Abstract

The Nurdin Hamzah Jambi School of Information and Computer Management (STMIK) is one of the computer science colleges established in 1992. During this time the data processing of the socialization and promotion of the Nurdin Hamzah Jambi STMIK is still done manually, that is, the socialization and promotion data processing is recorded on paper, and using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel software so that the data collection and analysis of information dissemination and promotion process takes a very long time, data errors often occur and data searches are not so fast. The purpose of this research is to build an information system application that can later be used also as a means to process data dissemination and promotion. In making the Executive Information System for Socialization and Promotion used the PHP programming language. As well as using the Database using MYSQL. With the information system of the Executive Socialization and Promotion that was built, it made it easier for the staff of the socialization and promotion of STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi to process the socialization and promotion data effectively and efficiently. By inputting the data of the promotion team, school socialization, school actualization, schedule and budget so as to produce output in the form of a report on the promotion team, school socialization, school actualization, schedule and budget. The existence of the Executive Information System for Socialization and Promotion is expected to improve the performance of the socialization and promotion team at STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi.

Abstract

Decision support system is part of a computer-based information systems used to support decision making in an organization or company. Decision support systems can be generated by using several kinds of methods, one of which is a method of Weighted Product (WP). Weigthted Product is completion method using multiplication to connect the attribute value, where the value should be raised to advance with the relevant attribute weights. Input data used this system is input student data, alternative data input, data input criteria, and the input weighted values ​​for each criterion. Data output is in the form of alternative data report, data report criteria, report student data and reports majors. By using the method of Weighted Product (WP) is a web-based, it is expected the process of placement of students more effectively and efficiently so that students quickly get information about majors and majors also results in accordance with each student's ability. By using decision support system and database, the data of students or student majors values ​​can be stored in it, so if there is an error in inputting values ​​or student data, then the erroneous data can be corrected without having to re-input the value or student data.

Abstract

Dinas Perhubungan Kota Jambi adalah salah satu Dinas Teknis Pemerintah Daerah khususnya di wilayah Kota Jambi. Salah satu tugas pokok dan fungsinya adalah mempunyai kewenangan untuk memungut retribusi daerah. Pada penelitian ini telah dihasilkan sebuah Sistem Pengolahan Data Retribusi Daerah Pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Jambi yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan proses pengolahan data salah satunya proses rekapitulasi laporan pendapatan asli daerah di Dinas Perhubungan Kota Jambi. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan tools Adobe Dreamweaver dan Database MySQL. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah metode waterfall, serta permodelan sistem menggunakan permodelan Data Flow Diagram (DFD).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build a decision support system that can help field coordinators and the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Jambi Province to determine the apprentices to be sent to Japan in this study using the profile mathing method, one of the methods in the profile mathing decision making system is a process that is very important in HR management where competence (ability) is first determined. Decision Support System for Selection of Japanese Internship Participants Using the Web-Based Profile Matching Method can facilitate the performance of the Jambi Province Manpower and Transmigration Office. can assist in the selection of apprentice participants to Japan.

Abstract

This study discusses the information system of Small and Medium Industries is a sector that has various important roles in the economy whose founders are based on one's initiative. Application of Industrial Processing at the Web-based Office of Trade Industry Information System Study Program, The development of highly sophisticated and modern computer technology will make it easier for us to do data processing that can save time, space and costs. Processing data and information quickly, precisely and efficiently is an important thing that is needed for institutions or agencies, one of which is the Industry Sector of the Department of Trade, Jambi Province. Department of Industry and Trade of Jambi Province. A better data processing and delivery system is a necessity that cannot be delayed anymore. To overcome the existing problems, we need a sophisticated and computerized application so that the industrial data processing can be done accurately and accurately. The Department of Industry and Trade of Jambi Province will utilize technological advances in data processing and information delivery online. In making industrial data processing applications researchers use the PHP programming language, and use MySQL databases as database servers. Industrial data processing applications are focused on web-based technology.

Abstract

Information Systems (SI) are a combination of information technology and activities of people who use technology that supports operations and management. The application is a useful component as a medium for managing data or various other activities such as making or processing documents and files. Net Cellindo is a spare parts shop and mobile service for all brands in Jambi City, Net Cellindo was started to be established in Jambi City on September 17, 2016 and initiated by Hamsun the owner of Net Cellindo. Initially Cellindo Net only existed in Jambi City, but along with the highly developed technological developments in the business world, Net Cellindo has now opened 4 branches in major cities, namely, Jambi, Palembang, Lampung and Jakarta. Processing data is the manipulation of data into a form that is more useful and more meaningful, contains information. The results of the study concluded that with the application of sales data processing in the Net Cellindo Store, it can help collection of sales items and sales reports that are more detailed to be understood.

Abstract

The Transportation Office of Jambi City is one of the Regional Government Technical Offices, especially in the Jambi City area. One of the main tasks and functions is to have the authority to collect regional levies. In this research, an Information System for Data Processing of Locally Generated Revenue in Transportation Office of Jambi City is expected to be able to facilitate the data processing process until the process of recapitulation of local revenue reports at the Jambi City Transportation Agency. This application is built using Adobe Dreamweaver tools and MySQL Database. The research method used in this thesis is the waterfall method, and system modeling uses Data Flow Diagram (DFD) modeling.

Abstract

Designing educational game applications as fun learning is the first step to achieving enjoyable and quality learning outcomes. In some cases, there has been a decline in interest in learning Japanese and English in a monotonous way, making students, students, and others high. Based on these problems, the researchers made Japanese and English Language Learning Media applications. With one alternative, it is using the Adobe Flash CS3 application. The research method used is a research and development method (Research and Development) that uses research stages of System Requirements, System Analysis and Design. The object of the research is Game-Based Learning Media Development as supporting material. The design material of this learning media application uses the Adobe Flash CS3 application, creating characters by using the Pen-Tablet on the Paint Tool Sai application, and using the Adobe Photoshop CC application to Finalize Images. By designing this application, it is hoped that it can help users to increase their interest in learning Japanese and English to be fun. Abstract

Samsat Jambi is a tax office and business. In carrying out activities such as vehicle mutations. Vehicle mutation is an attempt to take care of administration regarding the transfer of vehicle identification from the area of ​​origin to the destination area which is adjusted by moving from the new vehicle owner's address. The process of processing vehicle mutation data is still manually, which in its manufacture still uses the Microsoft Excel application which has to do editing each time it will do the administration of vehicle mutations. In Microsoft Excel, there are now many deficiencies that must be faced every time typing errors occur in inputting data are done repeatedly, and also searching for the desired mutation data so that it takes longer. This causes the functions related to Samsat Jambi operational activities can not be carried out optimally. In this thesis report, a vehicle mutation information system is made that is used to assist or facilitate the processing of Samsat Jambi in managing vehicle mutation data in the form of taxpayer data input, and a vehicle physical check report. The development of the software uses the WEB programming language, PHP using the Mysql database. From this study produced a vehicle mutation information system design that can facilitate the processing of Jambi Samsat in data processing vehicle mutations and report generation.

Abstract

The Jambi Province Communication and Information Office is included in the organizational structure of the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat. Asset management at the Jambi Provincial Communication and Information Office is done manually and using Microsoft office excel so that the performance of the asset management system is still not optimal. One way that management can be optimized is by the use of information systems. This asset research is carried out at the asset planning, asset procurement, and asset receipt stages. This research resulted in a prototype system that described the functional planning, procurement, and receipt of assets at the Provincial Communication and Information Office. The method used is an object-oriented approach using PHP & MySql programming to accommodate the database of the application. The result of this final project is an Asset Inventory Information system that will facilitate the administration of office assets.
