Abstract

Abstract: This study is aimed to analyze the effect of leadership, work environment,and reward on the employee’s performance at Perum Pegadaian Besuki. The population was all employees of Perum Pegadaian Besuki. The samples were consisted of32 respondents. Multiple linear regression was employed as the method of analysis. The results show that leadership has positive and significant effecton employee performance, work environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, reward has positive and significant effect on employee performance,and leadership, work environment, and reward have positive and significant effect on employee performance of Perum Pegadaian Besuki. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress, organizational climate, and employee engagement on work satisfaction and turnover intention of the staffs of Education Department of Probolinggo Regency. The research sample consists of 83 respondents. Data were analyzed using path analysis. Results of the research show that work stress, organizational climate, and employee engagement have direct effect and indirect effect through work satisfaction on turnover intention of the staffs of Education Department of Probolinggo Regency. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims: (1) to analyze the influence of personality type to the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Ijen Crater Natural Park; (2) to analyze the influence of the organization's commitment to the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Ijen Crater Natural Park; (3) to analyze the influence of motivation to the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Ijen Crater Natural Park; (4) to analyze the influence of personality type on the performance of officers in Ijen Crater Natural Park; (5) to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on performance of staff in Ijen Crater Natural Park; (6) to analyze the influence of motivation on the performance of officers in Ijen Crater Natural Park; (7) to analyze the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the performance of officers in Ijen Crater Natural Park. The number of samples taken are 35 respondents (the employees of KSDA Sector Region III Jember, Conservation Section Region V Banyuwangi, Conservation Resort Region 18 Kawah Ijen).Result of the study indicates that (1) the officer's personality type has positive effect but not significant on the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Ijen Crater Natural Park.; (2) organizational commitment has significant positive effect on the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the Ijen Crater Natural Park. (3) officers motivation has positive effect but not significant on the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Ijen Crater Natural Park.; (4) personality type has significant positive effect on the performance of officers in Ijen Crater Natural Park; (5) organizational commitment has significant positive effect on the performance of officers in Ijen Crater Natural Park; (6) motivation has positive effect but not significant on the performance of officers in Ijen Crater Natural Park; (7) Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has positive and significant impact on the performance of officers in Ijen Crater Natural Park. Abstract

Abstract: The demand on performance improvement, including financial performance, requires local government to utilize advanced information technology. The Government of Jember Regency tries to improve the financial management quality by applying a computer application named Regional Financial Management Information System or called as Finance SIMDA. SIMDA application develops in line with the latest information technology, namely cloud computing. Since March 18th, 2015, the Government of Jember has implemented cloud-based SIMDA called Cloud Finance SIMDA. The application of Cloud SIMDA is resulting in a more practical, effective, and efficient financial management. The change from the old system to the new one needs to be analyzed to examine the system effectiveness as it is expected to positively affect the increase of performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service or often called as PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Services) variables. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of Finance SIMDA implementation, before and after using the cloud computing technology, with PIECES variables. This is a quantitative research with survey method. The results show that there is a difference in the effectiveness of the implementation before and after the application of cloud-based Finance SIMDA as seen from the PIECES variables. Abstract

Abstract: The performance assessment conducted by the government institutions listed in the Performance Accountability Report of Government Institution (LAKIP) is merely described from the financial perspective. Meanwhile, the main focus of the government organizations is not the financial objective, but its customers, i.e., the community and the central government. This research analyzes financial and non-financial performance assessment of the Family Planning Office in Situbondo Regency by applying the balanced scorecard approach (descriptive analysis method). Data were analyzed following Miles and Huberman’s recommendation: data reduction, data display, and deduction and verification using the triangulation techniques to check data validity. Results show that from the financial perspective, by applying Accrual Financial Information System (SIRKA) the finances can be managed easily, quickly, and precisely. From the customer perspective, the family planning service is in line with customers' expectations based on interview results with several program acceptors in 2015. From the internal business perspective, the performance also has a good achievement. Meanwhile from the growth and learning perspective, the lack of HR personnel inhibits the program implementation that can be overcome by increasing the role of the program’s local assistant (PPKBD) in the villages in Situbondo. Abstract

Abstract: The library of University of Jember (UNEJ) has implemented ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS) since 2008. The implementation of ISO 9001:2008 QMS is by increasing the quality of product, service, and employee performance. Therefore, this research aims to significantly analyze the direct influence of ISO 9001:2008 on work environment, work discipline, and employee performance, and the indirect influence of ISO 9001:2008 implementation on employee performance through work environment and work discipline. The sample of this explanatory research consists of 50 respondents, i.e., the employees of UNEJ library. Data were analyzed using path analysis run with SPSS 18. Results show that the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 has a positive and significant influence on work environment, employee discipline, and employee performance; work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; and work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

Jatiroto Sugar Factory is the largest business unit owned by PTPN XI, the performance of Jatiroto Sugar Factory is the foundation of the company's survival because it has the largest sugar production capacity among other business units.This study aims to analyze the effect of work conflicts, work stress, organizational commitment and employee performance at Jatiroto Sugar Factory. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study are employees of permanent status and has worked at least 2 years as many as 150 people.The results shows that : 1) Work conflicts have significant effect on organizational commitment of employees; 2) Work stress significantly influences organizational commitment of employees; 3) Work conflicts significantly affect employee performance; 4) Work stress had a direct but not significant effect on employee performance; 5) Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance at Jatiroto Sugar Factory. https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v6i1.1985

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and understand and prove empirically influence directly and indirectly working environment and compensation to job satisfaction employees through work discipline and working spirit at SD Muhammadiyah in Jember Regency. This research classified as exsplanatory reseach and confirmatory research at once with loading technique samples proportional sampling. Data acquisition will be done with questionnaires distribution directly and indirectly from respondents the teachers and school at Muhammadiyah in Jember Regency. Data that was recieved by processed by using analysis of Strtuctural Equation Model (SEM) with IBM SPSS AMOS 20 software.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resources capabilities, motivation on employee performance and reward as moderating variable in the case studies Akbar Radio and Radio Nada Jember. This type of research is explanatory hypotheses are tested to determine whether there is influence of variable human resources capabilities, motivation, on employee performance and reward as moderating variable. In this study, the techniques used in probability sampling is purposive sampling, ie sampling techniques are taken on the basis of specific intent or purpose. Samples from this study are employees working in PT Radio Voice Tone FM Radio Akbar and some 42 employees. The results obtained are the link between the human resources capacity, motivation on employee performance and reward as moderating variable. Besides, there are also differences in the effect of applying reward Akbar Radio and Radio tone that did not apply the reward.

Abstract
