Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is a relationship between internet addiction and phubbing behavior in students. This research was conducted on students of SMAN 6 Semarang with a total of 387 research subjects, consisting of 174 men and 213 women. Data collection tools are the Internet Addiction Scale which consists of 20 items and the Phubbing Scale which consists of 15 items. Data analysis was carried out using the Spearman Rank correlation statistical technique, with the help of the SPSS version 23 statistical program. From the results of research data analysis, the correlation value between internet addiction and phubbing behavior was obtained ? = 0.714% with significance = 0.000 (p<0.01). This shows that there is a positive and very significant relationship between internet addiction and phubbing behavior. This means that the higher a person's level of internet addiction, the higher the level of phubbing behavior they show in their social interactions. Conversely, the lower a person's level of internet addiction, the lower the level of phubbing behavior they show in their social interactions. Keywords : internet addiction, phubbing behavior

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence between the mental resilience possessed by athletes and the athletes' peak performance before the competition. The samples that the researchers took were 20 athletes who came from Semarang and were playing at Persik Kendal as well as 20 athletes in the age group under 23 years who competed in a tournament held by ASKOT PSSI Semarang City. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis in this research was carried out by means of statistical tests using the SPSS for Windows application version 25.0. Normality test measurements were carried out using the Kolmogorov-Smirov test to determine whether the data was normally distributed or not. The next data test carried out was using the Pearson product moment correlation statistical test to determine the relationship between the two variables, in this case mental endurance and peak performance. Based on the results of research data analysis that has been carried out, it is known that the rx,y value is 0.665 with a significance value of 0.000 (sig > 0.01), thus the hypothesis proposed in this research can be accepted, that there is a very significant positive relationship between mental resilience with peak athlete performance. Abstract

This research aims to see the relationship between monotonous work and work stress carried out by PT employees. X Semarang. Work stress here is meant by stress that often occurs in the workplace. One of the causes of work stress is monotonous work at work, which employees do every day. This research was conducted at PT. This research uses two variables, namely monotonous work and work stress. The research used a monotonous work scale consisting of 22 valid items with a reliability coefficient value of 0.903 and a work stress scale of 21 valid items with a reliability coefficient value of 0.814. The data analysis technique uses product moment correlation with the help of SPSS 26 statistics. The results of the research show that the sig (2-tailed) correlation test value is 0.42 (p < 0.05) indicating that the independent variable monotonous work has a significant relationship with the dependent variable work stress. Which means that there is a positive relationship between monotonous work and work stress, namely the higher the monotonous work, the higher the work stress. Monotonous work makes an effective contribution to work stress of approximately 37.3%. Keywords: Job Stress and Monotonous Work

Abstract

This research aims to empirically test the relationship between integrity and organizational commitment to performance. The sample used was 108 members of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Jateng. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis. This employee performance variable is measured using the Individual Working Performance (IWPQ) scale from Koopmans. The integrity variable is measured using a Likert scale which is based on Rogers' theory of integrity aspects, including honesty, steadfastness, self-control and self-esteem. The organizational commitment variable is also measured using a Likert scale based on Allen & Meyer's theory of affective commitment, rational commitment and normative commitment. Based on the research results, the first result was obtained; There is a correlation between integrity and organizational commitment to performance. Second; Integrity does not affect performance. Third; Organizational commitment has a positive and very significant effect on performance. The coefficient of determination value in this research is shown by the value R2 = 0.132 or 13.2%, which means that integrity and organizational commitment influence performance by 13.2% and the remaining 86.8% is influenced by other factors. Abstract

This research aims to empirically test the relationship between job satisfaction and the performance of Field Force employees at PT ANUGRAH ARGON MEDICA Semarang. The sample for this research was the PT ANUGRAH ARGON MEDICA field force team in Semarang and its surroundings, namely 91 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis uses Spearman Correlation. The research results show that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance as indicated by the correlation value rs = +0.410 with significance = 0.000 (p < 5%). This research also shows that there is no difference in performance between male and female employees as indicated by sig = 0.365 (p > 5%) but on the contrary there is a difference in job satisfaction between male and female employees as indicated by sig = 0.011 (p < 5%) where male employees show higher job satisfaction than female employees, especially in the field force. Apart from that, the results of this study also found that there was no relationship between length of service and employee work placement with the level of performance and job satisfaction felt with sig. > 5%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dan teamwork dengan komitmen jiwa korsa pada anggoat Ditsamapta Polda Jateng. Komitmen jiwa korsa diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert yang didasarkan pada tiga aspek komitmen organisasi menurut Allen & Meyer, yaitu komitmen afektif, berkelanjutan dan normatif. Kepemimpinan transformasional diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert yang didasarkan pada karakteristik kepemimpinan transformasional dari Bass & Avolio yaitu idealized influence (or charismatic influence), inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation dan individualized consideration. Variabel teamwork diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert yang didasarkan pada teori Ohland  yaitu Contibuting to the team’s work, Interacing with teammates, Keeping the team on track, Expecting quality,  Having relevant knowledge, skill and abilities. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 131 anggota DitSamapta Polda Jateng. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda.  Hasil penelitian membuktikan terdapat hubungan simultan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan teamwork dengan komitmen jiwa korsa, sedangkan secara terpisah juga terbukti kepemimpinan transformasional berkorelasi positif dengan komitmen jiwa korsa. Dan juga teamwork berkorelasi positif dengan komitmen jiwa korsa. Adapun kepemimpinan transformasional dan teamwork mempengaruhi kinerja sebesar 69,8% dan sisanya 30,2% dipengaruhi faktor lainnya. Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between bullying and psychological well-being using a quantitative approach. The data in this research was obtained from filling out questionnaires by 50 students at Karangturi National University, Semarang. The research data was then analyzed using the Spearman Rank correlation analysis technique with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the research showed that the sig (2-tailed) correlation test value was -0.755 (p < 0.05) which indicated that the bullying variable had a relationship. significant negative with the psychological well-being variable, meaning that high levels of bullying behavior pose a risk of reducing students' psychological well-being . Thus, (Ho) the proposed hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a negative relationship between bullying and psychological well-being in student victims of bullying at Karangturi National University, Semarang. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui terkait dengan ada tidaknya korelasi antara self awareness dengan kedisiplinan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas X-XII di SMK PIKA Semarang yang berjumlah 153 peserta didik.Tehnik sampling yang digunakan adalah tehnik sampling jenuh. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah Korelasi Spearman. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala self awareness terdiri 21 butir dan skala Kedisiplinan terdiri 16 butir. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat korelasi antara self awareness dengan kedisiplinan yang diperoleh 0,657 dengan p sebesar 0,000. Nilai Sumbangan efektif dari variabel self awareness dengan kedisiplinan secara keseluruhan adalah 36% dan sisanya 64% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain, yaitu hukuman, keluarga, pergaulan, teladan.
