Abstract

Drama Korea merupakan salah bentuk dari Korean wave yang sudah menjadi globalisasi budaya. Drama Korea mulai masuk di Indonesia pada tahun 2002 dan menjadi daya tarik sendiri karena alur cerita yang penuh kejutan. Aktor dan aktris pemain drama Korea juga menjadi minat tersendiri. Fashion Korea yang selalu mengikuti tren juga turut menjadi faktor diminatinya drama Korea. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara menonton drama Korea dengan perilaku imitasi gaya hidup. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam angkatan 2017 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling problably sampling dengan metode simple random sampling dan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sangat kuat, dengan hasil nilai korelasi sebesar 0,806, sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Ha (hipotesis alternatif) diterima dan Ho (hipotesis nol) ditolak.

Abstract

Newscasting merupakan aktivitas seorang newscaster/penyiar berita. Fungsi dan tujuan utama dari kegiatan newscasting adalah penyampaian sebuah informasi berupa berita kepada audiens. Dalam kegiatan newscasting, seorang newscaster harus menguasai teknik-teknik dalam menyampaikan berita, tujuannya agar informasi yang ingin disampaikan dapat diterima dengan baik oleh audiens. Teknik-teknik yang harus diperhatikan adalah intonasi, artikulasi, volume dan tekanan suara. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, kegiatan newscasting menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Kegiatan newscasting dapat memanfaatkan alat dan juga platform-platform baru yang bermunculan. Tetapi, banyaknya platform yang bermunculan dan kemajuan alat dan teknologi yang ada, tidak serta merta membuat newscasting di era ini menjadi lebih mudah. Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi di Indonesia untuk proses digitalisasi siaran termasuk kegiatan newscasting adalah masalah pemerataan pembangunan teknologi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas fenomena keterpaparan hoaks vaksin COVID-19 pada warganet di Indonesia. Sejumlah penelitian terdahulu mengungkapkan bahwa fenomena tersebut muncul sebagai akibat langsung dari derasnya arus informasi hoaks di media digital. Meningkatnya jumlah pengguna internet serta lemahnya pengaturan negara dalam mengawasi lalu lintas informasi digital dianggap telah menciptakan lingkungan yang menyuburkan konten hoaks. Kondisi ini menempatkan warganet pada situasi yang rentan terpapar hoaks vaksin COVID-19. Namun, berbeda dengan kesimpulan tersebut, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa tingkat literasi digital warganet memiliki peran yang paling signifikan dalam fenomena keterpaparan hoaks vaksin COVID-19. Dalam hal ini, penerimaan informasi oleh pengguna media digital (user) perlu dilihat sebagai proses pengambilan keputusan yang dihasilkan oleh lingkungan-internal kognitif dirinya. Secara konseptual, seorang user yang mempercayai sebuah hoaks telah melewati proses membuat pertimbangan dan sampai pada tahap memutuskan satu pilihan sikap yang paling memuaskan bagi dirinya. Dengan menggunakan teori rasionalitas terbatas (bounded rationality), penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana keterpaparan informasi hoaks vaksin Covid-19 pada warganet berkaitan dengan keputusan mereka untuk mengakses informasi tersebut di media digital. Keterbatasan untuk mengoptimalkan sikap rasional ketika menanggapi informasi hoaks dan dampak negatifnya menyebabkan warganet cenderung menerima suatu info tanpa melakukan klarifikasi yang mendalam. Perilaku ini mendorongnya untuk mencari dan menerima informasi pendukung lain yang cenderung menguatkan narasi yang sudah dipercayai sebelumnya.

Abstract

Umbul Ponggok is a swimming pool whose water comes from real springs. The underwater scenery that looks like the sea makes Umbul Ponggok visited by many tourists. The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of tourists about the Umbul Ponggok tourist attraction. This study uses survey methods and calculating perceptions using a Likert scale. There are 5 variables used to measure tourist perceptions. Based on the characteristics of tourists, Umbul Ponggok is most visited by tourists from outside the city of Klaten, most of which come for recreation. Tourists' perceptions of the quality of tourist objects are good, tourists' perceptions of the convenience of facilities, accommodation, amenities and accessibility are tourists feel comfortable, and tourists' perceptions of management and service satisfaction are satisfied tourists.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the public relations campaign adapting to new normal habits at HeHa Sky View Yogyakarta on the interest of visiting tourists. This type of research is quantitative explanatory with data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. While the data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, partial test, and the coefficient of determination test. Respondents in this study amounted to 150 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a significant influence between public relations campaigns and tourist interest, especially in the HeHa Sky View tourist attraction. The influence of the public relations campaign on the interest of visiting tourists is 0.324, meaning that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 32.4%. The public relations campaign has a positive effect on the interest of visiting HeHa Sky View tourists with a regression coefficient of 0.758. This means that for every 1% addition to the value of the public relations campaign, the value of the interest in visiting tourists increases by 0.758.

Abstract

The Bubohu Kingdom is a symbol of Islam and Gorontalo culture, empowering the community, cultivating a micro-economy and a centre for the spread of Islam. This study examines the Islamic da'wah of the Bubohu Kingdom which developed into a da'wah tourism location in Gorontalo. This research is qualitative with a field research method. This study identifies the strategy and process of spreading da'wah that occurs in Bubohu Tourism so that it has an allure as a tourist attraction with a variable base of Islam, da'wah and history in Gorontalo. The results of this study were the strategy of preaching the Kingdom of Bubohu by conveying Islamic teachings to the people of Bubohu Gorontalo, cultivating customary principles based on syara, syara with scriptures. The missionary tourism of the Bubohu Kingdom began with the construction of a site and has since developed with several facilities, namely a natural boarding school, a museum of Indonesian wood fossils, a Bubohu Tourism Vocational School, and an organic agriculture laboratory.

Abstract

The pandemi period resulted in a decrease in the number of tourists and pilgrims visiting the Great Mosque of Demak. The administrators of the Great Mosque of Demak are trying to conceptualize religious tourism services during the pandemi by implementing strict health protocols to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus. This research aims to find out the form of religious tourism services of the Great Mosque of Demak during the pandemi and to find out the concept of implementing religious tourism of the Great Mosque of Demak as an effort to recover during the pandemi. This research is a field research conducted at the Great Mosque of Demak because of the symptoms and events that occur in community groups. The method used in this research is to use descriptive qualitative research methods by describing the data in depth which is then reflected with the theory relevant to the research. The results of this study show that the services applied by religious tourism of the Great Mosque of Demak pay more attention to the 4K factor (cleanliness, health, security, and sustainability), while the concept in the development of religious tourism of the Great Mosque of Demak included the fulfillment of halal and friendly service facilities to the pilgrimage in the form of accommodation, restaurants, halal food, places of worship and adequate bathrooms,  health clinics, libraries, museums, and other halal facilities. Thus, the concept and services carried out were used as an effort to restore Islamic tourism during the pandemi.

Abstract

The existence of tourist objects as one of the pillars of the community's economy during the pandemic is decreasing. Along with the increasing number of Covid cases in Indonesia, several tourist attractions were closed due to the PPKM. The research aims to formulate alternative strategies that can be implemented in the development of the Menara Kudus tourist attraction during the pandemic. This is descriptive research with primary data sources consisting of observations and questionnaires. Technical sampling was chosen non probability sampling, because Menara Kudus is one of the popular tourist attractions in Kudus and offers a tourism concept that combines religion and culture. The analytical method used is SWOT. The results show that the position of the Menara Kudus tourist attraction is in quadrant I, meaning that the Menara Kudus tourist attraction is in strong internal and external conditions. An alternative strategy that can be applied is to highlight local wisdom in the form of cultural celebrations whose implementation is carried out by implementing health protocols as the main tourist attraction, with the hope that the community's economy can bounce back after going through the pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the da'wah strategy carried out by the Komunitas Humaira Surakarta. This community is one of the hijrah communities in Surakarta. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results showed that the Komunitas Humaira Surakarta based in urban areas held a number of programs to support their da'wah. The programs include Kajian Kamis, Kajian for Teens, Taklim for Kids, Program Sedekah Pondok Pesantren, Anak Asuh, Sembako Lansia Dhuafa, Humaira Mukena Bersih, Free Medical Treatment and Assistance for Disasters. Social programs are carried out by the Komunitas Humaira Surakarta in order to increase the religious understanding of the congregation. The da'wah carried out by the Komunitas Humaira Surakarta is classified as tarqiyah da'wah, namely da'wah to increase the capacity of the people, faith and piety.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe ICB's communication pattern as a virtual community in an effort to minimize hoaxes. This is caused by ICB's position as a massive virtual community that uses Facebook as its communication medium. However, Facebook as a social media is a place for networking information with a wide range, so that it also allows the emergence of hoaxes in circulating information. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. This research finds that there are two models of communication patterns used by ICB, namely: the wheel communication pattern and the all-channel communication pattern. The wheel communication pattern includes filtering of uploaded information within the group, in which each member waits for approval from the admin to join or share uploads to the group, especially with a centralized flow at one point, so that the flow of incoming information is orderly and minimizes hoaxes within the group. Meanwhile, the communication patterns of all channels allow for more flexible community meetings and activities, in which each member can interact with anyone without any restrictions.
