Abstract

Teacher as a main component in fixing the successes of expected instructional activity to choose and use the good instructional method in delivering learning material. Nowadays, the instructional activity of IPS is still centered on teacher and characterized classical, so the teacher’s role more than students. So that the instructional model which can invite students to be active is needed. One of the instructional method which can increase learning activity is using picture media. The picture media is the whole things manifested visually into two dimension form as outpouring or thinking like pot ret, slide, and strip. The aim of this research is to know the use of visual picture media in increasing the student’s learning achievement of subject matter of IPS SD/MI. The type of this research is classroom action research (PTK) and the research sample is IV MI NW Keruak, the number of subjects is 25 students. To measure the level of understanding and activity of students used the instrument, the instrument used is a questionnaire-shaped observation and multiple-choice test consisting of 10 items about the cycle. Based on the results of data analysis obtained value in the first cycle reached 52.29% with an average of 61.86. Second Cycle reaches 87.08% with average 77.52 average (77.53> 61.88) this means that the use of learning picture media can improve student achievement in fourth grade students of MI NW Keruak

Abstract

Kearifan lokal atau lokal wisdom merupakan prilaku masyarakat (Beahvior Community) yang muncul dan terlestarikan antara masyarakat dan lingkungannya melalui proses dan pengakuan yang sangat lama. Kearifan lokal oleh sebagian masyarakat dijadikan pondasi dalam tata kelola lingkungan yang berprinsip kepada pembangunan dan pelestarian adat istiadat yang berkelanjutan. Meskipun keberadaannya lambat laun tergerus dengan kemajuan teknologi. Akan tetapi, masih ada sebagian daerah seperti yang Kec. Kalipare Kabupaten Malang sampai saat ini masih menjaga dan melestarikan eksistensi dari kearifan lokal tersebut dengan pandangan nilai-nilai atau adat istiadat (local wisdom) tersebut masih bisa diterima dan menjadi salah satu hal yang perlu dilestarikan ditengah masyarakat yang plural. Yang perlu digaris bawahi adalah pemerintah setempat menggunakan praktek pelestarian kearifan lokal ini sebagai wahana untuk menggugah dan mengkordinir masyarakat setempat untuk taat hukum dan melek pajak (pembayaran Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan). Dan kearifan lokal ini terbukti efektif dalam sadar pajak (Pajak Bumi Bangunan) tanpa perlu adanya petugas lapangan yang menarik dari rumah ke rumah. Pembayaran Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) semuanya bisa terselesaikan selama proses kearifan lokal (selamatan kampong, sedekah bumi) berlangsung. Abstract

Students and teacher are engaging into learning atmosphere where they are able learn and teach at anytime and anywhere. They are able access materials of subject lesson from their devices or gadget for example; it is just swimming in the sea of electronic product and gadget; students’ – teachers’ knowledge and application of technology are producing literacy skills for a 21st-century digital age. At a variety of educational institutions, digital media production functions are as a mechanism for learning, expression, and building community and identity. Based on perspective as a teacher, digital technology is appropriately and meaningfully producing the successful learner outcomes; in other hand, Islamic studies have very competitive contribution of knowledge around the globe. By using the design of qualitative research – basic interpretative studies (Ary et al, 2010), this study is trying to answer the question such as what are learning and teaching in digital age? Then, this study has purposes to gain description and understanding to learners and teachers of Indonesia in being professional of capacity development in the terms of learning and teaching, especially in Islamic studies. Abstract

Pergaulan antara laki-laki dan perempuan pada masa sekarang semakin bebas. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah adanya modernisasi, dan kemajuan teknologi yang mewabah dan tidak bisa dihindari di kalangan masyarakat muslim. Akibatnya, masyarakat dituntut untuk mengikuti perkembangan zaman, dan pergaulan laki-laki dan perempuan pun semakin bebas. Persoalan jabat tangan ini menjadi penting dibahas untuk mendudukkan kembali kepada hokum yang diajarkan Nabi Muhammad SAW. Ajaran Islam baik yang berasal dari al-Qur’an maupun al-Hadis itu cocok di segala masa dan tempat. Jadi tidak benar jika ada yang menganggap ajaran Islam itu ketinggalan zaman. Adanya perintah dan larangan pasti ada hikmah dibaliknya. Artikel ini akan membahas mengenai metode memahami hadis Nabi “berjabat tangan antara laki-laki dan perempuan” dalam tinjauan ilmu mukhtalaf al-hadis. Dengan menggunakan metode al-jam’u wa at-taufiq (kompromi) dapat dipahami bahwa hadis yang menjelaskan tentang berjabat tangan antara-laki-laki dan perempuan hanya merupakan ta’arudh dzahiri, dan hasil komprominya adalah bahwa tidak diperbolehkan berjabat tangan antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Hokum ini diperkuat oleh pendapat jumhur ulama berdasarkan qiyas aulawi bahwa memandang perempuan saja tidak boleh apalagi memegangnya.

Negara- negara yang melakukan perdagangan terbuka yang kebanyakan berpaham ekonomi kapitalis maupun sosialis sangat mempengaruhi perdagangan internasional termasuk Indonesia sebagi negara sedang berkembang dan merupakan negara berpenduduk mayoritas muslim maupun negara-negara yang berpenduduk mayotitas muslim.lainnya. Tingkat pemenuhan kebutuhan masih banyak disokong dengan produk-produk impor yang terus membanjiri lini-lini perekonomian sehingga globalisasi ditenggarai sebai sebuah kemajuan yang harus diikuti oleh semua warga dunia. Kemajuan yang terjadi di era globalisasi bukan hanya soal jarak antar wilayah yang bukan lagi menjadi masalah, tetapi merambah ke berbagai aspek di dunia. As the largest Muslim country in the world, Indonesia must have a complete analysis documents of medical records on online-based. especially for the Muslim population in Indonesia. Currently, Indonesia does not have laws specifically regulate the electronic medical records. Therefore, violation of the protection of personal data in electronic medical records may refers to any one part of the private right as set forth in the elucidation of 26th article 1st verse of UU ITE.

Abstract

The hermeneutics conceived by Abou El-Fadhl should be one of the methods of interpretation of Islamic texts. because the process is simple, holistic and requires his hermeneutics with some conditions of significance. somewhat similar to the requirements of Mufassir in the Qur'anic commentary though not as a whole. but in the context of the interpretation of the Qur'an by using the methodology of Hermeneutics which was initiated by Abou El-Fadhl, the author is not covered in its use but chose to withdraw methodological aspects of the interpretation of the Qur'an related to the commentators that did not exist in the Qur'an contemporary hermeneutics, to be more sharp and not falling into the error of determining the meaning of the text desired by the author.

Abstract

Air transportation is increasingly important. seen in 2016, 835.9 thousand departures of domestic and international aircraft, 99.7 million domestic and international passengers, 75.6% load-factor domestic and international passengers, and 715.8 thousand tons of domestic and international goods are transported. The development of regional tourism is greatly helped by the availability of air transport infrastructure and commercial property. in 2016 the number of foreign tourists reached 11,519 million tourists, supported by 2,387 star hotels, with a five-star hotel room occupancy rate reached 54.34%. Indonesia as the largest Muslim population in the world certainly has many halal tourist destinations and Muslim tours. Increasing the quality of air transport and airport will automatically increase the interest of halal tourism and Muslim tours of Indonesia. so that the Muslim tourists and the world's halal tourists will visit many tourist destinations in Indonesia.
