Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the security of the WiFi network in Mutiara Bunda extraordinary school, in order to determine the level of security, analyze the network speed. and add network security using mikrotik using Firewall and WiFi hotspot features. The research method used is the Signal Scanning method, namely moving activities in a certain area, mapping Access Point for statistical purposes. The author conducts a network security analysis using two stages of testing, the first stage is to do a login test, try to break into WiFi using the Dummper application, then to analyze the signal strength using the InSSIDer and Vistumbler applications, and use the K-Mac application to test the security of the network, The author also draws conclusions, and adds network security, namely the firewall and WiFi hotspot features using Mikrotik, then the author performs the second testing phase, the stages are the same as the first testing phase,and draws conclusions. The advice from the author is for the agency to be able to maintain and always update network security, so that it can run and be maintained properly

Abstract

This study entitled Adobe Animate CC Application as an Alternative Learning Media for Elementary School Students at Sd Negeri 01 Bengkulu City aims to be used as a tool that can help teachers and students in teaching and learning activities. In this learning media, subject matter is presented at SD Negeri 01 Bengkulu City, especially grade 5. This learning media is built using Adobe Animati CC. Besides presenting the subject matter, there is also a quiz for each lesson as a benchmark for students to understand the lesson. With this learning media application, it is expected that students of SD Negeri 01 Bengkulu City, especially grade 5 students, have an increased interest in learning. Overall the application consists of the school profile menu, subject matter and quizzes, and the application runs well in accordance with the existing menus. Where the profile menu displays a brief profile of SD Negeri 01 Bengkulu City, the Material Menu displays the material studied by students and the Quiz consists of questions in the form of multiple choice..

Abstract

The importance of weather information in Indonesia is because weather is a variable that determines climatic conditions, one of which is rainfall. Due to the importance for the public to know about weather developments in Indonesia, BMKG must be precise and accurate in providing weather information by utilizing Weather Radar. This radar applied the K-Means Method.The Weather Early Warning application uses the Python programming language and the Weather Radar Library (WradLib) by utilizing one of the data mining methods, namely K-Means. The grouping results are based on file.vol data obtained from Weather Radar (data attached). From this file.vol will be processed in the Python program and will produce 2 groups, namely Cluster C1 Wide Area and Cluster C2 Medium - dense area.The results of this study indicate that the use of weather radar for weatherearlywarning in Bengkulu Province using the K-Means method produces several iterations. There is a slight difference between Iteration 1 and Iteration II, because the data file.vol from the weather radar contains thousands of data so that in 1 sub-district there can be 2 areas, namely Wide Areas and Medium - Dense Regions, but that does not affect the final result of this study, namely Warning Early Weather.

Abstract

PT. Alno Air Ikan Estate is a company engaged in the oil palm and rubber plantations located in Mukomuko Regency, Bengkulu Province. PT Alno Air Ikan Estate is still using conventional methods to determine the best employees so it requires a decision support system that can correct weaknesses. One of the Decision Support System methods is Weighted Product (WP). This method is the method used in the simplest ranking of values ​​by using multiplication to relate rating attributes where the rating must first be raised to the weight of the attribute in question. Application Application of the weighted product (WP) method in a decision support system to determine the best employee, can be used to determine the best employee based on criteria, namely attendance value, years of service, attitude, and supporting elements. Based on the research results of the 15 samples used in the application of the weighted product (WP) method in the decision support system for determining the best employee, the best employee is Joko Purwanto with a value of 0.09. This application is made using the Visual Basic Net programming language with SQL server database. The author's suggestion is that this new system should be used as a basis for improving the old system at PT. Alno Air Fish Estate which is still manual.

Abstract

Nanjungan Village is one of the villages in Semidang Alas District, Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province. Every year, the Nanjungan Village Office collects population data within the scope of Nanjungan Alas Village in order to find out the underprivileged population in the village. However, the processing of population data is still done manually by surveying each resident and providing an assessment. The application of the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm in grouping population status in Nanjungan Village can help manage population data and can also help provide recommendations in the form of information on the results of grouping population status data which is divided into 2 groups, namely the less fortunate and the less fortunate. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out by applying the Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm through observational data in 2021, totaling 618 residents in Nanjungan Village, 5% of the population is taken so that the data is processed as many as 31 residents, the result is that 51.6 % entered into Cluster C1 (Disabled) and 48.4% entered into Cluster C2 (Poor)

Abstract

Chandra Talo Building Store is one of the building shops located in Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province. The store sells various kinds of building materials, from cement, paint, nails, wood, and others. So far, the management of data on materials, starting from recording inventory and selling goods, is still done manually through bookkeeping and notes, because there is no specific application that can help manage this data. The Goods Sales Forecasting Application at the Chandra Talo Building Store is built on an Android basis which can be accessed via an Android smartphone. The Goods Sales Forecasting application at the Chandra Talo Building Store was made in order to assist the Store in determining the amount of building materials to be restocked, by analyzing the time series on building material sales data that occurs every month which will produce a forecast or estimate of the amount of building materials to be restocked. Based on a comparative analysis of the Linear Regression Method and the WeightMovingAverage Method through the MAPE Method and the MSE Method, the results of the Linear Regression Method have a smaller error value than the WeightMovingAverage Method. Based on the system testing that has been done, it can be concluded that the functionality of the goods sales forecasting application at the Android-based Chandra Talo Building Store has been running well and can provide output reports on the results of forecasting sales of goods.

Abstract

So far, the puskesmas has not fully implemented information technology in it, due to the limited facilities and infrastructure used, so that all patients who wish to seek treatment must come more to get a registration number for treatment. This happens because the number of doctors at the puskesmas is not proportional to the number of patients who wish to seek treatment at the puskesmas, so that a limit is imposed on the number of patients seeking treatment every day. The application of an expert system for diagnosing rubeola disease at the Beringin Raya Nursing Health Center in Bengkulu City was created to assist the puskesmas in diagnosing rubeola disease in patients based on the symptoms experienced by the patient. In the process of diagnosis, the expert system application has applied the Certainty Factor Method which is used to obtain the percentage level of certainty for the rubeola disease. The application of an expert system for diagnosing rubeola disease at the Beringin Raya Health Center in Bengkulu City was made using the Visual Basic.Net programming language. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functional application of the expert system for diagnosing rubeola disease at the Beringin Raya Treatment Health Center in Bengkulu City is running well as expected and can provide information on the results of consultations to determine rubeola disease

Abstract

The Kaur District Fisheries Service annually has a grant assistance program for fishermen such as the procurement of facilities and infrastructure. So far, the process of providing assistance is still carried out manually, starting from collecting data on fishermen groups to determining whether grant assistance for fishing groups is feasible or not. Of course, this requires quite a long time and in addition, the process of submitting proposals is still done manually, so there is often a backlog of documents at the Kaur District Fisheries Office. Analysis of the Promethee Method in providing recommendations for fishermen groups who are eligible for grant assistance was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language (IDE Visual Studio 2010) and SQL Server 2008 database. Based on data from fisherman groups as many as 4 fisherman groups which have been analyzed using the Promethee Method, the results obtained that the Meluang Jaya fishermen group has the highest net flow promethee value compared to the 3 other groups, namely the Meluang Jaya Fishermen Group, it is recommended to receive grant assistance from the Kaur District Fisheries Service. Based on the results of system testing that has been carried out, the functionality of the recommendation application for fishermen groups who are eligible for grant assistance at the Kaur District Fisheries Service has been running as expected.

Abstract

This research is entitled APPLICATION OF Open Source Security Information Management (OSSIM) in Computer Network Security. Which aims to build a system that can monitor and monitor computer network security at SMA Negeri 1 Seluma. Where in monitoring and network security an Open Source Security Information Management (OSSIM) system is used which utilizes kibana and security uses Squert using the Linux Ubuntu Server 20.04 operating system. In monitoring the network, Kibana can monitor computer network activities properly including monitoring activities based on the service used, from the results of this monitoring which if there are activities that are not allowed such as opening gambling sites and others, security or blocking of squert will be carried out. Overall the monitoring and security system is running well. Linux operating system ubuntu server 20.04 is very good at running kibana and squert to monitor and monitor computer network security at SMA N 1 Seluma.

Abstract

The need for the internet during the current COVID-19 pandemic is very high, because students, college students, office employees and others have to do all activities at home. This causes increase in connection traffic on the internet and workloads on internet service provider servers. RT/RW-Net is a concept where several computers in a housing or block can be interconnected and can share data and information. To solve this problem, a load balancing technique is applied, namely load distribution and setting the client connection path to a service that is on the server by utilizing the connection distribution method using the PCC (Per-Connection Classifier) method. The result of this research is it has succeeded in designing RT/RW-Net in Bumi Mas Housing by implementing Load Balancing using the Per-Connection Classifier (PCC) method. In implementing Load Balancing and Per-Connection Classifier (PCC) it can solve the problem when one of the ISPs is interrupted or the internet network is disconnected, the connection will automatically be transferred to an active ISP. So that network performance continues to run normally and also with load balancing with the PCC method it doesn't burden traffic and actually divides the load.
