Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak signifikansi Pelatihan dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Graha Karunia Trading di Bintaro Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 109 responden dan sampel dengan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t, uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kemudian Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan untuk uji simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Pelatihan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Graha Karunia Trading di Bintaro Kota Tangerang Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Rekrutmen dan Seleksi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Gajah Rizqi Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 59 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t, uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Rekrutmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, kemudian Seleksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Gajah Rizqi Kabupaten Tangerang. Sedangkan untuk uji simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Rekrutmen dan Seleksi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Gajah Rizqi Kabupaten Tangerang.

Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t, uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kemudian Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan untuk uji simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kepemimpian dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Indo Karya Senior Jakarta Selatan.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the simultaneous significant impact of Training and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Tunas Jaya Packindo in West Jakarta. The research methodology employed is quantitative. The population in the study consists of 75 respondents, and a saturated sample technique is used for sample selection. Data collection is carried out using a questionnaire. The analysis techniques include validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, autocorrelation testing, heteroskedasticity testing, multiple linear regression testing, correlation coefficient testing, determination coefficient testing, t-test, and f-test. The research results indicate that Training has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and similarly, Work Discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence between Training and Work Discipline on employee performance at PT Tunas Jaya Packindo in West Jakarta.

Abstract

This research method uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. This type of associative research uses a quantitative approach with a population of 19088 with a sample of 100 respondents. This research uses linear regression methods, correlation coefficient, determination, t test analysis, and f test. The results of the linear regression test show that a constant of 1.857 means that if Promotion (X1) and Facilities (X2) are not considered then Customer Satisfaction (Y) will only be worth 1.857 points. The correlation coefficient obtained is 0.936, meaning that the Promotion (X1) and Facilities (X2) variables have a very strong relationship with customer satisfaction. The result of the coefficient of determination is 0.876, it can be concluded that the Promotion (X1) and Facilities (X2) variables have an effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable by 87.6%. The results of the promotion t test show that the p value is < sig 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). The obtained t value > t table is (23.705 > 1.984). Likewise, the facility t test shows p value < sig 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05), obtained tcount > ttable (21.701 > 1.984). The results using the f test were obtained with a p value < sig 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05), and the calculated f value > f table, namely (343.611 > 3.09). From the results of this research, it can be concluded that promotions and facilities have a significant influence on customer satisfaction at the Yasmin Karawaci Hotel Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture and Communication either partially or simultaneously on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia Persero South Tangerang City. There is an influence of Organizational Culture and Communication on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) South Tangerang Head Office. Proven by the regression equation Y = 5.750 + 0.554 X1 + 0.306 X2, the correlation coefficient (R) value of 0.718 which means that the coefficient between the Organizational Culture and Communication variables on Employee Performance is strong, the known coefficient of determination (KD) = (R2) x 100% obtained from R, namely KD = 0.516 x 100% = 51.6% while the remaining 38.4% (100%-51.6%) is the influence of other factors not examined, the output is known Fhitung of 68.662 and a significance value of 0 while the value is 3. 7 So it can be concluded that Fhitung> Ftabel (68.662> 3.07) and significance <0.05 (0 <0.05), then Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that Organizational Culture and Communication together have an effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine efforts to improve student learning outcomes in reading English dialogue texts with the role playing method of class IX-5 SMP Negeri 17 South Tangerang City. The object of the study was grade IX-5 students of SMP Negeri 17 with a total of 40 children. This action research is a collaborative action research by dividing 3 (three) important research groups. The results of the study obtained the value of learning outcomes increased by 17.4%. In cycle I the average value was 70.3 and cycle II the average value was 82.5 from the success criteria of KKM > 75. Classical completeness increased by 38% as seen from cycle I 45% and cycle II 83% from success criteria > 80%. Student activity increased by 25.9% as seen from the first cycle 65.6% and in the second cycle 91.5% of the success criteria > 70%. This Role Playing method is not the only determining factor for the success of learning to read English dialogue texts so further research needs to be done using other methods.

Abstract

The success of the teaching and learning process in the classroom is largely determined by the learning strategy, however complete and clear the other components, without being implemented through the right strategy, these components will have no meaning in the process of achieving goals. Therefore, every teacher will teach is required to apply certain strategies or methods in the implementation of learning. This study aims to determine the effect of student motivation after applying the PAKEM learning model. This study used three rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages: design, activity and observation, reflection, and reference. The target of this study is grade VII students. The results of the analysis found that student learning achievement increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (68.00%), cycle II (80.00%), cycle III (92.00%). This means that the PAKEM learning model can have a positive effect on the learning motivation of VII students and this learning model can be used as an alternative to PAI learning.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Cimaju Utama Kreasindo Indonesia in Bogor City. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely 55 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 53.5% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (7.802 > 2.006). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 43.2% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (6.349 > 2.006). Motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.662 + 0.432X1 + 0.373X2. The coefficient of determination value is 64.1% while the remaining 37.5% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (46.428 > 2.780).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of Fixed Asset Turnover and Receivables Turnover on Return on Assets at PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk for the 2007-2017 period. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population used is the financial report of PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk for the 2007-2017 period. Data analysis used includes Fixed Asset Turnover, Receivables Turnover and Return on Assets, descriptive tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and multiple linear regression tests. The results of the t test (partial) showed that Fixed Asset Turnover had no significant effect on Return on Assets, while Receivables Turnover had a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets. F test results (simultaneous), Fixed Asset Turnover and Receivables Turnover have a significant effect on Return on Assets with a contribution of 30.25%. This is also reinforced by the results of the value of fcount (5.876) > ftable (4.260).
