukuran sebesar 9,36% pada DT0042. 12,4% pada DT0048 dan 14,2% pada DT0319 dari batas maksimum THDI menurut standar IEEE 519 – 1992 adalah 8.0 %. Sedangkan untuk hasil running ETAP power station hasil THDI yang didapatkan sebesar 1,59% pada DT0042. 1,95% pada DT0048 dan 1,71% pada DT0319 untuk hasil THDv di dapatkan hasil running sebesar 12,22% pada DT0042. 12,96% pada DT0048 dan 13,54% pada DT0319. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan pengaruh harmonisa terhadap rugi-rugi daya (losses) pada Transformator di penyulang Sedap Malam didapatkan hasil rugi-rugi daya sebesar 43,2 kW sebelum adanya harmonisa dan setelah adanya harmonisa menjadi 45,7 kW peningkatan sebesar 2,5 kW ini di dapatkan dengan masuknya harmonisa di Trasformator DT0042,DT0048 dan DT0319 dari total Transformator yang ada sebanyak 44 buah. Abstract

The power system must be able to server the load in a sustainable manner with good service quality, such as constant voltage and frequency, quickly stabilized when load changes occur. The control generator automatically changes the frequency to the highest value when the system changes every time. This is called AGC. To keep the frequency in a stable state required frequency control system. Currently developing a lot of control system with fuzzy logic method. The simulation is performed using 5 membership functions and gives a loading of 0.1 pu, using MATLAB-Simulink software. From the analysis result, the comparison of output of frequency response in overshoot condition with conventional method yielded , settling time of 20.5 second. While the fuzzy logic controller method produces frequency response output in the overshoot state that is , settling time is 12 seconds. Whit the fuzzy logic controller method produces better performance and faster than conventional methods.

Abstract

Abstract— Civil Servants or abbreviated as PNS represent countries that have a role in carrying out their duties to achieve the goals of the State. Contributions made by civil servants through performance affect the progress and achievement of a government agency. Staffing management at government agencies has been processed by utilizing information technology. E-Kinerja is a breakthrough by the government to measure the productivity of civil servants against responsibilities towards the main tasks and functions in achieving the objectives of government. The E-Performance information system each civil servant processes the employee performance target data input process, which is an agenda to be carried out by PNS, based on the PNS Work Behavior. The E-Performance information system of each civil servant process the employee performance targets the input data process, which is an agenda to be carried out by civil servants, based on the PNS Work Behavior. The capability of the E-Kinerja information system for staffing management needs to be evaluated. E-Performance information system audits can provide an overview, evaluation and identification of the use of information technology can provide results in terms of staffing management. COBIT 5 Framework is a collection of procedures that can meet the needs of governance and management to achieve the goals of an organization. In this research the E-Kinerja information system reaches an average value of 3.67 at level 4 (Predictble Process). Indicates that the planning of the E-Kinerja information system at the Denpasar City Population and Civil Registry Office has achieved the expected goals.

Abstract

In the current era of technological development, e-commerce is required to be more developed, effective, efficient and become the main choice for buyers and sellers. The problem formulation of this journal is the most trending store and the city of origin of the store. This is evidenced by the best-selling products sold based on categories and types of men's fashion products. The purpose of this research is to find out the type of fashion that is loved by male buyers in the Shopee marketplace and get discounts/free shipping and can be a recommendation for what fashion products are suitable for newcomers to Shopee Indonesia. This research was conducted on April 4, 2021, which coincided with the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was carried out in 4 steps in applying Web Scrapping and Exploratory Data Analysis techniques: Observation, Data Collection, Information Extraction and Analysis. this research: (1) from the buyer's point of view it can be a reference for the goods to be purchased and get a discount/free shipping because the city of origin of the shop is the same or closest; (2) from the side of new sellers (new traders) in the Indonesian shopee marketplace, it can be a reference for any men's fashion that will sell well in the future based on the store that sells the most products.

Abstract

This research aims to build learning media for AND, OR, NOT, NAND, NOR, XOR and XNOR logic gates for the Digital Systems course at Musi Charitas Catholic University Palembang. The Digital Systems course in the learning process is carried out theoretically and practically in accordance with the academic guidelines and curriculum of the Informatics Study Program for first semester students. In the semester learning plan (RPS) for learning outcomes that students are expected to be able to explain, understand and assemble each logic gate to match the truth table. The research stages carried out were data collection, preparing tools and materials, logic gate circuit design, logic gate circuit implementation, logic gate circuit testing and conclusions. Data collection methods used literature studies and observations at Musi Charitas Catholic University Palembang. The subjects of the research trial were 19 students of the Informatics Study Program who took digital systems courses in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The results of the research show that the learning media for AND, OR, NOT, NAND, NOR, XOR and XNOR logic gates was produced using trials according to the truth table. The results of the descriptive trial of student responses from the aspect of suitability of the material were 73.7% strongly agree, the completeness aspect of the content was 52.6% strongly agreed, the ease of use of the media aspect was strongly agreed at 57.9%, the usability aspect of the media was 78, 9% said they strongly agree, 68.4% strongly agreed with the appearance aspect and 68.4% strongly agreed with the technical aspect.
