Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of implementing Murabahah financing in the buying and selling process for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at BMT UGT Nusantara. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of field research. The location that is the object of this research is BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Kencong. Researchers used primary data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity analysis uses triangulation techniques. The results of the research conclude that Murabahah financing at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Kencong has a good impact on the economy, especially on the surrounding MSMEs, which can be proven by several developments that have occurred in MSMEs through indicators including increasing income, increasing trading facilities (ruko), and increasing the number of buyer

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out what factors can influence customer interest in using the BMT NU-Q application, so this research tries to identify using a technology acceptance model, namely the Technology Acceptance Model by selecting the variables ease of use, usefulness, security and promotion in influencing customer interest in using the BMT NU-Q application. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is the BMT NU Cermee Branch customers who use the BMT NU-Q application, namely 184 customers, while the sample was determined at 114 respondents. The data source in this research is primary data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that partially ease of use does not have a significant effect on customer interest in using the BMT NU-Q application. Usefulness has a significant effect on customer interest in using the BMT NU-Q application. Security also has a significant effect on customer interest in using the BMT NU-Q application. And promotions also have a significant effect on customer interest in using the BMT NU-Q application. Meanwhile, simultaneously ease of use, usefulness, security and promotion have a significant effect on customer interest in using the BMT NU-Q application.

Abstract

This research aims to explore more deeply the suitability of the application of the Rahn Tasjily concept in the BMT UGTN Capem Kencong with the DSN-MUI Fatwa and explore and analyze the application of Sharia Marketing Mix in the Rahn Tasjily contract in an effort to increase the number of members in the BMT UGTN Kencong sub-branch. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Researchers used primary data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity analysis uses triangulation techniques. The results of the research concluded that the concept of implementing the Rahn Tasjily contract at the BMT UGT Nusantara Kencong sub-branch was in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa Number 68/DSN-MUI/III/2008. BMT has actually implemented indicators in the 7P sharia marketing mix which consists of Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Process, People and Physical Evidence thus increasing Rahn Tasjily's membership in 2021 to around 529 members, while in 2022 it will be 628 members. There are also findings that BMT applies the Customer Centrism theory (consumer-oriented), which means that activities prioritize customers so that members become loyal to BMT.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the decisions of traders to save at the Sharia Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPS) Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Sidogiri Silo Branch (Case Study of Sempolan Market, Silo District, Jember Regency). This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. Using participant observation methods, interview methods and documentation. The research results show that decision making at BMT Sidogiri is influenced by Islamic principles such as the absence of ribawi elements which are considered as the basis for saving decisions. For affordable locations along highways or cities, it will be easy for customers to find them to save. Speed and accuracy of service carried out in a friendly, fair, fast, precise and ethical manner so as to meet customer needs and satisfaction. For traders, the pick-up system is very important because it allows consumers to pay quickly and easily, making this system more valuable and different from other systems.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of employee performance (X1), profit sharing (X2) and service quality (X3) partially and simultaneously on member satisfaction (Y) in Malabar sharia consumer cooperatives. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study is members who have mudharabah savings at Malabar sharia consumer cooperatives with a sample of 75 respondents. The analysis tool used multiple linear regression. The test results of the multiple linear regression analysis coefficient show that; 1) employee performance has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of mudharabah savings members at the Malabar sharia consumer cooperative. 2) profit sharing has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of mudharabah savings members at the Malabar sharia consumer cooperative. 3) service quality has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of mudharabah savings members at the Malabar sharia consumer cooperative. 4) employee performance, profit sharing and service quality have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of mudharabah savings members at the Malabar sharia consumer cooperative.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the implementation of the principles of Islamic Corporate Governance and analyze the implementation of the principles of Islamic Corporate Governance in improving the performance of the Muhammadiyah Amil Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah Institution in Bondowoso Regency. Implementation of Islamic Corporate Governance by analyzing the principles in it, namely the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, justice and sharia compliance. In this study, the informants were the President Director, Director of Fundraising and Cooperation, Director of Empowerment and Distribution and Director of Finance and Assets of Lazismu Bondowoso. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. The results of this study are first, the mechanism for implementing Islamic Corporate Governance by Lazismu Bondowoso has generally been implemented but not fully. Because, there are some shortcomings in several aspects of accountability and transparency. Second, the application of Islamic Corporate Governance aspects, namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness, sharia compliance, has a positive impact on improving the performance of Lazismu Bondowoso.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the factors that affect the purchase decision of Muslim consumers at Alfamart Tenggarang Bondowoso branch. This research was carried out quantitatively by collecting primary data obtained through a google form link distributed to respondents. The population of this study is consumers of Alfamart Tenggarang Bondowoso branch. Meanwhile, for the determination of the sample, the Nonprobability Sampling technique of the Purposive Sampling type was used so that a sample of 115 people was prepared. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS analysis tools. The results of this study show that promotions and price perspectives affect the purchasing decisions of Muslim consumers at Alfamart Southeast Bondowoso branch. Meanwhile, religiosity, product perspective, and location have no effect on Muslim consumers' purchasing decisions at Alfamart Southeast Bondowoso branch. This result is different from previous research where in previous studies it was stated that all research variables affect consumer purchase decisions. This research provides more specific insights into Muslim consumer behavior at Alfamart Tenggarang Bondowoso branch. The main novelty lies in the discovery of two factors that have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, namely promotion and price perspective.

Abstract

The State Budget mechanism manages tobacco excise, which is state revenue, and has an important and strategic role in financing government programs and performance as well as development throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia in a planned, orderly, safe, fair, and sustainable manner. The government raises excise almost every year as part of their fiscal policy. The increase in excise rates has an impact on the economy, especially state revenue and tobacco production. This study will look at how the policy of increasing excise rates has an impact on state revenues and cigarette consumers because of its huge impact. A descriptive qualitative research method was used to explain the causal relationship between the increase in excise rates on state revenue and Muslim cigarette consumers in Jember district. The results of the study show that the policy of increasing excise rates for tobacco products implemented by the government increases excise revenue every year, despite the challenges faced by the government. However, the policy has a negative impact on the production of tobacco products due to the implementation of the policy. Therefore, the implementation of the excise rate increase policy will be contrary to the purpose of imposing excise rates, namely reducing the number of goods subject to excise and the amount received by the state.

Abstract

MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy, including in Wonosari District. With the number of business actors reaching 1,260, this sector has great potential to grow. However, challenges such as low adoption of technology and sharia economic literacy are the main obstacles. Many business actors still rely on traditional marketing methods and are hesitant to switch to digital marketing. Transformation through the implementation of digital marketing supported by sharia economic literacy is expected to increase MSME income. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing and sharia economic literacy on MSME income in Wonosari District. This study uses a quantitative method, with primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data from trusted sources. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that digital marketing and sharia economic literacy have a positive and significant influence on MSME income in Wonosari District, Bondowoso Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Facebook advertising features in increasing sales of jilbab products at Alwani Nusantara Production House, Nangkaan District, Bondowoso Regency. The method used is qualitative analysis with a case study approach. The research data comes from primary data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, while secondary data is obtained from documents, journals, and websites relevant to the research. The results show that the use of Facebook advertising still has the potential to increase sales, despite a decline in sales data from 2022 to 2024. Factors such as ad duration and content quality significantly influence consumer interest and purchasing decisions. This research recommends that Alwani Nusantara explore other promotional media to optimize their marketing strategy.
